Please don't allow shell guys for free checkup service. Because of them I lost my cars radiator cap, they didn't close the cap properly. And my car started trouble in middle of the road and I lost the cap. THEY WILL SIMPLY TELL YOUR CAR NEED ENGINE OIL OR COOLANT TO COMPLETE THEIR PERSONAL TARGET.

Extremely satisfied with the service to us during emergency situation. Mechanic- Balaji and helper guy were extremely helpful. They did not charge us any money for service. Very patient dedicated and honest.

I asked for a oil change which they refused because I had purchased the oil from outside. Ridiculous service.

When you come to these places all you look for is how quick you get the service so that you dont have to spend long time.so good customer service and.well managed.

The staff didnt have a good attitude. At shell petrol pump you always get the windshield clean complimentary. When we requested for the front and rear, they said we will do only one side. We opted to get our rear glass cleaned, and it was a very shabby job. After we complained to the store manager, he got the rear glass cleaned better.

One of place I frequently visit to get fuel.

Employees here are good and well behaved.

State bank debit cards will not work here. You will get transaction failed status and money deducted from your account. It’ll take more than month to refund your money. 3 times I faced same issue. Whenever you visit this bunk you’ll see One or other customer Fight with staff regarding this issue

Very good response from workers but I'm rating bocz in shell petrol bunk they are hiring money more than any other petrol bunk

Good petrol pump with multiple fueling points, cleaning facility, oil changing, air pump, and small shop. Not sure if they have restrooms for guests.

Change of engine oil & filter in reasonable prices and quality of diesel is of very good standard.

Genuine file you will get with correct quantity. You will feel the difference of smoothness of your vehicle.

Prompt courteous service. But always one or two rupees more per litre when compared to the public sector oil companies

It was a good fuel station until a few years back. Quality, Service and Cost had a balance. However, now all are those degrading. Too much push to sell only there Power fuel at high cost. Service has gone down drastically.

Oil change option at station and small snacks store is a big plus especially considering proximity to NICE road.

They can improve for sure to win their customers back.

The Shell V-Power does improve the performance of the engine. Worth the high cost. Recommended fuel for top quality bikes and cars.

3 ~ 4 rupee higher than compititor yet people flock to their pump stations. Thats speaks a lot. But sometimes the attendents' incessant branded fuel upselling turns me off, hence I will deduct 1 star from it. Otherwise, a happy customer since 2010 for both my 2 & 4 wheeler.
