The worst experience ever. They have been charging in high price on everything.
The real money suckers!

Worst hospital. Don't ever go for consultation even if it is minor case, specially the lady in the reception was very rude and pathetic and try to scam more money in minor things.

Even in your utmost emargency do not go here. They just know how to scam people with inferior goods and extraordinary charges that are uncalled for. Pharmacy store is also a big scam selling sub standard product. If there was a way to put no star i would do that.

Visited last week with my friend
Had very good experience from the doctor and staff.
Especially that CT technician Ramya shree came at midnight to do a X-ray behaved very politely and with full patience explained everything properly.

Recently my wife gave birth in this hospital. All the Doctors took very good care. Specifically the Doctors are LALITHA K V, SRIHARI MODHGAL, CHANDRASHEKAR A L, Saraswati, Swapna, Manoj, Tejaswini doing the work very well; and they are good experienced.

Besides that all the Staff Nurses - MYNA, KRISHNAVENI, DILARA, SAPNOOR, NARGIS, Biju & Mahendri took very well care. The Reception staff Chaithra and Savitha were well disciplined and good service. Good hospital for the maternity. Definitely I will recommend this hospital for the maternity.

I have never seen anything like the Housekeeping staff (Muniyamma, Kanchana, Vasanthi & Navamani - Good work) of this hospital in any other hospital. All the rooms are kept very clean.

I matter one ladie doctor in this hospital I said her I have covid-19+ve she treated very badly and she talking about oly coast not having humanity

Highly not recommended. Money minded hospital, no well trained doctors and immediate check up is not done. They don't know how to talk with patients. No proper response.

Highly not recommended. Very worst service. Untrained sisters, especially by name Swetha, And Biju, will treat patients as Animals. Money minded hospital. I got admitted for Delivery by midnight 3.00 as there was lightly water breakout. They shifted me to ward and started the procedure by giving drips and giving labour pain injection. I got labour pain as well by morning 9.00am. By the time doctor arrived it was afternoon 1.30, Dr lalitha came and told patient is tired and baby will get infection as there is more than 12 hours gap of water leak. They made me tired. She dint even try for normal, She directly suggested for C_ section by saying we are not responsible if baby gets any problem. They made us scare and did -C-section as there is no water left. Very much careless. Even after delivery they treated patient very badly and no proper observation of baby after delivery. Worst service. Doctors are careless

Doctors won't respond we we ask patient condition they won't speak careless worst doctors.i don't prefer this hospital.

Good ambience, staff need to improve their culture with patients. Doctors are Greater than anything.

My wife was admitted in this hospital for high grade fever and chills. She was tested positive for Covid and she is 4 months pregnant. Good care was taken by Doctors and staff. Dr. Rajesh and Dr. Lavanya were supportive. Nurses and housekeeping staff were friendly and took good care.
Receptionists and Manager Mr. Ashwath helped to get all insurance formalities cleared and it was smooth.
I specially thank Dr. Ravi, Dr. Chandrashekar, Dr. Ramesh, Dr. Lalitha and Dr. Shenoy for giving good care and treatment.
Good team work

I had back pain since many years and had taken treatment from other hospitals but I didn't get any relief. I consulted Orthopedic surgeon - Dr. Vinay in Shirdi Sai hospital. He gave injection to back (some new technique for chronic pain management he told) and advised few simple exercises and no other medications. Now I don't have any back pain and comfortable in doing daily activities.

Worst ever treatment only money snaching group on a serous note my dad had to go with dialysis we r middle class family through the club we pay 800 rs to dialate but he is now paying 1900 in an other hospital only of bad treatment they not even keep patients in comfort zone they always threat so rude

Good improvement. DR Vijay (SR) is good care given to every patient. Hospital have good facilitys.

They killed my 93 year old father, Mr. C. Rajagopalan, in 2013 October, by giving him insulin when he was in ICU, despite him NOT being a diabetic. I had requested not to take him to ICU but they convinced me, and took him there. I paid 50K for getting him killed by them.

Treatment in 2nd floor is very bad and they only look for money

Shirdi sai devasandra new bel road Fraud doctor doing fraud with customer i went today hospital to meet gynecologist firstly she came 1 hr 10 min late i asked in reception they were telling in every 5 to 10 minutes she will come so after coming i went inside she prescribed me scan then after scanning she is asking for 5000Rs for medicine when i asked write down the name of the medice then i will pay but she is not writting the name of the medicine only asking for money and in 3 white blank envelope she is giving medice i buyed from out site its cost only 385 Rs totally fraud work is going internally reception staff is also involved in this fraud work money minded hospital
