Situated at the center of the city. They have nice collections and variety of brands. And the good thing is not crowded and easy to find your choices. Apparently, my card did not work, and they obliged for us to come back and pay for the same. Staff are friendly and they help you find what you need. We did pick quite a lot of clothes. Thank you everyone for all your help.

Has many brands and too many varieties. Offer time I guess, saw many things on offer. Not the most crowded place in the centre of the city and in the Garuda Mall

I asked for shaving lotion or balm they don't have any branded one sad state.very disappointed.

As a big brand in the retail space and one of the earliest multi brand stores in India Shoppers Stop could invest some more in employee training and grooming.
It really puts off a customer when you are at the store and the staff behave like they are doing you a favor by being there.displeased and uninterested.
I have been a shoppers stop customer for ages and the quality of staff had deteriorated consistently.
With just a little bit of effort I think store has the potential to be at the to of its game. With the high end brands it has to offer it cnd do better.
P. S. I think the women who manage the cosmetic counters are the worst of the lot.

A lots of options in one place, also special discount from store which you will not found in brand store.

I am giving 5 star rating only for one reason that is for excellent service by service manager by Name sunil in customer service desk, the way he suggested us for selection of gifting for one of our neighbour kids was awesome and also he made an very wonderful gift wrapping.which was liked by kids.kudos for his calm and excellent service

Unprofessional, irresponsible and lethargic staff. We have been visiting this branch of Shoppers Stop even before it was moved from Home stop building to Garuda. Highly disappointed today. Had gone down there to buy a watch, got one too but only after the staff complained about not being to show all brands to us as the staff handling those brands were on an off (like really? ! Might as well shut the whole store for a day then) after the payment (online payment which they insisted on) we wanted to get two of the watch links removed to shorten it's size. Two amateur staff of Thiers decided to do it on their own while we were unaware that they did not know how to do it. Rest of it was chaotic to watch while they thulped down the watch to set back the links after removing it. BASICALLY, THE WATCH HAD BEEN DAMAGED. Same was packed and given to us even after we insisted it wasn't correct. When we asked for a replacement they decided they'll refund the amount as they did not have another piece in the same design. And then there was a whole lot of drama where in the manager had been informed we wanted a refund not because the staff had damaged the watch but because we disliked it.:) The whole team wasted good 3 hours of ours. What a waste of time and money. Please go to other branches of Shoppers Stop and give this one a miss.

I like shoppers stop cz it has varieties of brand at one place. Please get some exciting deals sometimes.

I have always shopped at this place.not a regular though.it has lost its collection though.once upon a time.there were too many collections, brands.and sizes

Still remember, around 10-15 years back Shoppers stop was the fist place in Bangalore to have escalators. It's come a long way from there. The collection here is really good, staff are always ready to help & they offer good discounts during festival times as well.

Serine atmosphere, good display of international brand, discount available only during festival time and account ending period- photo graphing inside the premises leads us to pay heavy penalty

My wife was so happy visiting this shop and she took a backpack, although we didn't get any deals or offers the happiness on her face was enough for me.
After searching many shops for a beautiful backpack we found the best collection in shoppers stop.
I use to purchase t shirts and all but never checked the bags area before. Now I will recommend this shop for my family and friends also.

Under discounted items.the percentage of discount displayed on the items differs from the discount cut while payment which is much lower than displayed.request the management to correct this wherever the fault lies.otherwise good collection and helpful sales persons.nice shopping experience.

The sales executives don't know how to respect the customers and dont have the patience to explain the details of a particular product.very disappointing

Bad staff. I was standing for 15 to 20 mins for just one item in billing they had issue with system n only two counter working so I waited n wen it start working they could see a guy behind me with lots of things and obviously amount will high so he was service first. I threw the item there n left so can't we buy just one item in SS.lol.what a joke.never gonna come back to SS garuda NEVER.had to give one star becz not able you write else you don't even deserve one star.

Came here with my mom for her to buy some shoes. Got some nice ones with weekend offers. The staff is really helpful. As always Shoppers Stop gives you a classy shopping experience.

A great destination to browse through multiple brands under one roof. A large store over several floors. One area for improvement is to stop the chatting amongst shop assistants in groups of two or more. Shop assistants should always be attentive even if there does not seem to customers around.

Staff in mens clothing only interested in pushing their brand instead of guiding customer to merchandise to suit their age and size.

A wide variety of brands to choose from.good quality clothes with excellent customer handling executives.

Good collection of branded garments. Disappoints at times as you may not get what you really want. Occasional discount sales are attractive.

New trends. Up to date. Latest fashion destination. A little pricey but worth the price for the quality being offered

Very bad. I hv been ss customer since 7 to 8 years. This was the worst experience I had.
They keep cheap damaged piece in discount sale and it's my fault too that I didn't chk properly when I went to exchange end up paying more money cause offer not valid.
This will be last visit to shoppers stop.
I never want to get cheated again.
