Good bus service, most of the busses route pass through sirsi, giving an excellent route service.

Poor service, Arrogant driver, no respect for timing came one hour late, we have to stand outside in rain if rainy season - not enough place to sit in office if bus get delayed.drop also late by 2hrs, no cleanliness dirty bed sheet.not worth for money we paid. Route no 26 worst service

Very worst arrogant behaviour by the driver of Route no-26 after coming one hour late to the point.worst service i have ever seen. In rainy season there is no place to sit in office at pickup Sirsi Samrat location.we have to stand outside in rain for one hour of the pickup time.no time respected - 2 hrs delay in dropping, no cleanliness dirty bedsheets, No value for money. Shreekumar service getting worst day by day.

Very bad service ️ not satisfactory. They don't obey their responsibility. Seats are too dirty they don't maintain cleanliness. Charging points don't work. No proper response to customer. Very embarrassed with the service
