Cheats. Asked to install apps promising higher discount but later reduced. Sold vipers not shared bill for viper. Not clear on the amount

By then the third lady will fuel your car with power diesel or the high octane petrol!

Be extra careful!

This issue was even Escalated to Mr Chethan, the so called head of the outlet!

This is day light robbery by a reputed brand like SHELL!
Due to these bunk attendants and the greed to meet the quota they are ruining the name of SHELL!

Edit: I fought for the refund of the delta between normal and V power and I did not pay for the expensive fuel.
It is your right as a customer for the refund and I got it.
Only this will teach a lesson to greedy outlet like this one.

I came here to full the tank and want to buy something with the help of sell go plus but the guys don't know how to redeem the point and the reduced my 600point more than I didn't get anything and get away from here

These shell operator's are making scam to ooze out their high grade petrol, even after saying to fill normal they pretend saying that they confirmed with you before starting the machine if this is their "peers" idea then you guys have lost moral of walking on two foot. Grow up.

Donot get scammed by their free car checkup, especially if you are not used to automobile jargons. Once, they even came to the extend of telling me that engine oil is contaminated with water.

Very disappointing such a reputed bunk has no generator to do the needful made us wait at midnight as there was no power

I came across a Frontline staff by name Vinitha who was constantly offering to sell Air freshener and asking to refill Oil. I understand they have been told to cross sell, They need to understand the meaning of No and stop overdoing their job.

Always they say we have no stock normal diesel.only power diesel available.it's not Good. I hope it's my 4th time experience with this bunk.very bad service.

Takes too much time,
1st they will guide car to park and keep the barigate pole.
2nd They welcome and ask for Normal & Power
3rd They start Fuelling.
If they are doing this for every vehicle, they are gonna waste time and create more crowd and some customers end up leave without fueling.

Management has to think seriously and come out with quick decisions to avoid such things,

We are not coming here to get welcomed or learn how to park vehicle. We come here to fill the fuel tank.

Also noticed staff here are giving priority for people who get service done here. (Oil) Think other people are also waiting and paying.

Very good staff in oil filling stations.
Good staff in snack store.
But very bad staff in air filling place. Everyone knows air is provided for free in Shell bunks. But this particular bunk is an exception. I've seen bunks were staff reject any amount given to them for air. They used to say "No sir, air is free", but here, even when you do not have any small amount to give, they insist to get it changed, and pay them. Very rude. This bunk is ruining the Shell brand.

My car ran out of fuel. I had read on Quora that apparently when this happens, you can visit the petrol bunk and can request for a Fuel can on deposit. I believe the person I spoke to was the Manager, his name was Ramesh. He was a huge help. He gave me a can without any deposit. I was able to get back to my family sooner. Thank you Ramesh.

The best petrol pump chain in Bangalore. I am a regular customer of Shell. I never got satisfaction on fuel (quantity and quality
) with the other fuel suppliers in Bangalore. Shell maintains the quality and quantity.

Usually fuel here. The oil is premium quality and we get good mileage.
But only disadvantage for paytm users is that they don't have a big QR code scanner so we can do the payement from our place. Each time we have to go inside station office for payement.
The marketing staff asks required snacks or cleaning items.
They also check oils/ wash windshield.

Pathetic service. Your employee Lalitha is very slow at her work. She is more interested in killing her time by talking with her colleagues than doing her job quickly. She is so lazy. You should have someone who is really interested in doing their job.

SHELL Fuel station near HMT bhavan in Ganganagar in Bengaluru on the YELAHANKA - MEKHRI CIRCLE on BELLARY main road.
The service at this fuel station is Good, with facilities like Petrol, diesel and Gas refilling.
Engine oil replacements services also available.
Space inside the fuel station is limited making its difficult especially during peak hours in mornings and evenings to get the services done.
Fuel filled quantity is better than other fuel stations.
Customers need to get down from their bikes while the fuel is being refilled.

They don't ask before doing the oil during oil change. In the bill they bill engine oil+ 2k plus for flushing. Customers are surprised when they see the bill. I saw an old man who was begging to reduce the bill. The workers were making fun of him. Poor guy.

Quality of fuel is really good and they also provide free oil check-up. Even refreshments are also sold here.but the fuel station is small so it will always be crowded here and there will be a big fuel truck standing outside causing traffic Chaos.

I fill petrol full tank because i am happy that there's no cheatng & purity.more over the staff's are respectful and happy to serve to the puplic. Thanks to shell.

Just any other shell petrol pump, this one is also just fine. Staffs here were very good, fast and very polite.

Petrol is very expensive when compared to PSU oil mktg companies. I don't understand why? How can govt allow such huge differences
