Good fuels and perfect measurements, but bad service all the manager's rowdies there, don't mess up with them, will not hesitate harm you, and don't change oil, the mechanic are trained to change oil, they will damage your engine case, don't replace the oils filter, remember don't talk to manager's,

After 11 pm these guys will tell only we have power petrol they tell the unleaded petrol is out of stock.

I have been coming to this gas station for a long time because I live in the neighborhood and because of their prices for gas. I still go there because of the prices of power shell petrol is good gives me little extra milage but there is a gas attendant by the name of suresh who makes going to this place very umpleasant. He ignores you when you go to pay for petrol and some times you have to wait for him to finish a conversation over his phone. He makes going to this plave very aggrivating because he makes you feel as if he does not want your business.

Not found much difference in using Shell petrol at premium. I use adjacent Essar petrol bunk instead.

For changing 2 wheeler engine oil I stood for more than 15 minutes and finally no response, I came back.

Shell is always good place to fill petrol as it is bit expensive than the normal but gives good performance of the vehicle. I started using just last month, now I prefer only shell for my bike. Most of the staffs are well behaved and do not do partiality with regard to someone who speaks Hindi and someone who speaks kannada. All are equal for them, for which they get insulted by anti social animals. Lot of things are here lesser than the one that is near Gopalan mall.due to metro work going on, getting into this petrol pump is very difficult. I am happy to see that they have appointed women helpers also and they are not disrespected as at some of the other places they are. Sometimes it feels Royal using a royal Enfield and entering this place to fill in petrol

Service does not match the premium rates charged. Staff is always busy talking to each other. Toilets are not maintained - hand spray and flush were not working and it was dirty. Shell card experience is the worst (I have stopped using) - they first swipe credit card to load shell card.then go into office (which takes forever long) to make actual payment for fuel. Wonder why it can't be done at pump area itself. Loyalty programs are supposed to give you premium faster experience. Sad! Also for a premium company like Shell.they refill only air.they should provide Nitrogen (charge for it if required).

They insist you change engine oil even when oil is good and can run for more kms. I don’t why they miss lead

Overall Good, however after fueling costly petrol they should provide air filling almost all time. I went at 8: 45 morning, but no aur filling

They cheat you directly! I have ordered for Rs 500/- normal diesel, they put for only Rs 455/- and on top of that, High Speed Diesel!

Always go here itself for Fuel. Friendly staff, cooperative. Earmark it if you're in the area & use Shell

The staff here try to cheat you so beware while you are filling up. They will talk about different services and try to distract you!

Timing is always not same some times closed in night times but staffs outside are very bad not a good service but quality of fuels are good

Usually need to wait in queue. Staff are very slow. No problem with petrol quality until now. Don't fill air here; they use a pathetic air filling machine which could spoil your nozzle.

Saw them selling loose petrol and filling many in containers placed with an Omni Van. Questioned and was told that it's for Amma's Bakery, and it's routine fill in tin containers! Dangerous practice, indeed!

Service is good. Rates are bit higher ESSAR provides the same quality and a comparitively lower price

I have tata indica and two week age engine oil nd oil filter change but 4 days age oil filter leek because not feeth properly so I request to all dont services ur car in shell bunk

The shell petrol pump offers you variety of service, where you don't fill ur empty petrol/diesel tank, its also got a oil service, advanced by shell, where they replace the oil filter and give an option of changing engine oil to synthetic or the standard one, synthetic oil is expensive, but the service provided is great since the oil changing is done ryt in front of customer, but there is a catch, the petrol pump has huge crowd attraction and is always crowded, so if you have patience and not in hurry please visit!
