Went for oil change they broke oil thread now i want remove complete engine spent 8000. Never go this shell for oil change.

The deli2go shop is well maintained, but they take too much to prepare anything

The way of response of staff is worse and they’re not given me payment recipients, because them I couldn’t able to claim the bill, I lose the money, I strongly recommend don’t go to this fuel station and very disappointed it’s not meeting the Shell standards

Very bad service, waited for almost 10-15 minutes, staff response was very rude, when asked the manager he said due to low sales they've no staff

This Shell Petrol Pump is on Mysuru Road. I was surprised to see the Shell Stores in front and the petrol pump after the stores. The stores has front entrance and one from petrol pump.
They serve a very good coffee at a reasonable price. Food is also available. Chowpaty Bhel was god. Of course the staff is friendly and other packed food items is available.

Tea, coffee, ice-cream, biscuits, even you can try the spicy egg wrap

A clean petrol bunk with near restroom, 24 hours service & good quality fuel with a cafe attached which is open till 9 pm and after that we can buy beverages and small packed snacks thru the takeaway window.

Pretty good pump. Staff have been humble and responsive everytime I have visited. Pretty good convenience store with a good selection of refreshments.

Attendants are either quarrelling amongst themselves or with customers almost every visit

Tyre pressure check means attendant will Nick your tyre valve caps.

They always claim that they don't have Normal Petrol and only have V-Power. Its quite surprising because the very next Shell station in Nayandhalli is always stocked with Normal Petrol. I really feel that the manager has instructed the employees to push more of V Power sales and hence they deny having any stock left.
If your headed into the city, give this Shell station a miss and go to the one in Nayandhalli instead. Thank me later!

I went there for oil change! As they have proper hydraulic lift and varieties of oil grades. It took them a while to get the right tool for my Punto EVO but professional work and no labour charges. Probably because of expensive 0W40 purchase and I got a free car care package! Yippee!

Most of the time normal petrol will not be available. So if you can spend few more bucks for V Power then go here

Good palce, they an small shop near the pumps 'shell select'. That shop is awesome thing, it is open 24*7 and very helpful during the nights.

As usual only v power no normal petrol same issue with majority shell bunks nowadays, maybe their strategy to sell v power

Best fuel is here. But only one problem i face is some times normal fuel is not available and we have to choose V Power, that a very good fuel but little expensive.

Never sell Normal petrol. Just making money selling other petrol which is expensive than any Normal petrol.

It's Shell what else to say. Quality and quantity assured always. 24/7 Service. Friendly staff, basic needs are taken care like Clean toilet and also you can have a quick bite. You can also get fresh coffee too.

Stupid useless arrogant staffs who finds pleasure in keeping customers wait unnecessarily, behaves as if they own this place.

Shell petrol station at BSM Extension at Kengeri Satellite town is one of the nicely maintained and administered petrol pump. Customers can enjoy unlimited access to air during the operating hours of the outlet. Tipping the employees are not entertained. Availability of clean toilets with with proper lighting and water facilities. First aid box is one of the primary facility that this petrol is provided.

Tell now I am going to fill petrol Permanently in this Shell petrol bunk In beginning (when petrol bunk opened) Everything is excellent. But now got worst
1. Not fill petrol fast. Working slowly if there is long queue also.
2. Don't know to speak properly and telling namaste staffs had forgot.
3. Sometimes Tell lie that there is no normal petrol fill with super petrol. If there is normal petrol available also and after long time standing on queue.
4. Telling lie that Paytm is not working after long time standing on queue.
5. You will not get petrol bill if you not asked. After filling petrol if you will ask bill they will blame you that you want to ask bill before filling petrol.
6. They ask everyone to give change (Money) if they have change (money) also after filling 300rs petrol if you will give 500rs they will tell some words after that they will give balance change.
7. If you will not see 0 in meter they will start filling from old reading only they will not tell you to see 0 in meter also many times happened will fill petrol.
8. If customer tell them that I will complaint they easily tell that go and complaint.
9. Price will be high everytime.
Totally I think this problems will not solve better to make plan to fill with other petrol pump.

The fuel is as good as any other shell outlet.
Enough place to park a few cars.

The eatery has a deli2go counter and a small store to pickup food items.
