Shell Petrol Pump

Staff are very inexperienced and not customer friendly. I respect shell's bunk policy where the customers are expected to get down their vehicle before refueling but a male staff ordered me in a very rogue tone to get of my vehicle which I would have done if he had conveyed the same in a pleasant manner.

I have been filling in this station for the past 5 years. Service is good. Lately I have been seeing attendants who aren’t very customer friendly.

I filled 15ltrs of petrol for my creta & I found no increase in mileage, it's simply worst, better go to power petrol in HP bunks, not at all recommend this bunk

Total worst service. They don't deserve even a single star. They kept me waiting for no reason. I went for refuel purchasing my coupon for 200₹ redeeming by my 4000 points in shell Asia app. They don't know how the system works. The person who was refuelling my car I told him beforehand I have a coupon but he did not care to listen and swiped the full amount and did not give me the discount of ₹200 and is not aware of the situation also. He then told me to purchase anything from the deligo store and the coupon will be reimbursed from that purchase. But when I went over there he is a newbie don't of the rules and regulations and told me to meet the manager and none of them know Hindi or English. It's a international standards petrol pump but they speak their won language and doesn't have coordination among them. Then after arguing for sometime she told me that only one coupon will be discounted at a time and u need to come for 2 intervals. This is just pathetic. Just don't redeem ur coupon purchased from shell Asia app here. My advice

I frequently get fuel from this pump. I really like the service but today is different. I would request management to extend the shelter at Air station. I came long way to refuel and get tyre pressure checked.

The person at the station rejected to check tyre pressure as it was drizzling. I requested to check just for one tyre as my sensor shows low pressure but of no use.

I had to visit another nearest pump to fill air. I understand that it is not an appropriate request as it was raining. I request management to take care of such inconvenience by extending the shelter at Air pump station.

Ridiculous customer service. The people here treat you like slaves. They basically treat you like you don’t belong here, please do not fill your full fuel here or anything do have anything to do with this place. Prashanth didn’t have the decency to talk to a customer decently and spoke very rudely. I felt like I wasn’t welcome here.

Worst experience i told him to fill for 300 but he fuelled for 700 and i asked him what are you doing he is like you told for full tank and he started argued with me like you told for full tank this is such a worst experience i have in petrol stations

Only Shell we can trust for quality and correct quantity. I have been filling fuel here since last 2 years. Good and polite staff.

Closest shell petrol pump for Yelahanka residents. Located after the U turn on the main road makes it mandatory to take the next far off U turn to enter this bunk. Quick service and friendly staff. Shell select makes it convenient to buy car products, eatables etc. Good reward program also available.

Shell is the only place I find around my neighborhood with quality fuel and a good vehicle related services and accessories. They maintain their station pretty clean. A decent place to fill petrol or diesel if you are a used to filling fuel from Shell station. They have decent store inside from where one can pick up some eatables or even some accessories for the bike and car. You can use debit and not have to worry about cash.

I want to update my shell + the staff in not there around 15 minutes il waiting the staff will be not responsibility

On 23rd January 2021 I visited this petrol pump at 7.45 am, they were telling normal petrol machine is not switched on please fill v-power for performance. 7.45 am is not too early to say machine is off to sell there v power petrol. Don’t try to fool people like this. I will post this complaint on shell web forum as well. Please improve service in prime location like that

Not recommended- Worst service unprofessional staff behaviour.when asked to clean the windshield and the staff just ignored asking us to move from the pit.
@shell please maintain the standard.

Well equipped gas station. Prefer going here over any other place nearby. Friendly helpful quick working staff.

Worst service.
The staff keep talking and will be sitting or stand far even after we keep waiting in car to refuel and work for some sake. Once they come they start with their shell power upselling mileage stories to irritate.

I travel in that road, 60percent of the times I drop down it I'll be slow response r no staff. After waiting for long time to get shell power, they said no staff is Available to put shell power. Many shell lovers do not trust this bunk n come, u mite get petrol r some time u I'll be disappointed as I have. Kindly improve

This is one of the few fuel stations in Bangalore that accept payment via PayTM. The reputation of Shell is known to everyone, couple it with the fact that the station is less crowded, and you have a clear winner. This is my go to place for refueling my scooter.

Why I did not rate this station five star of everything is so good about it? The reason is that the normal petrol sometimes is not available, and only the premium version will be available at high prices. This has happened on 2-3 visits so far.

Too time consuming to get petrol at this petrol pump! They are more interested in selling wipers, perfumes then petrol!

Newly opened 3-4 km from Yelahanka Bangalore. Clean and nice to see all ladies staff working there.
Petrol has different quality normal and premium also. Not only petrol service.nice people who greet well and very nice service they provide. Snacks and water also available.
Shops are nearby and good spacious location.

The primary focus at a petrol station should be filling petrol. But they r more interested in selling water, snacks etc. It's like royal treatment for ppl who want to fill power petrol and for regular petrol ppl have to wait in q as they will operate only one unit for regular petrol filling. Many employees will be roaming around and wasting time but they r for power petrol filling or serving customers by selling snacks. Worst place ever to fill petrol if u value for time.

Not only petrol station: snacks, mineral water, icecream and many more. Services provided by staff are amazing. Staff serves with smile with zeal.

Good place but staff should be little bit friendly showing attitude won't work especially girls

Newly opened pump station, easily noticeable, fast services and store isn't open 24/7, Go for shell.for the purest petrol.

New bunk and hence expected high quality service along with high quality fuel. I assume the fuel is still high quality since it is Shell, but the service is not similar as that of other shell. Most of the staff there are inexperienced and knows how to say namaste which is the only shell trait that I see, rest is just mundane attitude, where they don't even ask you to switch off the engine (normal shell standards), carelessly push the stop barricade infront of your car, nearly hitting it, engaging in side conversation and not payign attention to auto cut off (you have to call them back many a times to come back to your car) and lots of other not so usual shell experience. I go to this place only because it is near to, my apartment, but ohterwise I prefer the o0ne near Jakkur, even if it is a bit far off from my place. Also they are not open 24/7
