Shivas Gateway Hotel (Best Business class Transit Hotel)

The ambiance was excellent, very cooperative staff. They provide cabs to the airport so that was very convenient. Overall a very pleasant stay close to the airport.

Satisfying with hospitality, staffs behavior. But car pick and drop service is not good. Regarding food service, quality is good, variety is Less & repeatedly served.

Ours was a corporate accomodation. Rooms are well maintained and approachable staffs. Should improve the cab facilities. Food was extremely superb.

A nice hotel for short stay and not just for business travellers but also families. Room size quite decent, car parking available and room service had good tasty food too.
Staff were courteous. Would suggest this place for anyone who needs short stay near airport. Restaurant food - not in a position to comment as did not have anything there. There are other eating places nearby too

Restaurant Service and Menu Options were very poor. As per my package it was AP plan which includes Non Veg Buffet but no Non Veg Items were served during meals and even there was no Soups or Desserts.
For Every items we need to keep on requesting and also which took more than 10 to 15 mins for the same.
Front Office Lady was good and Polite.

Decent hotel, clean rooms, hygienic enviornment, good food and helpful staff. What more do you want? Good enough for couple of days stay.

Such a lovely place. And all the staff were so well mannered, it was a very very pleasant place and wonderful time I had. A particular area for a walk. In the evening and morning are also there. Beautiful far from city. Peaceful place. And nearby to airport. Hope to visit again.

The overall experience of being at this property was more than good. The staff is very humble and accommodating, food is great. However there is a severe shortage of staff which is felt especially during dinner at the in-house restaurant. One more caveat is that the taxi drivers would cause major issues if you have to travel to the airport, due to close proximity to the toll plaza.

Hotel is Clean and most of the staff are quite friendly, professional and cooperative. Located close to Bangalore Airport, near Toll gate. Restaurant is satisfactory. Restaurant staff are very friendly. Not too many eateries outside hotel. Rooms are spacious with most basic amenities available. Only one drawback- my room had sealed windows. For one/two night stay, sealed window is fine but if one intends to stay longer, I would prefer fresh air.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days the best thing about this hotel is the staff name suman and sandip their gestural sign is commendable. Keeping smiling face and doing there job joyfully. It's very minor thing that people is not noticed in busy life of their hardwork but I salute them and if possible do increment for them.

I would have rated it zero or probably negative if there was an option. Worst hotel I have ever been. Worst service, be it laundry, housekeeping, or food. It takes them more than an hour to arrange for a vehicle. Nothing in the menu other than the same daal which they cook all the time be it dal tadka, tomato dal, dal makhani, dal fry you name any other recipee of dal, you will find only toor daal in everything. Amature receptionist.
Totally worst experience staying here.

Amazing Experience. The stay here was memorable and the room was super classy with all the amenities. Room service was very good. Staff at reception was very helpful and there is also pickup and drop facility to airport for 600 Rupees at any point of time.

Warm fragrance was felt, as I walked into the lobby towards the reception. Modern decor marks the getup of the front desk. So quick entry into the guest book, then walked into the lift to enter my room. Though the corridor looked dark, the room was well lighted soothing to my eye. Large window with lovely green view of the nature was something that I loved the most.

You are very likely to have a great stay at this property; not only because of its location but largely due to the luxurious atmosphere and very warm hospitality. I would always recommend over the other options around.

It was a delightful experience to share the dining table with their signature dishes and my preferred curries. To my surprise, they really make some elegant and classic food.
Appreciate the chef for the ''Atta Chicken''. A preparation in which the tandoori chicken is wrapped with banana leaves and packed inside the layer of atta shell.
To my surprise, the breakfast was really good. Not many hotels serve such a lavish variety. Loved their 'English Breakfast'. Lots of fruits and fresh fruit juice available. They do have a Indian section on the buffet spread to cater to every individuals taste. From South Indian food to North Indian, everything was good. The best part was, live preparation of the Egg dishes and the sausages. The chef was happy to cater to each guests demands.

The large window sights are my need at every hotel room, it gives me immense satisfaction to sit along and adore the nature. And Shivas gave me a good memory in those terms. My room had, all the basic amenities like the large LED, to the tea/coffee setup. To add value they did have the weighing machine, shoe shiner (a very handy requirement). The washrooms were really impressive. The kit was provided as shown in the picture.

The staff takes care as we enter the premises. The luggage was transferred to the room before we entered the room. That is the quality of a team work. I truly appreciate the staff and look forward to see you guys soon on my next visit.
