Shell petrol bunk

Such a worst employee ever don’t have time scence and don’t k ow how to talk with the customer such a worst bunk I have ever seen and not maintained the bunk as per guidence

Worst experience…. They delay everything and even they don’t provide water bottle during emergency…. Waste of your time….

Wrost service. The filling person Sridhar gave wrost service. They didn't gave loyalty points also.

I have been visiting this fuel station from past 15months, quality of fuel is good. As in all Shell pump service is good too. If you fill fuel above RS 1500 you'll get free nitrogen top up. The only annoying thing is they force me to fill power diesel at every visit, even after saying 'no' multiple times they force us.
If Shell bunk management is reading this please advice your employees not to irritate the customers by forcing them to fill power fuel. Suggesting them power fuel is fine but forcing them really annoys.

Yappo. Shell petrol cost more. They have told me the milage will be better compared to other to company.but I dint find any increases in my vechile milage.

ಮಾಲೀಕರುಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಬರುತ್ತೆ ಅಂದ್ಕೊಳ್ತಾ ನನ್ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಬಯಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಶೆಲ್ ಇಂಧನ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ತುಮಕೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿರುವುದು ಸಂತಸದ ವಿಷಯ. ಉತ್ತಮ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲೂ ಕೂಡ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತೀರ ಎಂಬುದು ನಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆ. ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಹಾಕೋ ಸಂಧರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪೆಷಲ್ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಹಾಕಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ ಎಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಗೋಗೇರದು ನಿಲ್ಲುತಾರೆ. ಇದು ನನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲ ತುಮಕೂರಿನ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಶೆಲ್ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ. ಒಂದು ಬಾರಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅದರ ವಿಶೇಷತೆ ಹೇಳಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಶೆಲ್ ಎಂದರೆ ಒಂದು ಬಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಬ್ರಾಂಡ್ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಗೋಗರೆಯುವುದು ಅತಿನಟನೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸಲ್ಲ. ಇದನ್ನ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಉತ್ತಮ ಸೇವೆ ನೀಡಲು ನಮ್ಮ ಮನವಿ.

From my experince with other gas station in tumkur. Shell is far better than others and employees are professional with customer.

Good quality, correct quantity and overall good service. But attention to be give to the customer who are waiting in the station.

Down fall in customer service & not up to the expiation the graph of customer service is going low

Attendent didn't show me zero reading on the meter. Didn't ask how much petrol I wanted and directly put ₹1000 worth petrol. When pointed out he acted casually and didn't apologise.

Great petrol bunk that can fill 12 litres of petrol to the motorcycle having 10 litre capacity.

Petrol quality is too bad. Whenever I fill the petrol in this bunk, my car gives mileage of only 12 km per litre.if I fill in other company bunks, I get 15 kmpl.

Please do go there because I personally feel that there is no cheating going on there. Even though they cost a rupee or two extra compared to other petroleum bunks, they provide with good quality fuel which is good for Ur vehicle engine. They also clean the glass of cars and trucks for free (a much needed amenitiy during travelling)

If you want your vehicle to give more milage and smooth engine.
Just go for shell don't think of anywhere else

Service is good, you are just profitting an American company.
The fuel power is good, but not the mileage.

Idiot service, when you in hurry plz don't visit. They simply ask you to stand out the bike. After that they put petrol.
