It doesn't have a refreshing tea aroma and drinking this tea has runied my tea taste. I wasn't expecting this kind of taste in it. Seems like low quality tea
Food taste and quantity is not upto mark as per the charges. Sitting arrangements ridiculous! Poor management.
In 147 Rs they give Paav bhaaji in very less quantity, In Ahmedabad city U get more quantity of food in half price. . Order taking is also haphazard! Can’t manage line for order taking.
Best place for Breakfast & Lunch, Ambience is awesome. Place is neat & clean, staff have good behaviour. Near to college of Ramaiah. Best place to hangout
Self service rest. So far food is concerned it is of good quality However it is with heavy rush in breakfast and lunch time due to college going crowd decent place with moderate price South indian north indian juices ice creams etc is available Menu is really large One can have what one likes
The food is great here. Reasonably priced. Their dahi puri and papdi chaat is lovely. Try their gobi chilli and paneer tikka and panerr shashlik sizzler. In the paper masala dosa is a huge crispy dosa. Their chola pav is quite different. This is a self service sit down space.
Excellent tava pulao. A usual favorite of ours. A bit disappointed with the moong daal halwa though. Quantity and taste both can do with a little improvement.
We had ordered Spring Rolls. Usually we get noodles stuffing inside. Here we got vegetable stuffings. Tasty was good. We had even ordered grape juice that was delicious.
I wanted to have crispy Noodles so I Ordered Fried noodles (as suggested by manager to Order) and the restaurant is serving the normal veggie noodles with "some" Crispy noodles added as toppings. Also the taste of Noodles wasn't up to the mark as per its cost! I asked the Manager twice before Ordering that, will the dish would be Crispy noodles only. He said yes, and so I Ordered. If I might have told about the dish properly I might have not wasted my money in this dish! Also the restaurant is very small, busy, completely chaotic & very Noisy. Also the attitude of Manager was Not Great to hear. Not a good choice to have a peaceful dinner. The brand name is very popular in Bangalore but I personally didn't like north Indian food. Could go for a better option. The restaurant is not optimum as per the cost lf dishes.
Food is good n all, but horrible experience running around frantically for food, never choose the table close to the billing counter, ppl who come to order food literally fall all over u.
Mcd, dominos etc have a better self service system in place.
The Best Place to have pav bhaji and white sauce pasta. The ambience is good and maintained well. Little expensive but some dishes are worth the price. But never go for masala puri it's a bad choice at shiv sagar. Morning breakfast is also good and have variety of choices.
Take caution if you place an order or dine here! Sadly they are not hygienic and it left us cancelling our take away order. The waiter was scratching his oily head and touching/packing our food at the same time. Whilst waiting we witnessed the guy who makes the pav Bhaji sneeze, rub his nose and continued on cooking, touching the pav and putting it into on the plate without washing his hands. Disgusting! We cancelled our order and left.
Package so bad food all over the place. Have images to support this claim too. Also very disappointed, when they cut short orders by half to make minimal savings for themselves. Poor experience.
They won't except food cards where almost all hotels do. North Indian thali contains phulka which is the same for South Indian. And the taste is also average
Food is good and above all people preparing and serving food are too good. Appreciated Chandan for his patience and good attitude. We had Mexican Sizzlers, Chole Batura and North special combo meals. Tomato soup & Gulab Jamoon aren't good in the food we had. Prices are high compared to normal Sagar, but this hotel is at the heart of the New Bel Road. So obviously the management has no choice of serving food at high prices. But still affordable and hygiene. You can definitely visit this place.
Came here for a late breakfast this morning. The South Indian was pretty good, but not great. The sambar could've been a little thicker, felt very watery. Though it was costly, the pomegranate juice, well filtered, was very satisfying for the throat.
Pro's: Firstly the place is very hygienic and clean. Food is also very good. The coffe/tea is must try. Con's: staff is very slow and are busy talking with each other, although the customer is standing and waiting. (the primary reason for my rating)
The ambience is great. The seating and the decor space within the restaurant is amazing. The variety of food included north Indian and continental. Had been here for a lunch. Prices are comparitively on the higher side considering the range of items including fresh juices. The chats variety are more and enjoyable. Located close to the signal and parking is not available close by.
Worst pani Puri I ever had, I have never seen anywhere pani puri like this. Better than this they could have give one glass of water (paani) and Poori.
The food here is very good, take anything on the menu it seems to be very well made. One of those really few restaurants which serves great food, even item on the menu. It's surprising! Be it Chinese, North Indian, South Indian, chats, everything seems to rock here. Please do try the pav bhaji here. It's so awesome. The quality of paneer used is also very good. Seating can be challenging on a weekend. Parking can be tricky as well. The restaurant is on the main road and there is no parking available.
Great location for a veg fast food joint. Went here for a quick bite of Chats and sweets. The chats did take some time to be prepared and taste was decent. Sweets were good but very few options. Ambience is good
Nice place with a great menu but it's on the expensive side. The taste is good and the staff is courteous. It's self service here. If you want a fine dine experience, try the Lighthouse restaurant just above it.
Nice ambience. Great service. I was late there and dosa was about to close. The reception guy sent a message asking the kitchen to wait for me. Was supper impressed by the service
Very good place for breakfast ambience is gold and seating is spacious too. Staff remembers ur orders and make it ready for u as quick as possible. Taste of the food is also good. A must visit place for good experience
Overall a nice joint. Good food. But most of the times there is a huge delay in getting food. Juices and snacks are good. And dosas and channa batura. Sandwiches are really tiny ones and they take the most time in making.nothing worth the wait.
Breakfast can be had here. They provide amazing South Indian dishes. The juices provided here is good. It's a self service place. They have maintained the place very well.
North Indian food at comparatively reasonable price. I tried Veg Ball Manchurian, pav bhaji and Raj Kachori. All 3 dishes were equally good. The place is a little crowded, getting a table can be difficult. Would give 4/5 to Ambience. Definitely a must visit for vegetarians.
Nice place for all type of vegetarian food. South Indian & North Indian variety is good. Even their continental food is good. I love the chat items here. They have only Self Service option. If you go there in peak hours you might have to wait for 5mins for a table.
