We just love shopping with shoppers stop Gopalan Mall.we are the black card holder of Shoppers stop.really happy with the services of the incharge of customer care service. (can't recall his name) a fair guy from orrisa.and also services provided by customer care executive Shalini.she's well behaved and takes care of requirements nicely.

The store has good options for shopping. I could see new trending clothes are available along with accessories.

Hay guys this was my good experience about shoppersstop I brought a shirt from shoppersstop and only got good result with this. Becouse the shirt was really amazing with slim fit and nice to wear color was very fantastic and wearable.everyone praise me for that shirt. I brought it 6 month back and it same as I brought. No color fading and really well design by company. Customer service was very good on their store they always be presantative about their customer. Really a nice cloths full value of money guys you should also try this one.

The kids collection is okay. Nothing great. Men and women's sections are decent. Mostly formals and casuals. I feel Central stores have much wider selection when it comes to kids as well as ethnic wear.

This is First time I Shopped in this that 2 for a Women actualy My Sister to Say I'm a worst Selector for Women But She Found her Formal White Shirt which she was searching from last time I came from Philippines Regardless of Anything it's Best Shop 2 Shop I felt the Quality of Dress and Presentation Best

My favorite place to shop. Very near to our place, ramamurthy nagar. I always prefer to visit gopalan mall instead of Phoenix market city. Small mall easily approachable stores and in the less time you can do worth shopping.

Less crowd = more fun is shopping. Good ventilation, comfortable temperature and eager to sell sales employees. All in all good experience.

Its quite big, you will find almost everything, like clothes, makeup, footwear, watches, and perfurms for men, women and kids.
Products are neatly arranged.
But their customer service was not much excellent.

Single stop for whole family if your ok with higher price, I can find most of the brand's, not crowded except weekends.

Good place we used to buy most of the product from shoppers stop, they have huge collection of wallet bag and handbag for ladies and branded and luxury perfumes, i wrote what we buy ususally but all the products are good in quality and cost wise to competitive.

Super place. How ever they need to find a way to help shoppers who have got their shopping carts with them from a different shop. Ideally it helps in taking the shopping cart yo the basement.so if I shop at Spar and come to shoppers stop to buy again along with my shopping cart from Spar.this is then NOT allowed to be kept safely. There must be a way out for this.hope shoppers stop staff is listening.over all a great experience at shoppers stop.

Limited collections as store is not so big. Only two floors. If anyone is looking for more better options in collections then this is not the right place

Product fittings issue. Same size same brand in lifestyle the fitting is different. Here in the
Fitting is not good at all but good in lifestyle And the billing was terrific slow.

Very bad experience. Selected few clothes shopping 4-5 hours approx 7000Rs after discount.we had Paid 5843rs through Amazon pay. Money from my account and amazon pay was debited but Shoppers stop ppl has not received it. We waited more than an hour.they told money not received and denied to provide the goods.
We requested to do home deliver since we stay 15kms far from shop, after confirmation on transaction they told they will only deliver if money is credited if not we have to come and collect the goods and denied to deliver even if we pay at our door steps.
Then we asked to cancel the transactions they told it's not possible. I don't know what kind of customer care they are provide?
No value for others time and money.
Finally we decided never ever to buy anything from shoppers stop in future.
They have commonsenseless people in their shop and don't even know their role and never know to respect other 's time and money.

Customer care is literally need to be looked into by the retailer.

My experience was like this, we went for shopping and shopped for five hours and went to billing counter. Bill amount was approx 11000/- after discount 7000/-.

Since we had coupon we made two bills as per their advice. Coupon was redeemed and billed.

Remaining items where billed and paid through amazon pay. We got confirmation from Amazon pay. But they told it's not credited to there account.

We waited for an hour since they where clarifying with there back end technical team and accounts manager. After an hour they told we can't take the goods to home for which we had allready paid.

We called Amazon pay they confirmed it's credited to shoppers stoppers account, but still they are telling it's not credited. Even after amazon pay customer care employee spoke over phone with them.

They told since on Sunday bank is not working they can confirm only on Monday. So we told, till that keep the goods with them and deliver to our address since we live 13 KMS apart from shop.

They are not agreed initially after ten mins discussion they agreed with the condtion to deliver only if amount is credited.

We asked them to do delivery even not credited and we will pay at our door, since we had liked the goods and we spent 5 hours. They denied directly. And not even ready to listen to us. Finally after waiting more than one and half hours they start treating us like to make us out of there shop and not ready to answer for our money and time till this time we where never ever demanded with them nor we misbehaved.

After this we lost our patience and temper since it really irritated us lot. Finally we told to cancel and we don't want the goods then one more person came and started telling he is the manager and he told he will make necessary arrangements. Funny part is the same guy is watching all these for last half an hour and he is not the manager, he was sent by the manager to tell like that, since we told we will complain to there management. And they understood the mistake was at their side.

We told we allready wasted our time and not willing to further so we left the shop, we where totally upset since we can't buy what we selected and we liked lot.

Basically we felt they are useless and not even know how to handle the situation and no forward thinking and no respect for customers time and money and don't have mind to didn't solution for the problem of there billing software.

Beware of the shop don't waste Ur valuable time. We decide not to visit never ever to shoppers Stop after this incident.

Best place for shopping for kids, women and men. The make up accessories, sunglasses, watches are good and have good variety. Even if we buy any dresses the alter the dresses as per our size and this service is free also.

Staffs are very polite and helpful. Weekends are rushy. Off season sales are super. We may get up to 50% off on products.

Even bags are of good quality with good brands. Party wear dresses are of good quality.

Toys and stuff toys are of good quality but bit expensive. I regularly purchase my office wear kurta, shirts, t - shirt, saree and have regular buy dresses for my infant.

Loved the way the sales guy attended. The billing was smooth and all details were provided as per my request. There was no hesitation even after multiple times I asked for redeeming the points and swipping the card. The parking money was deducted from the total bill. Customer support guy was polite. Over all experience was amazing. Would love to visit again.

Best service provided ever.would like to thank the store manager prasad who went out of the way in helping us find a replacement for a bag with a minor defect.the staff near the handbag section were also way too helpful.such kind of service n people are rare these days.but was not happy with the customer service section.the fellow wasn't helpful at all.his answers weren't convincing.was trying to send everyone back with a "no". That was the only disappointment.otherwise will always prefer shopping from this shoppers stop and would advice other too definitely

No longer hip place for trendy crowd. Too much gaudiness and cheap stuff around and it can get crowded fast.

Quality of Collection has degraded as compared to previous years. Even floor management needs to be improved as compared to other stores like lifestyle.

My all time favourite for apparel's shopping. Collection varies from store to store. Good products are little expensive. But had no complaints regarding the quality till date.

Amazing place for the family. They have all brands and sufficient stock to try. Huge facility and sufficient trial rooms. The staff is very helpful and always checks the trial rooms and cleans them. I always end up buying more than what I plan. They have restrooms too.

Good shopping experience in all stores in Bangalore. All stores are well maintained and keeps a good stock.all the products are little expensive when compared to other stores. Every time they provide offers depending on brand. Overall nice shopping complex i should say.

People Never Ever from from here! They cheat people in a professional way! NEVER TAKE THEIR MEMBERSHIP CARD NO MATTER WHAT. The sales people will try their best to convince you to take the membership but won't mention it's chargeable. Cheating bunch of idiots and looters!
