SHELL PETROL PUMP

Hygiene perfect, service are superb and I appreciate all the service team both male and female they have the same skills. I especially give utmost thankful to service team member ms Chanchan for her best service please keep it up.

Costly place unless you are already acquainted with it.
Cost of petrol and diesel is high.
Didn't experience any difference compared to normal petrol.
Being a very costly brand can't even get nitrogen for tyres instead of air here.
Cafeteria available here.

They don’t know how to behave with the patient. They don’t understand the patient pain if you are going along with them to fill the petrol in scuty.
They just do fake So Called “Namskara”.

I had visited this Shell station on 8th Apr'23 at around 3 - 4 PM for filling petrol and they insisted to open Bonnet and they will check engine oil and Coolant for free

After checking they have told me showing some device that the coolant quality is bad and needs to be replaced.

And I got it replaced, they have made me purchase 5L Can and only poured half of it and told that remaining can be poured as and when it decreases. - Why to sell more when you have lesser quantities available?

After 2 weeks that is on 22nd April'23 I had visited the same station for filling fuel.

A new person checked the coolant again with some device and said coolant is bad and needs replacement.

And when I told them it was just 2 weeks back that I got it replaced from same station and how can he say its quality is lost by driving maximum of 200KM, he went away without giving proper response.

So this shows that there is scamming of customers that's happening.

The only reason why we pay extra for fuel at Shell is because is the Trust which I have lost it today.

Gas quality is good.
Most of the time you will have to wait in queue even though few machine will be free to put gas.

They have shifted there business to sell snacks too, which is good but doesn't make sense.

It is open late night too.
Never got a chance to fill air in wheels. Always close. Specially at night.

It's really irritating that staffs keep asking for car perfumes, engine oil etc when we are in a hurry to get the fuel filled. This has become a common problem across all shell petrol pumps.

I asked to fill normal disel over power diesel.they are filling as per their wish and charging105 rs per liters (normal one 88rs). This is completely unethical.

Normal Petrol across whole of Bangalore is around Rs. 101/ltr.
It’s Rs. 111/ltr at this Station. That too for NORMAL PETROL.
It’s daylight robbery and unethical.

Unethical. They double swiped by credit card and did not credit back the amount when I disputed the charge. It took me 5 months to get the money credited back.

Instead of Renault service centre, Get your Oil Change, Oil filter and Air filter changed here. Look for Vaseem who helped me with everything.

This review is for the petrol pump near a agra lake last Monday on mid night my bike tire got flat and I was supposed to reach to hal and had a lady friend with me and like wise it was raining so heavily. I requested a gentleman to help me with some air he was so rude and said me to go to hsr for air. Please note that if u are not able to help then also u can be gentle and tell ur clients in a proper way. Atleast provide a basic customer experience and train ur staff. And it's the first time I have experience like this in ur petrol pump. I don't know about ur policies but I think u should run a air facility through out the night as well as it will help people very well.

They are the best with there additives
Hospitality is very good, can feel the difference in engine smoothness

For Late night cravings, there is a tuck shop and almost everything essential is available there.

This petrol bunk is maintained quite well and I believe they have a very well trained group of people working for them.
Prices are always at the higher end if you compare with the petrol bunks.
You find air for your bike or car tyres.
They have washroom and are clean and tidy.
They have an in-house store where you can purchase all sort of snack items.

Worst experience. No fuel points added despite informing the service person. And be extremely careful while filling fuel. Compare this with any other petrol pump like iocl, bpcl and u will get better service

As usual, shell is one of the best in their service. The employees behavior is pretty awesome. They do mirror cleaning and car services.

No free water facility for customers. If you want to drink water thn you have to purchase from their store. Its not accepted at all

Excellent petrol bunk just like every other Shell bunk. Clean and pure fuel. Quick service too. The store is well stocked with essential items. Juices, soft drinks, snacks. Basic cleaning and maintenance items for vehicles.

Amongst the shell petrol pumps in Bengaluru in my opinion this is the worst. I frequently fill up petrol from this pump since it is on my way to office. Some times they do not accept credit card due to issues with network, sometimes we have to wait due to electricity outage and in general I have found their staff to be lethargic compared to other Shell outlets.

Store at the shell petrol pump is having good collection of food items and other.
Timings of the store helps alot

Good and trustworthy fuel station. But very cramped place. Power is 89 octane and regular is 87, so if your engine is made for indian conditions just go for regular.
