Worst service like we did an oil change for the car and they didn't return the remaining oil of half liter. We paid almost 3k for this so we went to enquire about this and they literally used our oil and were rude after all this. Beware of this people here in Shell.
In morning mostly when we ask for tea or cofee, they always says not available and we are preparing.we came at 7.00 am and some times 7.30am but they have same reply.it looks like they are not going to give you anything but only giving excuse by saying that its getting prepared. BAD EXPERIENCE.
I had been there recently 4 to 5 times, they only serve power petrol and always say no to Normal petrol. It's been irritating for a customer, once twice we can understand but not 4 to 5 times.
Overall shell charges more for petrol and many a times (especially weekends) tries to palm off premium petrol. At today's rate of 80, they charge 82 /LTR for the regular petrol and 90 for the premium one. I found no reason for the 2 RS overhead on the regular petrol and absolutely no difference in the premium one. Typical giffen goods principle of charging more to appear better or premium. Till they provide tangible proof of additives or special handling leading to better performance or mileage, the government should crack down on the RS 2 premium on regular petrol. Overall the government must have stringent control on the premium oil from all outlets including indian oil. Otherwise they will mint money selling snake oil.
Nice and clean, the employees follow a standard protocol everytime you visit and its a good customer experience overall, ps. No need to mention about the quality of the petrol though.
At least i can refuel my bike without worrying about quality and quantity. Good service from staff. Even though price is quite higher than other petrol bunks, you will not get fooled by someone. I can see the difference in fuel efficiency.
Two petrols are available. Visited on Christmas. Nice polite staff in my visit. Located on a corner and there is entry from across the other side of the road also I front of, if it helps. You need to get down from vehicle while they fill. Concerned about safety which is good but might be troubling for someone with any issue in legs.
