I was referred to this hospital by another doctor due to my critical condition. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite the severity of my condition, the hospital refused to provide the necessary immediate treatment at night. Very rude behaviour from the receptionist. Totally disappointed

Worst hospital, simply they are given antibiotics and increasing the infection waste test and writing, money minded

I do not recommend this hospital as they provide mediocre service and have untrained staff. I was charged Rs 100 just for a prick of injection and my hips and that site was numb for more than a week. No efficient lab facilities too

Worst hospital ever.kindly avoid this hospital.i was born in this hospital.but present situation of hospital is worst.receptionist herself acts like a doctor.even if the duty doctor told to discharge.receptionist did not agree to discharge.told us to wait for some other doctor

A budget hospital that offers very honest services, a rarity in present day medical treatments and practice. Precise diagnosis and treatment. Very courteous nursing and reception staff.

Hospital staff's are very worst especially laboratory people they delayed to provide reports and later when we called for report they said report has not yet come and cut the call without informing when it comes irresponsible people they said 2 days but they took 15 days for lab report when i went to collect the report those people behaved in a unethical way raising their voice without any reason they will act more than hospital CEO first let them learn to behave properly with patients. Discipline is very important

One of the worst hospital I've ever experienced, one of the surgeon Dr. Girish is treating the people very bad just that they are doctors they are not supposed to treat a patient in worst way, he doesn't even know how to treat people that too being a doctor. The surgeon is least bothered to listen to patients concern just it has to be done how the doctor says and instead of treating the illness they treat for something that isn't related at all. I'll never suggest that hospital to anyone. I've even heard from people worst experience of theirs about that hospital and doctors. They are not even worth of getting single star also.

Best hospital to get looted with money just for basic burns bandage they have charged 3200 rs worst treatment plz don't go to this hospital

Bad treatment, for everything they will suggest for addmission and they will create a seriousness for nothing. Dr. Girish is one of the worst doctor that I've ever experienced.don't even know if he treats himself as a god or what. What ever he says that's only correct for him doesn't even know how to treat a patient. Doctors are also a humans and i guess every human should know how to treat humans. And the hospital is just money minded health had become business for them.

Doctors are very good. Especially Dr. Prabhu and Dr. Arvind.
But Admin and Receptionist are money minded and as soon as we take treatment they will be behind money, as though we run away from Hospital.

Dr Shubha behaviour is very rude and spent communicate properly at all. Her ignorance level is to high. It’s better to go to normal clinic than visiting her

Hospital is like fish market. Doctor behave like Gundas. No service oriented mind set. Not providing service as knew from my relatives.

Only money on mind. They will get the patient done all possible tests. No proper diagnosis, only if you have luck, you will come out well treated. Unprofessional doctors, they start treatment without listening to patients prior history.

The Hospital has a 90's vibe in terms of aesthetics & appearance! Doctors are good but the nursing staff is not so good, they are too lazy to help patients! I had admitted my sister there as she became very week due to continuous caugh & weakness due to the same, they had told me to inform them once the liquid in the drip comes to a level where they'll come & stop it, but they took half an hour to come and stop it until then air was going in & little blood too bled into the drip pipe which scared the hell out of me & my sister!

Never ever think of going to this hospital.just for a fever they were recommending for admission. I insisted and asked them to give a pct.just for doctor consultation and pct drip, they charged me 2,000 rs. They look for money making opportunities, rather than treatment.

Worst service and they are looting money and anything you ask the staff they say it's management decision is mgmt not reviewing the concerns if so how worst it would be go to this hospital if you have plenty of money to spend and get looted

Zero stars to be given to this hospital, irresponsible and rude behaviour by the staff, they don't know how to give basic respect to the patients who visit them, especially the receptionist and nursing staff, they behave as if they are from the management, that's y people are preferring corporate hospitals

Don't go in case of any mergency to this hospital u will definitely land in trouble, myself Anaesthesiologist giving this statement pathetic, dey don't speak with other hospital doctors itseems, they don't know how to maintain ethics, once i remember a case received from shobha hospital died within 5 minutes coz dey didn't diagnose even a simple
mi (heart attack) no first aid was given

In a receptionist a Coustmer hospitality is very bad.
They don’t no how to treat with a Coustmer or patient.
They knows only how cheat and loot with a heavy margin of hospital charges with a patient

Visited this hospital and very unsatisfied. They had given medicine in opened cover and charged 1000 rs. I will never visit again and not recommend to others as well.if you want to lose your hard earn money, you can visit here.
First time i asked consultation fees of doctor Subhalatha Shetty, receptionist saying that 400 rs and once visited then they are asking 500 rs for consultation.it's very unprofessional.

Firstly the management had tell there will medi claim in hospital after the completion of the treatment the management put his step beside
And tell there is no medi claim in hospital
A strict action to be taken against them
They cheatingly to patients openly

These people in these hospital have no time sense at all.they give appointment at 10: 30 and make us wait upto 1pm.actually the patients record is not maintained well at.very bad conduct.

I went in with cold and fever, the wait time is too long.
There is no flexibility in payments other than cash or cards.
Dr Aravinda J who was supposed to come in at 5pm has not yet turned up the time now is 6: 45pm.
I am here to show in my reports I was referred to Chest X Ray and Blood tests as there was some blood in my mucus.
However the Dr did not bother to check my history on the condition and was keen on asking me to keep my mouth covered even as I spoke. I understand the hygiene but this was too crazy.
Even the medicine prescribed are on a higher side.
I have a fever of 100°F, with cough, headache, sore throat.
My total consultation charges along x Ray, Blood test and medicines is around INR 2,500+

Mrs. Chandrakala who sits in the reception is a very nice lady in the whole hospital.

She response very nicely to the patients and the work she does towards the hospital is awesome.
If we get the person like her in the hospital, even we are suffering also we will get confidence.
Hats off to her service.

Other than this the hospital needs lot of things to improve, space, cleanliness, waiting time, cost everything

The owner needs to recognise good people and need to remove so many lazy and bad people here

Overall we can go to this hospital
