Good service and nice hospitality found which is affordable also. Tasty food. We have arrange all our lunch and dinner in hotel only after visiting places.you must try this hotel. 5 star hotel

We celebrated our daughter's birthday at THE LOUNGE and Sabita was our main contact here. The service and courtesy extended by Sabita and team was unbelievably superb. Certainly Sheraton has got a star in Sabita and Jayesh. Ofcourse the food was superb as well. Money well spent for us.keep it up team.

One can try this Hotel if they are searching for a Lavish stay. This is 26 kms travel from Kempegowda International airport.

The rooms are spacious with luxurious furniture. Balcony for every single room is a special add-on. One can have a peaceful time enjoying the view from here.

Sevice is good and the team are polite.
There are wide variety of different cuisines of Veg & Non-veg, includes continental, desserts and beverages etc.one can have a good feast here.

Also there are a couple of malls within a km radius.
Concluding, I can say that this should be included on ur list if your visiting Banglore.

I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.

Juat the best place to be, it has class and ambience. They were available 24 hrs for our stay and responded to our requests in minutes.

While everything else was great, it was truely appalled by rude service at Feast counter when I asked for our membership redemption of a wine bottle. They made rude enquires and asked to see all kinds of proof. It's awful to see such hosting experience at a 5 Star establishment.

Though my stay was great, it left a sour taste. Won't be visiting again

Great atmosphere, standard of cleanliness, quality of food, service etc but what I loved most about it was that they have gone ecofriendly and as close to zero waste as possible!

I am staying for around 2 weeks and I don’t have anything to complain about. Everything from the staff to rooms to service to cleanliness is exceptional. Highly recommended for everyone.

Ordered take away - weekend brunch to be precise. Ordered on their website, but later found out their menu had changed. The guys taking care of the order immediately called up and sent the new menu. Ordered 3 of them. Next day went and picked it up. They had packed everything carefully in cardboard boxes making sure nothing spills. They came to the car and dropped the boxes in the car. What about the food? DELICIOUS! Was fantastic.and the quantity was HUGE. 3 brunches can serve atleast a family of 5! Looking forward to order again!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days as a part of Staycation Package. The staff is very attentive and they are maintaining high standards of hygiene. Our package included all three boards with Hi- tea in the evening. As we are an elite gold member, they upgraded us to Club level room and access to the club lounge. We also had a movie night with complimentary pop corn and beverages. The food quality was very good. The room was excellent. The staff in the restaurant is very attentive and amicable. We would like to extend our thanks to Sumitra, Komal, Josie, Priya, Rukhsana, Chef Manjunath, Rahul, Edward, Tanu and Adithya. Looking forward to stay here again. Thank you for making our stay memorable and wonderful.

This is a mix of good and bad experiences I had staying at Sheraton a day back. The staff (Kedar, Jayesh and Gurmeet) had been very courteous staff on the other hand we had rude and unsupportive staff member (Sharon) in the lounge. Staff is short and things are messed up.

Rooms were really clean and nice had spent a wonderful day.however they ruined what I actually planned for even though I was ok with the amount they were charging, Told them way in advance but still they failed to deliver the asked request, they surely did something similar as a complementary but was really not satisfied. Food is really average, if you are staying may be plan your dinner somewhere else.

Great hotel! Infrastructure is just amazing and appealing. However management could be a bit more compliant and welcoming.

Our flight was cancelled and we were put up there. Excellent service by all staff. Especially Komal took special care of our family in the restaurant. Keep it up guys!

Must try Brunch. I have been a fan of there resturant Feast best food with loads of variety. The service provided by Komal was outstanding.

Very helpful staff, and property has good ambience and yummy food. Especially chef deeksha who was personally attending to guests' food needs. They try to make you feel special.
But ensure you ask for what you need. They seemed little flexible with the timings as well.

Room is good, buffet dinner is not good, I asked for tawa roti then they said it not part of buffet need to pay for that. Lot of items are there in buffet but no roti only tandoor.

Best location, excellent rooms, courteous staff and great service. They will overwhelm you with their individual attention and quality of service. This property is the best for you to explore a cool evening walk down the lake side, or a casual stroll around the mall, or explore some pubs nearby.

We came here for Lunch and it was amazing. So many varieties and such yummy taste.
I could instruct on how I want my spaghetti and there was tons of deserts.

I was always believe it’s the staff of the hotel which creates a “Wow “ for the hotel than the structural building. Small notes of empathy, care, observation creates a “wow “ experience for the guest. From the checkin to checkout, restaurant staff everyone was super courteous and caring. Out of those “stars” I would like to recommend and say a special Thanks to “Idori” from coffee shop, I hope I haven’t written wrong spelling and also the lady who took our check in and checkout. Small guestures may not increase a lot of cost to the hotel, bt it definetly makes a guest feel there is somebody for him / her. Thank you guys for the lovely stay.

I'm staying here more than a week.one the first day itself I informed I need lunch and dinner chapathi only. They had served me wheat Paratha and ghee rice daily, thanks for considering my diet.in one week hardly I got 2,3 time chapathi.once the buffet starts they said 8am they will start and im waiting like more than one hour nothing was ready, they are having a good time management. Daily breakfast will be serving 9am, lunch will be at 2 30 pm and dinner will be serving at 9pm. Thanks for taking care of me very much during my quarentine. 5star is for the hotel room and the environment.

Very slow services. And menu was very expensive and not at par with the food quality. Probably chefs were too authentic. Nothing specially.

Had been there for my brother in-law birthday party, superb ambience, fantastically maintained. Lot of spreads on table however taste of food can be improved.

Went for morning breakfast, as I am a vegetarian, they has put just burji for a dish and it contained green tag, I was about to eat it thinking that its paneer burji and clarified with the chef there and he said its egg and they immediately changed the name tag to red.

There is a art cafe on the 4the floor. Definitely go and see it. The view from there and the paintings in the art cafe are awesome

Note: if you are hungry and you feel the food of the hotel is very costly there are very nice food outlets with in 500Meter. Go to the street beside the vivekananda college which is beside the Orion mall (ask anyone) you will see food outlets. The quality is very good and you will enjoy very much

I stayed at Sheraton grand with my family last week, the hotel was amazing and all the facilities were top notch.
Special thanks to front office manager Varun Babbar here who made sure that our family stay was pleasant. Kudos to the whole team of Sheraton Grand!

Just for the poor service, one should think twice before buying an apple product. Their service is literally third rated. Rude staff, unhelpful customer service folks and something as basic in today's date as a payment gateway doesn't work. They are not able to locate a huge amount of money paid for the repair within their own system. It's been a week of incessant follow up!

The ambience was good but I hoped for more variety of chicken and mutton starters. Sea food was very delicious and deserts was great.appreciate waiter Mr Gurmeet took care of all our requests quickly.

A nice hotel with beautiful rooms! One can stop by here for some good food or enjoy the roof top lounge - High, which is now managed by them!

Be very careful of what you want here, esp if you are a vegetarian

They can give you a beef burger and be unapologetic about it

Was here for AgileIndia 2019 conference. The hotel has the facility to host big conferences. Food is not so bad and not great. Like every star hotel it is a bland food.

The best place they have numerous restaurant like Bene, Feast, The persian terrace. There is one for everyones taste. The ambience, the service, quality of food, variety of food is too good.

Awesome food, ambience and hospitality. The best part is they have a play area for kids adjoining the restaurant with care takers so that you can relax and enjoy the food. The food variety is also excellent.

We had a wonderful time for breakfast at Feast Cafe. The staff was too courteous, food was amazing. We had all sorts of food right from Japanese set plate to Asian food and also tried Chinese and the various platters of multi cuisine layout in the food table. It was a day made and it's a best buffet among other equally renowned hotels and restaurants.
