Amazing place! L, the location was perfect with zero traffic near the property leading to some very quiet time we had, and as it was pet friendly Coco really enjoyed his stay. The weather turned to our advantage and we had a fab time with the great cooking from Sujit!

I'm very glad to say that this quiet, pleasent and beautiful place made my weekend memorable. Enchanting places near everywhere.
Stay was luxurious. Rooms are well organized, detailed and very thoughtfully designed. Great food. We did Cycling and the loops were amazing around Shibira. I also happen to meditate by practicing the flow of bo staff while my friend was reading her favorite books. It has such vibes and energy. As this place is in the lap of the mother nature, one must visit. Take your cycles, your pet and what not! Have a sip of tea listening to the screams of peacock and howling foxes, take a little stroll and spend a beautiful night.

We recently stayed at Shibira Campsite and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. The hospitality was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. This glamping site has lovely accommodation with stunning views of the surrounding nature. The location of the campsite was ideal, nestled between coffee plantations and with a lovely stream nearby, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere.
Additionally, the pitch-black sky made it perfect for amateur astronomy, which was great for me as I was able to bring my telescope and enjoy the stunning night sky. I highly recommend Shibira Campsite for anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable camping experience in the heart of nature.

If one wants to unwind firstly and rediscovers self, this is the place!

Amidst the lush nature, this wonderful couple opened their coffee estate and hearts to those who understand sustainable living and coexistence. Vishu and Renu are wonderful hosts who encourage people to live in ecofriendly manner.even pets are welcome! Isn’t that wonderful?
The property is well taken care of and the caretaker Sujit cooks lip smacking veg and no veg. If you plan to visit Sakleshpur, this is the place one must explore.

By the way, the serenity and aloofness of the place make it worthwhile for adventure sports lovers. My husband could satisfy his paragliding thirst, our friends could discover new cycling trails and we could enjoy a stary moonlit sky with telescope. Kids were overwhelmed with camping out, sports, coffee estate walks and the weather.

Loved everything about Shibira! And this is our go to place in Sakleshpur.

I am not much of a writer and probably will not be able to do justice to this beautiful place. Anyway, I will try, really loved the stay, it was a short trip but a memorable one indeed. I absolutely love cozy and small stay with a stunning landscape. And shibira gives exactly that. You can just come and relax, have good simple food, you can cook if you want, light a bonfire, sing as loudly as you want, you can dance under the sky or just stare at the scenery all day. It is a great place to be, and the feeling remains with you for a very long time.

If you happen to come to this review and just skim over the overall rating in search of key words only to convince yourself to shortlist this place, then chances are that you won't appreciate the soul of Shibira. Because, that lies in the details.

Hosts - they are a rare breed of people who ooze warmth even in first 30 seconds of conversation. The way they describe Shibira on website screams out the passion with which they have nurtured this place. And they do exactly same with random visitors like me. They keep no stone unturned to make sure the stay is a memorable one.

Place - It's all which most people from young generation dream of. A picturesque, aesthetic place with loads of freshness to fill the lungs and soul. With constant chirping of birds in the background, one can spend hours staring at nothingness from the porch and the 'meditation rock' (I just named that perfectly balanced rock and stone slab). My timing of visit was bad enough that sky was cloudy and it was moonless night, else I would have been able to paint Vincent Van Gogh's starry nights (lol).

Stay - Premium. It again goes back to Vishu and Renu. They have used best of things around the stay from the kitchen to washrooms. Everything, from cutlery to curtain is far from ordinary stuff we generally see at homestays. General upkeep is extremely clean. The huts are pretty cozy (which Instagram scrollers will immediately relate to). The view, when lying down on the bed is something happy mornings are made of.

Food - Yet again, much above expectation. Care taker and cook is a fine man who makes very good food and can have a good conversation with. Especially loved the way he kept the kitchen in pristine clean condition at all times.

Lovely place feels so good with the environment, can view nature at all direction. Pleasant place to stay and enjoy your weekend with good food. Enjoy with your mates over bonfire. Facilities are provided for your stay.

This place has been on our wishlist for a long time. I had been following the making of the tiny homes on Facebook. The stay in the place is mind blowing, calm, serene, live-at-your-own-pace, explore-at-will and so much more.
I totally recommend this place with your family and friends.

It is a perfect place for a nice weekend getaway. Lying amidst lush greenery, it is serene, quiet and peaceful. Best thing I liked is cleanliness. The A frame, Container cottage is very well thought through and very clean.
We did a short trek to nearby pond and adjoining paddy fields, the experience was wonderful. The food was also very yummy and the cook will prepare dishes of your choice.
All in all, a great experience!

One of most laid back, chilled out places we have ever stayed at. An amazing container home that is tastefully done up and is right in the middle of the great Indian hinterland. The caretaker, Sujith, is also a brilliant chef. The host, Vishu, made sure we reached safely and was just as excited as us about our cat, Floofy exploring the place. Peaceful vibes everywhere. Highly recommended

Shibira is a great place to unwind! Comforting food and pleasant surroundings. There’s enough trails around if you want to explore either on foot or through your vehicle. The container home is very comfortable for two and is unique. If you are looking for an offbeat and experiential stay, this is one of the best stays close to B’lore!

Visited Shibira camp a couple of months back in scorching city weather but it was pleasant and windy at Shibira. This place is situated amidst coffee plantations. Shibira camp is situated on a hill, but you can drive up all the way. I would call it a proper Glamping spot. Accommodation consists of beautifully converted Shipping containers and A frames. The container and A frame are very well furnished with its personal bathroom, and toilet facilities. The container even has its own ac even though you don't really require one in this location. It also has a separate dining area, washroom and bathroom facilities for larger groups. I was impressed with the accommodation and amenities. The food was excellent as well. The owner Vishu is a humble and honest guy and he manages his place well. If you love traveling then have a conversation with him. He has lots of stories about his bike and car travels. Overall I would give 5 star rating to the place for amenities, location, food, and vibe. Perfect place!

Awesome place to chill and do nothing. You can grill your own food and also walk down to the stream and relax.

Everything about this place is really good.
The kitchen where you can cook whatever you want. Spic and span. Views are just amazing. You are staying right there in coffee plantation. Accommodation is cozy and very personal. Ideal place to relax for a few days or even longer. Host himself is a motorcyclist so he knows the value of staying in isolation and surrounded by nature. Must visit for everyone.

Right from the moment I stepped into the rustic coffee estate years ago to present form where it offers cosy and comfortable accommodation, I'm loving this place more with every visit.

The open spaces, beautiful landscapes, a fresh water stream flowing through the estate and the amazing sunrises & sunsets one gets to see makes this place magical.

Time stands still here. If you love doing nothing and soaking in the soothing sounds of birds & trees, this place is for you.

At the same time, for those who seek adventure, there are trails where one can hike, do off road bicycling/biking and make complete use of the 4*4 machines one owns.

Go, experience the bliss Shibira has to offer. Trust me, the place will become your favourite too.

It's called slow living. And boy, is it worth it! You'll be tempted to make your weekend a long one, so plan ahead and go there for a few days. An amazing place that’s not too far from Bangalore. A relaxed drive of around 4.5 hours will get you there. The place is great if you want to get away from it all and unwind. If you still want to be connected to the outside world and carry your work there, you can do that as well! The accommodation options are unique and are a great experience in themselves. Awesome place to either relax and rest in nature alway from all the hustle bustle or take a workation. Food is also good and to top it is a pet friendly place!

A few friends and I went to Shibira for workation on an extended weekend. We had the most wonderful time there. The place is beautiful. The accommodation options are unique. The people are amazing.
