I understand this is in small town, they can atleast keep it clean and hygiene, building doesn't seen painting from long time, no parking space at all. No lights inside all burnt. Management is worst and not responsible for anything.

Easily noticeable and have good space for parking but not so well maintained,
Enough space to accommodate 300 people
