I have done full tank for my car on 23dec 2020 at 9.44pm, they don't inform me about shell go points need add there itself and they argue we closed, and again I requested they have added points at counter. After 20kms my car fuel indicators showing slightly needle moved by full which never happened in my car. I called them yesterday they are informed may be fuel indicators problem. And suggested to check in another petrol pump. Today 27.12.2020 4pm I have checked at shell yelchanehalli for 25kms run 3.96lts consumed, my car mileage 18.7kms. 2.66liters difference is there. This should not happen. I lost trust on this petrol bunk.

Never fill engine oil from this place. I had filled engine oil for my tiago they filled oil which doesn't exactly match my vehicle specifications. After 2 months oil started leaking and again i had to get the oil changed from Tata service center.

Offers good quality fuel. Many people in reviwers commented it's expensive and gave 1 * but there is difference for sure. The higher price compensates in better mileage, more power, good quality of service etc. Only downside I feel is that once am out of Bangalore, I miss the fuel and car behaves different with other fuels. Shell, please expand to small towns all over india

The people r rude and if u ask for full tank they actually don't care the just put it on and off when it over flows and blame on us.
They don't even inform about the petro (power or Normal) at the place where we get normal also they Fill power without informing
They don't even put air they r rude don't go here

This fuel station not only provide you with fuel also have service of bakery item which ate good quality as well good snacks to carry on for long trip/drive. An the whole place is hygiene!

Guys this is not open 24/7 close at 11: 00 I need petrol very badly I asked for help they where not responsive I hate shell I use to love shell after this I don't think so: - (: - (

If you go here, be prepared to pay for V-Power petrol/diesel which is at least 10 Rs/ltr costlier. After waiting in line, when reach your turn, they will say we only have V-Power. Really disappointing service considering this is Shell.

Fuel cost is slightly more expensive than the other petrol bunks. But that compensates for the ambience, service and quality of the fuel they provide. They do oil change, coolant top up jobs free of cost (only if you purchase the oil and coolant from their store at MRP). Over all a good experience

Horrible rude staff in the shell select store.i was dying out of hunger after waiting for 10 minutes I asked for a cup noodles the staff replied as to no hot water asked for a puff cuts it into two pieces and says rudely that the bakery is closed and that's my decision.very poor staff management

Tried to trick by putting premium nozzle without asking and when questioned mentioned that what they usually put.it's equivalent to cheating and fraud.

I got fuel once [of course I will never go again], i ask for 2ltr, they filled for 150 rupees, i said 'nonono i need fuel for more than 200', the petrol gut started. Many customers were asking why don't you fill how much i want?

Had a very bad experience at this shell bunk today. Requested the staff for a full tank Petrol for my bike. The staff was filling the petrol & the nozzle didn’t trip, I believe it was faulty & so the petrol filled the complete tank & overflowed almost more than a litre & staff didn’t notice it until then.

I complained this to the so call manager about this incident & told him I can’t pay for the excess wasted fuel amount of around 100 rupees. He started arguing with me & later started speaking rudely. After final argument he deducted the bill by 78 rupees. The manager at this bunk is really rude.

Actually I came to this bunk to fill petrol in my car and in opinion of the staff is customer friendly.but several times i found the guys behavior is rude and they will left the petrol tank cap open, and it became a duty to me to close the cap myself, once I informed him first close the cap, as the petrol will evoporate. But the guys busy in putting the gun into the machine and when they feel to close then they will close.

Secondly, this store has confection store where you will sell choclates and icecreams, but if i use the card for buying those also I am ending up paying petrol charges on my purchase. So there is no point of buying the confection store, as any other confection store i can use my credit card for no extra taxes.

Rude staff. I specifically asked for normal petrol and they put vpower and charged me for the same. Card machine was also not working.

This is my favourite petrol bunk. Where i can fill my tank in 5 minutes if it is crowded also.
Oil changes for bike and car is completely free.
Air filling for bike and car is free.
All cards and all payments app is accepted here
You can buy more product like juices biscuits choclate etc,
Here petrol price will be high compare to normal petrol bunk.
I prefer shell in all the situation.
We need more shell petrol bunk in city and also in village sides.

Located on the main road, access to the pump station is easy. Spacious Petrol pump station.

Has good small refreshment facility and a store on the auto accessories.

Staff are very helpful.

Very uncourteous staff, and they try to loot you every time in the pretext of checking engine oil/coolant and then pressurising you to change it.

They have attached a no smoking bord, but they are Selling cigarettes in the petrol pump, what about public if pump gets fire

Very bad experience as you will be forced to put V-Power petrol even though they have normal petrol available. V-power is which is at least 10 Rs/ltr costlier than the normal one. When reach they will say we only have V-Power. Really disappointing service considering this is Shell. Hopefully they will take initiative to fix this issue ASAP.

The fuel quality in this petrol pump is very good. This place is very spacious and the behaviour of the staff is also very good. This place also has tyre air filling station and the tyre air pressure measurement and filling is accurate.

I have personally experienced that my vehicle gives some extra miles when i fill it up with shell fuel and this is purely because of the quality being excellent and the quantity being accurate.

I saw with my own eyes the counter did not stay from zero. It was at 145 but the staff argued that it was sweet to 0. And the counting started from seeing 2lts. But I couldn't prove otherwise

Denied to fuel in normal petrol. The reason was unavailability due to power failure. Just wondering whether that could be a valid one ; power failure didn't affect the power option though.

These guys are cheaters.no matter how many times you tell them to put normal petrol, they fill v-power without your knowledge and make you forcefully pay for it.i want to raise complaint against this but no ways to do that.
