If there a zero rating I would've given it
I booked an appointment through Practo on 4/12/22 on 12: 40pm and the appointment was at 3pm
I reached the location at 2: 30pm and I kept calling the number provided and no one even bothered to answer
It's a OBGYN doctor's appointment and if they don't honour that I don't know honestly what their reputation and commitment to the profession is
I am going to sue this doctor and the Practo for making a pregnant woman go through this
There's an assistant I guess who's name is Raju and he didn't have the basic decency to talk politely
He couldn't even answer the calls even after calling more than 10 times
