Best grocery shop! Excellent service staff and very considerate people and also they have all type of cuisine preparation ingredients!

Never buy, cookies or any item which gets powdered due to several handling. Informed about biscuits handling, but they have no answer. Dry fruits like almonds are costlier compared to any local trader.

Yesterday kind of Horrible incident happened in this store. Whole store too tidy and lot of clumsy corner places. One of my close friend's daughter went around to buy the school stuff. One of young worker misbehaved by exposing/flashing from the corner towards her. She was terrified and ran towards her mom. Even though mom complained to store attendant, how much effect it has no one knows. After this incident our close circle decided to keep away from these places.

Padmanabhanagars favourite shopping joint. A cosy one with friendly staff. Parking may be bit difficult during daytime but ok in the evening.

Variety, price, availability and quality of products as well as staff cooperation is quite satisfactory!

Advantage- u get odds and ends, those rare items u want to buy, but not available easily.
Disadvantage- a little pricey.

Their new building is air-conditioned. I never had to check expiry date on any they sell. Every product is new.

I am writing this review in delight. I used to buy groceries from a shop called fresh and naturals, and I don’t think I’d go there again. This place is one where the people are actually passionate about what they do. The guy looked at me searching for a nice big bunch of ripe bananas and brought a big bunch from inside, which was exactly what I was looking for - knows what customers want!

Another guy took such good care that he helped me load the groceries into my car- which big bazaar people don’t bother to, even when you bill for 10k.customer service at its best, and products are of such good quality - if you think big basket is easy, please visit here once and it’ll change your perspective!

It is a very proffessionally managed retail outlet in Padmanabhanagar, Banashankari. The staff are very helpful and well trained. All company offers are promptly passed on to customers. The prices are JUST RIGHT and mostly below the MRP mentioned on products. Lastly, senior citizens like me have just to pick, pay and ask for door delivery or directly order from home for doorstep delivery. My 17 years experience never gave me a reason to complain.

Prompt in billing which reduces wait time. Most of the groceries are available and good quality. Friendly staff.

In my childhood.my dad use to take me with him for shopping home needs and groceries and all. I use to love this place soo much because they had many different types of chocolates which were not available everywhere. They have like 4 billing counters, billing is done.very quickly. And the staff and cashier is very friendly. I never saw them in frastrated mood. Everytime I visit.they have a smile on their face. Home delivery is also available. You can WhatsApp your order and address to them or call them. They sell utensils, kitchen products, electronics, etc also. I will definitely recommend this place. They is no product that you won't get there. You will find all home needs. Outside Shoprite, even fruits and vegetables are sold.
