One of the worst travels in the business. Pathetic staff behaviour and frauds in the system. Condition of the bus is at different level. You can't expect any professionalism from their staff and boom at your own risk.

Worst ever service the way the cleaners in the bus are acting liking road side gundas.came for a fight just for asking to open the luggage box to keep luggage. One this i wonna make clear for how ever gonna book tickets going in the etc bus sitting or standing is more better than using this bus.i just wanna give zero star where I can't find it.if the bus operators are really seeing just try to make it proper or stop the travels

Bus is old traveing yesterday night.mobile charghe is not 5times stoped bus today hotel is not satisfied next time north Indian and chines food hotel hatri passner very nice

Worst service do not even opt for the transport facility. They just don't have any idea on tracking if we go and ask in offices they just bluff saying today tomorrow.

Not good for single lady.because they dropped 21 kms ahead from actuall droping point in early morning at 4.30 a.m. Also bus incharge also giving irresponsible answer plz dont plan single ladies

No cleanliness inside the bus, curtains stinks, full of mosqitoes, bedsheets all are torn.bus's are in detoriating stage.really pathetic condition.inside

They take 1 hour in Honnavar only. Passengers travelling to Murdeshwara and Bhatkal have to wait unnecessary

The service was awful.driver did the rash driving for the whole night.it was not at all a safe ride.

The staff misbehaved with all passengers. The helpline number guy talks to people very rudely. They'll drop you at a wrong place.

They don't have problem when bus is filled and 4 people travel in 3 seat booking they will have problem when it is empty. Rude manager at Honavar booking office

Bus operator, who stands for perfection in keeping up exact time for departure & arrival. & Well maintained busses. Good for peaceful travel.

Easily accessible place.
Lack of basic facilities like toilet and seating for passengers.
The office is on first floor.
Parking spaces is enough.
After 9 pm this place is dark, no proper lighting.

Very bad service. They will add goods to passenger vehicle and stop wherever they feel like.
