Shoppers Stop

Stepped in Shoppers stop Orion Mall today at Bengaluru. Must be my first visit in almost a year in any Shoppers Stop store, well, I regret it. None of the cosmetic brands can give the products to avail B2G1 offer. My 3 cards were swiped 4 times to get the payment through, deducted from my account 1 time but sale was unsuccessful. CRM person Arun was not welcoming to either the feedback or the issue. They don’t know what to do. Asked me to give them a day’s time. Are you for real? Why would a customer have to followup for a day to get a transaction failure slip/detail. Spent 42 min till now and still don’t have a solution from Shoppers Stop Orion Mall CRM team. I am never coming back.

Executive at Van Heusen, Mr Gangadhar, was very helpful. Bought nice casual shirts with his help, while he put up with two babies we were holding.

Mr. Shiva helped alot. I was initially unhappy with the service until Mr. Shiva came to help. Thank you.

I went shopping to Shoppers Stop and Mr. Shiba Shankar Tandi, started assisting with what we wanted and we were able to finalise a watch. As we went to bill, he got to know it's my wife's birthday and since she was a member he insisted that he would want to celebrate her birthday. He got a cake and celebrated the occassion. He took an extra step of going out of the way to do this. It was a very memorable shopping experience all thanks to him. Cheers Shiba.

I had a lovely experience at Shopper stop, Orion mall. Mr. Shiba Shankar Tandi (Personal shopper), made it even more memorable for me. It was my birthday and the moment he got to know at the bill section abt it, he immediately arranged a cake and gathered his staff for a small surprise. They also gifted me a hamper. I felt so nice and special at the moment. Such experience and welcoming nature by the staff takes you back there often. They definitely trying to stand out from other brands. Thank you so much to the entire team.

Good variety for the festival season, for kids and women. Mix of Indian traditional, Western and contemporary on offer.

It's very disheartening to give 1 star to a place I love to shop at. Sales girls at Chambor and Myglamm brands seem to be so unfit for the job. They were impolite and barely attended to what was asked for. The one at Myglamm is so ill mannered that she started arguing and shouting. I have never experienced this kind of crude behaviour ever before from sales people at malls. Moreover, they behaved as if the products are their personal property and refused to give lipstick testers for trial. Just because of this annoyance and irritation, I had to cut short my shopping today at SS. But thanks to store managers and people at the billing counter. The matter got resolved and I bought some cosmetics somehow. Thanks to the sales girl at Colour bar. Got a lovely nail polish and mascara from Maybelline. Just a handful of nasty people from cosmetics and perfume section are spoiling the good repute of SS at Orion.

A well arranged store with all amazing brands! But the sizes for what we really like wouldn't be available

I have been to SS to buy a watch ms sahana was attend me she explain me so polite and experience. Tissot brand is awesome and thank you SS for such great staff sahana.

I love this brand for the collection they hold. Would really like to mention Mamtha, who is a wonderful support and goes out of her way to help every time I make a purchase. Thank you SS for bringing in such great support staff.

Previous I was just a passerby person and not was much fond of Shopper Stop but that other day after our shopping Ms. Mamatha gave us one of the best experience and there after when ever we went she was most attentive and gave the experience of shopping like never before. The attitude and attentive was such that we stopped going other place for any purchase whatever it might be cloths, watches, luggage. Ms. Mamatha your service to customers is awesome and best ever. Thank You.

I didn't like the attitude of the watch section staff. They were absolutely judging with the selections and the budget we had for the watch. Giving out such vibes makes you not want to go there again. I'll definitely not be.

In less than one hour, I got back my 2 lost years courtesy, Jyothi, shakeel and umesh. A poetic experience.:)

You get perfumes as well

I usually visit here, in a month we buy minimum of 20k with this shopperstop including clothes jewellery cusmatic and watches but the Department Manager Bhivakar is too arrogant and I have pathetic experience with him. He doesn't know how to talk with customers even he is too worst towards his employee. Shoppers Stop management should train him to teach how to behave your customer and employee.

One stop showroom for all brands. You name it they have it men's ladies kids wear accessories, watches. I love shopping here because of their ambience, good service.

Very good departmental store within Orion Mall with a variety of apparel and shoe brands all under one roof with an efficient and customer friendly staff. However the billing is slow with only one person manning the billing counter during weekdays. Alterations are however carried out very fast.

Too crowded, less sales assistance people available. Less collection.

If you like something, you don't find size. Though I bought some apparels but was not at all satisfied overall with the store management as well. Trial rooms were not up the mark as well.

I would suggest to visit some other shoppers stop as the brand is good but probably this store wasn't up to the mark.

Good staff good brands and at times reasonable discounts. Multiple departments so you might get what you want in single visit if you are free enough to shop

Best place to shop all Branded Products in this shop. This shop has vide range of Cloths, All branded Sun Glasses, Beauty Items.

Most of the clothes are Damaged, faded etc
This is like the worst shoppers stop store
Brand factory might be better than this store

Nice big store with lot of brands and collections. However, not well maintained as it's overloaded and scattered with stocks, making it difficult for browsing. Overall, if you know your requirements well and got loads of time, surely go for it

Reward card forcefully sold at all shops.and once registered they will inform u about terms and conditions.

Very nice during sale time. Lot of variety. But the staff rnot courtious enough to show diff sizes and styles and the billing section is horribly slow. Most ppl r not sure what they r doing.if u have the time to search forwhat j looking for then worth it during sale times

Plenty of options for shopping clothes watches. Good offers on products many times. Good collections of watches, perfumes, Shoes. A must to place to visit. Busy in weekends and you can get parking fee wave off when you buy there. Shopper stop in mantri mall is huge, in Orion mall it is in single floor

Shoppers stop is one of my preferred multi brand outlets and this one in particular is a bit small, but still got it.
