Rude clerk. Very rude. Has a lot of attitude. Pathetic as hell. Get your gas and leave don't even bother entering the store.

Petrol is nice but they didn't provide air at midnight and it was emergency, totally disappointed in shell

One of the best Shell stations. Yeshwanthpur station now has Shell Recharge. They have 120kw fast charging facility for 4 wheelers. 2 wheeler and 3 wheeler chargers are also available. Great staff and service as always. Kudos to Shell.

For all those who are transporting their vehicles to YESVANTPUR JUNCTION through parcel it's the nearest petrol bunk to the parcel office and has free tire air fill service and washroom available

Never go to shell bunk for petrol because they cheat customers. One petrol in shell is 115 whereas in other bunks are 101 rs and before filling the petrol they said prepaid card is accepted but after they did some drama machine not working. I won't visit again

Staff has become un-professional and severe degradation in customer service hence 2 star.

Go for the fuel which is always the best available quality.

My review is based on my recent visit on January 11th 2021 evening around 5pm, The fuel station was well maintained and staff was really welcoming too, They had asked what kind of fuel I need normal or v-power so I chose normal and they even asked me to not to talk in phone while they fuel my car too. Another staff member comes in from the fuel station store to ask for any Hot beverages like coffee or tea as well. They have different types of payment available like Cash, Card, Gpay, PhonePe, Paytm too. So my overall experience was good in this fuel station not sure why their is a lot of Negative comments here.

Today I asked to put normal petrol, but the staff told try it sir, second time also told to put normal, staff told ok sir but put v-power when asked sorry sir by mistake,

Very Bad experience today i faced at Shell petrol bunk, Woman's always speaking in mobile, unable to change My Suzuki celerio car Engine Oil, these people don't have reqd spanner, and lady speaking rudely.

Pathetic staff, almost illiterate staff including the manager inside shop over the counter checking for digital payment. Utter rubbish. Pathetic experience, poor quality service. They can't read the digital receipt proof after payment, can't verify after showing all evidences too. Charging more for fuel and offering nonsense service

These guys are not even giving respect to the customers.recently we went to store for water bottle that to in mid night.but the worst staff told water is out of stock.but there is full of water bottles in the fridge.the staff will not give response.please don’t go there at mid night

Typically people spend 10min we are step ahead of spending 30min due to month end effect which was not mentioned in the review kindly update yourself on monthends rather than looking @24/7.

Very bad experience with staff name prathap and another one guy who is not responding with customer I asked him to fill air but he was sitting simply and refuse to fill the air and asked me to fill myself I'm regular for shell but I have seen before this type of behavior

It's been 12: 27 and shift change is causing delay. Unexpected from Shell. Disappointed after this, there is no response from the personal.

This sheel Bank employees specially ladies employees not good they are not giving good service for customers for the sheel rules when a car came shell petrol bunk the sheell employee clean the glass front of car but they are telling sir next time you come that time I will be clean sir I don't know good English because I I am a cab driver

It's Like any other petrol bunks. When we went, there was long line with just two people filling fuel. There were empty stations.

More often than not, they will claim that they have run out of normal petrol and force you to get V-Power. Even if normal petrol is available, they will fill V-Power and claim it was an innocent mistake. The manager and his staff are hand in hand to fleece customers but they pretend to be innocent. Never visiting this bunk again. Ruining the name of shell worldwide.

Good petrol pump with kind staff. The waiting line for the air checkup is longer than petrol but the primary purpose of filling the vehicle with fuel will be done quickly.

Prices are usually a few paisa more than everywhere else. As per my experience, the mileage with the petrol here is lower than other places. The customer service is good and the staff are pretty humble. They have a store, like most petrol bunks. When you go in, they come up to you and ask you if you want refreshments. This may be annoying but it is on the road which is the entrance to Bangalore, so it is pretty good for travelers.

The petrol quality is good.there is usually a wait.it would help if there are many lines to cater.

Been here once, had a great experience, after filling fuels I had some snacks from theirs coffee Shop

Apart from fuel being expensive.nothing out of the ordinary.they have a small departmental store and sometimes the card machine doesnt work.

I have filled my bike with 100r and millage was droped to 15km/ltr
I have lost hope on shell now

The service is good and fast. Also there is a cafe and a small mart in the arena.
The cafe Deli2go serves delicious food, which creates a great opportunity for customers to pick a thing or two on the go!

Great service and they have their own store. The store is great, one can buy eatables and many other things.
