Shiv Sagar (Pure Veg)

Seems conveniently located on the highway. Parking is plenty even for large groups of people. It's located On the way from Jog to Gokarna, we had Veg North & South Indian meals here. I was hungry as hell and finished quickly.

Got a small hard thing in the curry, not sure if it was a stone.

I hope they keep the kitchens separate.

I wouldn't consider their North Indian meals very well made. Still it's one of the limited workable options on the highway near Honavar.

Ice Cream desert after meals was just too small.

Toilet really needs an overhaul.

Excellent vegetarian restaurant within Hotel Sagar Residency. A great choice for those who are going to jog falls through Honnavar. Ample parking space, EV charging station, Veg and non veg options through individual and dedicated restaurants for the same etc. The food here is above average and has plenty of options for both veg and non veg respectively. Another point to be duly noted is that the hotel is located in a serene locality that is equally splendid and quiet. You can spend some time away from the hustle and bustle of the highway if you wish so. Do try it.

Taste is ok, for South Indian meals gave North style roti withthat gave sambar not suitable, North meals better compared to South.
Nonveg food is seperate section hall beside that restaurant.

Food
Plain roti, Butter roti and Paneer kolhapuri was good like the taste, quantity, looks everything was good. It tastes good, as per the pricing it is good.
Service
Service is good like you order the food and you get it available in 5 minutes.
Atmosphere
For veg there is different section and for non veg there is different section. Like if you eat veg it is on the left, if you eat non veg it is on the right. Don't know about non veg but veg section ambiance is good like seating, lights and the management everything is good.
It accepts paytm, card swipe and cash. So no problem for payments.
Overall - good place to have food
