The quality of the Fuel is very good, Good quality of service having all the basic amenities hygienically maintained, But it is closed today for some maintenance, Hope the maintnenace work will completed as early as possible, so that genuine customers will be able to avail the service

Decent place. Clean and tidy. I had just one problem. I was travelling from Bangalore and we took a pit stop here because of the trust name of Shell. I was with my entire family and we all needed to use the toilet facility since we were travelling long distance. The staff said that the toilet is out of order. It can be because of some genuine reason, but it looked like the staff doesn’t want the visitors to use the toilet.

Fuel filling was quick but no nitrogen service. Attendant at FREE air filling was asking for tips. Air filling indicator was wrong.

The quality of value added services like windshield cleaning is just a hogwash. No real purpose in cleaning the windshield especially if you end up getting a male staff doing the cleaning. When questioned about the scratches possible on the glass they rudely answer. (Happened in Hunsur Road Shell outlet, Mysore where I am regular customer for more than three years). They should stop the acting of cleaning the windshield so that windshield gets saved. As far as fuel is concerned it’s already sold in a premium so there’s nothing to cheer about either.

A benchmark for the industry, always a wonderful experience being here. Good amenities, friendly staff.

Note to the stakeholders: The entry to the fuel station is tricky and rather dangerous. Please address this. I refrain from getting my car to the station for this reason.

These goons donot ask whether to fill power or normal diesel they fill power without asking you, be aware of these cheaters

Worst service, to change engine oil and coolent they have taken 3 hours. And charged 8936/-. They have said it will take 20 mins to change oil and coolent.

The place is opposite to TVS showroom and can be easily located. The service is very fabulous and they have a air filling kiosk as well.

If u want to see professionalism in petrol bunks then visit shell petrol bunks without second thought.

Being a regular customer for this bunk for last 5 years and was happy with everything. But since i found them cheating customers at the pump by filling Power petrol or diesel to those who are in hurry dnt see the bills properly.

Even twice i had the same experience after informing them to fill with normal diesel they had filled with Power diesel which I didn’t notice, just paid and drive off the bunk.

The very next time also same happened when i questioned the lady at the pump she ended up asking sorry.
But last week on 11th may 2019 i was travelling to mangalore and went here for refilling.
Even after informing her to full tank the normal diesel, she filled with Power.
For 42.3 ltrs the bill was ₹3226/- which I didn’t check. Later when i checked the bill at next station to fill my tank again when the rate is less.

I request all the customers to not believe in those idiots at the pump. Bcz of their earnings they will hit the customers pocket to do more business for Power diesel or petrol.
Definitely am gonna blast them in future if it happens the same.

Shell is famous for its quality and quantity assurance. Friends here they ll charge few paise extra than normal rate but i think it's worth giving extra and mainly shell power petrol/diesel awesome concept guys it is fully filtered and gives a smooth feeling for any vehicle. Anyhow friends you can buy some snaks, chocolate, chips etc in shell select and can have a beautiful journey. Fuel once

The place to refill your vehicle with quality petrol. This petrol bunk is located at Hunsur main road and can been easily seen from the main road. They accept the payment through card and cash. You also get eatables and soft drinks here. You can enter the shell store to grab a drink or a snack if you are hungry. The staff are friendly. They also do the free engine oil change. The engine oil of shell is very good. It keeps your engine smooth. I would recommend people to use V-Power petrol which is a bit expensive from the ordinary petrol but it keeps the engine smooth and also adds mileage.

It's got a sore restrooms, free air and free oil change (oil you u need to pay)
You get varieties of tetrapack (tropicana etc) juices, chocolates (sneakers etc)
They have their own prepaid card which can be used for anything they sell. THey run promotions (eg win helmet). Fuel is worth it. Please note the guy who fills air is probably always deaf (hearing impaired) so don't mind if he does not respond to you (he dint hear you). Sorry for bad English but hope I conveyed the review clearly.
