Don't go to this Shell petrol bunk for 2 reasons
1. They check the oil level and say oil level is less or quality of oil is not good. It should be changed immediately or it will spoil your engine. People who have less knowledge will trap and give them the business. It happened with me twice. Last month they said oil is less and i traveled 2500 km and still the oil level is within the limit. Yesterday i did my car service at service station and changed the oil. Today shell person said oil need to ne changed.
2. Petrol price is very high. Nearby HP its Rs. 101 and shell changed Rs. 117 per leter.

There is no air facility on night time customers only day time.high fi treatment on daytime night time its seems to be a chappar pump.hp is better than this pump

Cheated us of 560 rupees and did not fill 5 liters. The car tank meter showed same as before filling. Did not realize until I got home.

Don't come here for oil change and coolant change for your car without knowing what ur car needs, I feel they just cheat u and bill you extra one can of oil just for their profit.waste of money and they don't add what the car specifically needs. I lost the trust in shell

Repeated issues with the air filling station not being functional. It's been months since they've done anything about it. I don't understand how can this issue be ignored so much while fuel charges are the highest! Please do something about it!

I like shell fuel and station atmosphere.
However especially this station I frequently have bad experience.

1. Slow response when I ask for normal petrol (feel like they don’t want to give normal petrol) even the staff is free at near by station they won’t attend.
2. When I go for shell app, they will say signal issues or won’t work. Finally they won’t give app discount

Very well maintained petrol station. Have shell store also. Free tyre pressure checking is also available

I am repeatedly getting charged more. 1) Use Shell App - You will get some discounts. But you will have to fight for every discount. They don’t understand the bill, even after showing discount. At the end they charge higher, So be very careful and always check if they deducted the shell app voucher discount amount or not. I already raised complaints, happened with me twice repeatedly.

Don’t ever go this gas station, they open the engine saying free checkup and then mess with your engine and they spoil your car.

Worst shell location in Bangalore. The oil change service is a scam. Asked me to buy additional 5ltrs of mineral oil stating carbon residue in engine and this would help clean. There is no logic is this unless you run the oil for min 10-15 kms. They drained said so called cleaning oil in 10 mins.

Sold me a diesel oil filter for a petrol vw polo. They dont have the tools to open the oil filter cap.

Asked me to come back in 2 days. Its been 4 weeks since and there is no call back.

They scam customers with shell go app and debit the points immediately after crediting it for 2 days.

Learnt my lesson not to go to shell for their unprofessional oil change service. This outlet is bringing disgrace to the shell name.

They'll try to force you to change oil and all sorts or stuff. The staff is rude. Go somewhere else.

Her in varthur road, siddahpura branch not given discount. It's shell company scheme buy petrol of rs. 250 get 5 rs off

This petrol bunk always had air supply for vechiles.they will always had issues.and if asked they will always said reason.bad

Worst service filled petrol for 2k but there is no any air checking available also no any staff for air. This branch shell is worst. I never had worst experience in shell except this branch.

I used to come here everyday before the lockdown and enjoy late night coffe at the deli to go and visit here early morning for their chilli podi idlis they were the best. Yesterday October 8th I came here with a friend after a game of badmin and thought of ordering the podi idlis again like old time but they didn't have it and that was fine but the guy at the deli2go counter was so impatient with us while we were deciding what to order now that the podi idlis were not that and started make comments. This place always had good service and nice people and now they have ruined it hiring this guy.such a bad experience to have in one of fav late night places to be, never gona be visiting here again.

Under no circumstance should you let these guys open your car’s hood. They’ll suggest totally unnecessary things by using scare tactics. The guy opened the radiator cap of my car and said the coolant is watery (I guess he expected viscous oil in the coolant reservoir) and it is fuming and that I should get it changed. Seriously Shell? You should never open the radiator cap when the car is hot, of course it will be fuming, what do you expect, cold breeze from the radiator? To top this display of foolishness the guy also used the oil dipstick to probe the coolant reservoir…Pathetic.

Staffs are not educated enough to understand the error message displayed in card machine.

I asked for card machine which will accept my Amex card. Once they tried for payment, it said "Financial institution not found".

On this they are saying, Sir, your card has no money and gave a taunting look that go get your money.

I asked them repeatedly, that it's not what the error meant but they did not accept it. Anyways, i had to pay with my another card.

Shell has regarded its quality and behaviour of staffs. I used to refuel my car only at shell but now I need to think twice.

Diesel price 125 Vs non-Shell pump in just 87. Difference of nearly 40 rupees per Litre. Would never ever go to shell pumps. Only a fool would revisit.

They are not up to the mark. First, they are charging more for petrol. Second some of their staff are cheater. Never avail any service from them, other than refilling of fuel. I got cheated by one staff there who promised to fix the puncture of my car. He took 100 rs and pretended to fix it. He did not fix anything. I have been a customer for them for last 7 years but now I am thinking about going to some other petrol pump. I tried to register a complaint with them but no one picks up the phone there.
