I got to know about the fuel price drop from the pump supervisor Anandi.
The shell bunk with Nice friendly staff
Just refuelled my car to full tank and got back rs 25 per rs 1000 spent

Had a bad experience. The employee there said only premium petrol was available and not the normal one. This is the third time happening in this specific petrol pump

In many countries, a fuelling station is almost impersonal as an ATM. It has only one function, which is dispensing fuel. It is not desirable to make a big fuss & hype over a fuel vendor.
PLEASE can we have LESS attitude and value addition and customer happiness reviews, JUST GIVE ME THE PETROL AND LET ME OUT OF HERE! NOW!

Well managed and helpful staff. They always ask if you have the shell app and load the points.

They sale 3M products at the time of filling petrol. I bought one 3M Chain spray. When I open, their was no gas, only liquid was flowing from the chain spray. When I went to replace, they deny to accept the product and told we always sale after giving demo. And saying “u already used this product”. And behaviour was irresponsible. And thy alwys come with repeated excuse, thy will deduct from my salary.
Don’t trust them, they alwys say like that when they will fill super petrol instead of normal petrol. (It’s happen earlier but I ignored and I paid full amount of super pertrol).

I know somewhere I trusted more on shell brand but good know about the bad part.
Just I want to inform u all, don’t buy any kind of product on the way from the shell petrol pump. They shell wrong product on that time and thy try to cheat
Kindly check properly before buying any products.

Please don't go to this petrol bunk.they are cheaters.on 5th June I had filled petrol for Rs 500, they said only v.power is available (not sure) and filled 5.42 ltr but my petrol indicator in my car was not moved at all, have asked the boy who put the petrol, he said sometimes it happens after 1-2 kilometer it will show the actual so I believed him and went home which is exactly 6.5 km from the bunk.next day morning also indicator was showing same level.thought some problem with the indicator but after 3-4 km from home its starts blinking but some how I reached the bunk and enquired the manager he said we have all the records that petrol was filled for Rs 500 before doing proper investigation, he was so irresponsible not even bother to call and ask the boy who was in second shift.after sometime (45 mins) he called that boy and he accepted that I have told him that fuel indicator was not moving but he said that i had filled the petrol and all our records are correct.my one hour effort went in vain and again I have paid 460 rs as petrol was almost nil in my vehicle and this time the indicator was moved 3 steps up.left the bunk one last time. Please don't go to this bunk and waste your hard earned money.they are cheaters.

Customers beware, at Lavelle Road, Shell Station, they cheat. I paid for 12 litres but they filled about 6 litres only, they have tampered the machines and argue with you that your car fuel needle is faulty. My car fuel gauge is perfect, I was cheated by Shell.
Despite calling the police and assurance by their health and safety guy, Akil Harnesswala, the Shell territory manager did not get back to me at all.
They don't have a grievance addressable system as well. The fuel is good and many other Shell stations in Bangalore are good but not the one at Lavelle road.

Very bad experience I paid through card I was little busy filled petrol for 150rs but the guy enterd 155 rs, next day when I checked th sms and the receipt it was 155 rs, guys b carefull while they are entering the amount in machine, I don't know when will I go to the bunk again. I should have given 0 stars as there is no option today it may b 5 rs if they do fore 100 customers imagine how much they earn.
