Driver was in too much hurry and started to shout while dropping.it was uncomfortable to get the laguage out of bus. You are charging such a high prize. Accordingly there must be some patience and commonsence in bus staff while onboarding and dropping. Hope some improvement in future.

Very poor service. Noise inside the bus while moving. High price and low class amenities compared to other buses. I don't really suggest this bus service to my circle.

Very worst service provider.
Every time the bus sent to Bangalore is KA473601 or KA474611 which is almost 12 years old bus not in good condition. These bus has one or the other issues.
Even drivers are not professional. They don't have value of time.

I travelled from murdeshwara to Madikeri on 16.08.2021.8.30 p.m to 3.30a.m. With my wife and 2 kids.the driver of the bus was.v arrogant and 3rd rated bus number ka47 9059.he never stop the bus so tat ladies cud fresh up.he arrogantly said he will stop after 2.30 hours.i dont recomend this bus service to respected families.

To start with it was such an unprofessional approach by the travel company and the driver, who was happen to be utter casual, reckless and non professional. On 8th of August, 2021 I accompanied one of my relative to drop them at Giri nagar location to board the bus which belongs to Shree Kumar travels (KA 477365), at a time of the boarding we saw the driver only wearing Baniyan (White Inner) at the top, he wasn't wearing a proper uniform or a shirt which he was supposed to be wearing while on a duty. After seeing him in such a state of avatar we being female /lady felt very awkward and really not liked this behavior. We felt discomfort and it gave us second thought while using the bus service next time from such travel company which has such horrible staff, it also gave us a thought on our safety. And its obvious that if you are on a duty then people would expect professional behavior and a sense of responsibility from their staff, which was lacking in him.

Absolutely poor service. I'd booked seats for travel to Gokarna from Bangalore. Both the to and fro buses were cancelled at the last moment. Non- AC alternatives were given against AC bookings, with different boarding and drop points. No refunds were made for the difference in amount. There were no covid norms followed. Overall a very poor experience.

Worst condition buses and the most pathetic seats you will ever come across. On the top of it, you will see dirt on your seat, so called pillow, and ofcourse, bugs.
Kindly stay away from such vendors.

This is worst. Horrible experience. Never book from Shreekumar Travels. They don't even deserve one star.

We had booked the return tickets and the pick up was scheduled at 9: 40pm from Sonda to Bangalore. The bus got delayed.
There were 13 passengers who has to be picked up from the Sonda bus stop.

There was traffic for about 10 mins and we were told that the bus was stopped 1 km away from the pickup point. All passengers told we will wait and insisted that they pick us up from the bus stand itself. After the traffic started reducing, the bus driver took the bus further behind by 1km. It was absurd. The driver stopped the bus 2kms away and was shouting at passengers to come walking till the bus.
The traffic was completely cleared yet he was lying and refusing to come pick us from the bus station.

We asked to make arrangements for auto as there were elderly people, heavy luggage and dark in the night.
The driver shouted telling he cannot do all that and if we want to get in the bus we had to come walking all the way and threatened and behaved rudely telling that he would leave without picking us up.
In fact, he left without picking us up and left us all 8 passengers stranded. Everyone tried calling all their office branch, driver, Etc. Nobody responded.
We had to stay back in the bus stand for the night.

They are not giving us refund and the travel agency is lying telling that the driver made auto arrangements and we passengers refused to come and making up stories. They are refusing to even acknowledge what actually happened and all are lying from shreekumar travels.
Now, they are not even picking up the call and have blocked the number.

It was really disappointing and the Shreekumar Travels is so careless and worst.
Hope nobody has to ever go through what happened with us.

This is about my friends story.they booked a bus from Shreekumar Travels. The bus driver didn't picked up the passengers from the bus stop They left 10 passengers from Sonda. Including Her dad, bro, herself and 7 passengers were amongst those.
They were stranded for the whole night in the bus stand and didn't get room also in the temple.
Just came back to see the review, most of the review were about driver not picking the passenger n had left without picking.
If there's no quality or good customer service in any company they should shut their services instead of doing like this especially this Shreekumar travels.if you can't give correct service just shut the Travels.
A suggestion to any customer, don't never ever book in this Shreekumar Travels.or else you might also face this kinda issue.

Wish i couldn't give any stars. Such a bad travel service. Worst experience. How can this agency be soo irresponsible about the customer service? How can they just forget the passengers, leave them and go? Fraud driver. Just close the company and go. Request to others Dont ever book tickets here and regret later.

One of the worst travel of my life. Uncultured bunch of people. The person didn't pick me from ecity and left us. Then he threatened us that if we want, we can go ahead and complain against him but he will not pick us up because we stood 50 meteres away from the pick up. He said if we want we have to book cab and come to next pick up spot in madiwala. We took cab to madiwala and he didn't even mention where we should come. After asking localites we were able to figure out that the bus stops nead mosque. Finally after all the hassle we boarded the bus, they bus was in terrible condition, neither the driver nor the cleaner worse mask. No sanitization of the bus. Would never recommend this and will make sure will file a formal complaint to my nearest police station for indecency and no seriousness towards COVID 19

The bus is decent when compared to price to expectation ratio. Further I would prefer if there was a bit more premium options available with respect to bus type (Volvo, Man, Mercedes) with these travellers can have better options and can look forward to have a more comfortable experience and cleaner experience with respect to AC sleeper buses.

Never did I expect any company to be this rude to its customers. They don't even have the slightest of shame to accept their mistakes. They protect their drivers even though the drivers are completely rude and disrespect the passengers. They are not ready to even listen to the problems faced by the passengers and take only the drivers word in account. They're just so hopeless. This attitude will make them repent very soon.

I am writing this to inform you that, during the journey from Bangalore to Gokarna on 10th April 2021, (Ticket No 1420203), an unknown person was seated at our seat 11 and 12.

This unknown person vomited on the seat. My father and mother had to travel in this seat the whole journey.

My father complained about this to the driver and asked for a change of seat. This request was declined. My father asked for refund and said he would board other bus. This request was also declined.

During this Covid situation, suppose the unknown person had/has tested positive for Covid-19, won't my Father and Mother get exposed and be the victim here?

My questions are:
Why and How did the driver/conductor allow some unknown person be seated in our seat?
When complained about this incident, the persons incharge on the bus totally ignored this. How can they be so irresponsible?
Isn't it the responsibility of the persons in the bus to handle this situation appropriately and provide necessary workarounds?
Why didn't the driver/conductor call the higher authority and report this incident?
If the incident was reported, why there were no actions?
Will Shree Kumara Travels take responsibility and take necessary actions?
Why was the demands made by my father declined?
I (Kartik S/o Shridhar) request you to take this situation seriously and take actions against these people.
Also, I want complete refund of this travel and all expenses, if my parents test positive for Covid be bored by Shree Kumara Travels for this behavior.

Booked a ticket from areangadi to bangalore before 2 hours of my boarding from travels they called to inform that my ticket was cancelled and we are paying your money back.

When I asked the readin for cancellation they told me that only 2 seats are booked in bus, in this case am expecting the atleast alternate they denied to provide.

We traveled from Bangalore to Gikarn, the tickets were little expensive. One good thing was pick point from Hoskote, whcih was easier for Whitefield people. Bud condition and cleanliness was ok.

They need to upgrade their buses. They still have some old buses. The bed sheet are not that clean still needs some good maintenance.
Charger points are of no use.
No luggage cabins to keep individual bags.

One main issue I experienced, they just give 10-15 minutes for the dinner break. Please give some more time for the passengers to have their dinner peacefully

Worst service when it comes to received our own package, they have appointed a person to give our packages which is received with them from our native and when we ask about our package they are denying as the appointmented person has gone out for his own personal reasons. This is just a pathetic experience anyone can come across.

On my way to bangalore, the driver is not sophisticated and behaves rudly. Moreover, the bus driver was driving rashly. No water provided for ac buses.

Better travels, they are quick responsive, good in time, management is good, never broke during my travel. I enjoy its departure timings, connectivity to remote places and we can catch buses after our work time. Shreekumar is the first travels to initiate buses to remote and hilly regions. Some bad points are less clean beds, not arranged properly. Buses look little bit old.

This travels is nothing but coffin on wheels. Frequent accidents, no care from management. Staffs are arrogant and rude. There is no punctuality.

Avoid traveling in shreekumar busses.

Worst travels I have seen so far worst staff. Worst bus, worst service. The drivers are worst not polite. Boarded in the bus around 8o clk driver dint stop anywr fr dinner. I ask the driver ll I get food somewhere. Y not stopped? He replied with a very rude he got a parcel frm the bar in sirsi. The cleaner was coming in between and peeing and putting hand inside the cabin every hour which was very irritating fr ladies. Blankets Wr not provided. Air was leaking frm the glass. Couldn’t sleep whole in the sleeper couch. I don’t recommend anyone to use this dirty transport.
