Went on a weekend with low volume, staff was extremely courteous and also helped with cash back on shell app.claimed to be True 24x7 with coffee snacks around the clock. Rajesh gave top notch service. Recommend.

Had a very bad experience with the air filling. The guy was very careless and scratched the car infront of me with the tube nozzle, intentionally it seemed after there was some disagreement about the tip. I decided to skip air refill.

Expensive fuel but cafe stop is good. Fuel cost doesn't have additional value suve they buy the fuel from MRPL and MRPL and other can sell at a price where it is 15rs lower than shell

I had the worst experience for changing engine oil for my XUV 500 car. The mechanic (Jiyabul Huqe) is a fraud who will misguide you in purchasing the right grade oil and charge exorbitant prices. He did not even drain the existing oil properly and also did not replace the oil filter. Just filled the new oil and it is done. Be cautious with this guy.

Good quality with slightly higher prices. I love to have tea here. Deli2Go 24/7 open cafe of shell you can eat Maggie and sandwiches 24/7 the price is slightly high but quantity and quality is good you can have tea here at the price of 40 rs.

The petrol Price is very high compare to other bunks. All over India price is 94 but in this petrol bunk 99.50 present price normal petrol not power

Very bad experience and place

I have been filling petrol for past four years from the gas station. Quality and customer service is always the unique features of shell. They do fill engine oil, air and they do have a small store to grab perks.

Service is very good. Windshield cleaning and air top-up free service available. Charge 4-5 Rs more per litre but petrol quality is good and gives more average.

It's a nice place to fill our bikes and car, with exact Measurmemts no cheating or mixing anything to it, price wise they cost more comparing to others but still they provides you the finest service's like staff welcome and asking to check before felling the tank, and easy payment modes like card cash or paytm wallet or upi, they provide snacks also and a small mart in-side of store, they check oil an replace for free (oil charges aplecable), overall I only prefer shell petrol pump now.

5star rating for their service and hospitality, no mixing pure petrol, gives milege and keep engine cool and don't damaged it!

Good Petrol, good service. They keep air filling service ON, I have taken air around 10: 00 pm also. Not sure about late night.

Put fuel and got my air checked, after 5 mins of riding my Tyre was flat and the mechanic said their air filling pipe head is not good and because of that my Tyre started leaking

The fuel instrument is faulty. My car can take a Max of 43+2 liters under the worst dry condition. The instrument was able to fuel my car tank of 45.2, I am sure my car still had about 2 liters. I wonder how did the meter go up to that. Something is wrong.

This full station is good but workers response is not good, not respect people in time, every people seeing chief type. Is not good service behaviour not good in service station.

Untrained staff. Most of the staff knows only regional language. You ask something they will do something else for sure.

Cheated by the same meter running scam. 2 ladies at the pump. One distracting by asking cash or card. Now the lady filling the petrol starts from the previous reading. Be careful.

Good ️! Near Bellendur gate towards HSR side - Service road.price for shell fuel is always little more as compared to others but worth when it comes to quality.

Its a shell petrol pump, thats all and that too in Bangalore, where you may get cheated while dealing with petroleum.

Update: Oneday I made it for full tank and the price per litre was 81 and whole bangalore it was 77Rs per litre. I checked essar and reliance both has 77 for 1 litre for normal petrol. Dont know, may be this guys cheats sometimes.

Shell petrol pump is always best at it's quality of service. Me and my friends always go for shell pump to refill as because of its quality

PROs:
1. Situated in the main road
2. Easy to notice in a traffic
3. Place is enough for more vehicles
4. Cards are accepted
5. A small café shop is there to have a quick bite
It also have some basic necessities like chain spary, scratch remover etc,

CONs:
1. Because of its location it's creating more traffic
2. There will be a queue always
3. Sometimes they won't mention about power petrol queue that is little costly than normal petrol

Petrol and diesel quality is good, sometimes there is a minor change in the air filling machine.also while giving change and getting change we need to be bit careful.over all it is good

Very very bad experience in that bellandur Shell petrol bunk there is two guys in air section, very bad begevier to the customer 19/12/2019

I have not seen them cheat at the pump like many of their counterparts. It's a bit slow and at times empty, but it's the best around Bellandur.

One incident I remember is they filling V Power petrol when I asked them only for regular petrol. Their argument was that they did not have regular fuel and it was advertised outside. It was, except it was not visible when entering the facility. They however reimbursed me the difference after a bit of an argument.

Had a very peaceful experience at this outlet of Shell! I had gone there with the specific reason of getting the engine oil in my car changed. These guys were relatively efficient, given that the oil filter of my Ikon (old model) had to be procured.but after that they were very quick with job! They had some suction equipment with which they pulled out the old oil and then they put in some good oil! They charged my only for the consumables and I was merrily on my way to Hosur!

Asked upfront if i will be paying by card and then went ahead to fill beyond automatic stop despite me asking to stop.

Very rude manager worst manager he doesn't no to speak with ladies I faced worst experience in shell petrol bunk Bellandur I asked them to fill petrol full tank they overflowed the tank and asking me to pay for that that stupid manager doesn't no manners also

My tvs ntoq fuel tank capacity 5 Litres and these guys have filled 5.24L petrol in fuel tank and already there was 0.5L in fuel tank. Can anyone explain how is that possible. Big fraud is going on there.

The staff is quite irresponsible they do not have card swiping machines which work but tell customers that there is no wireless network etc. The staff in this petrol pump have no regards for customers. They do not inform customers that the card swiping machines are not working but after filling the petrol they try the card and then inform that network issue is there. Once you pay by cash they do not return exact change but try to wound off and keep the change. When I spoke to one of the supervisors there he was not cooperative but answered arrogantly that there is no network for the card swiping machine. Also the person who fills air does not follow the Q. He prefers to provide service only to two wheelers even though a car arrived before the two wheelers.
Overall very poor customer support in this bunk. You can avoid this one and probably use the other Shell bunk on the opposite side service road.

Good place to refuel. Staff are generally good. Few thing missing is discipline while filling and rush mangement
