It was quite a clean and elegant place. You can seat around 200-250 people in the main hall. A few rooms in the first and second floors with a mini hall in the second floor. A kitchen space and dining hall in the basement. No dedicated parking space but we were able to find parking spots on the streets nearby. A fine place as long as you don't plan to invite more than a couple hundred people at the same time.

Good place for receptions and engagement. But i think it's not the best for marriages. Unless there are only 150-200 people. And parking is on the road and no personal space. Otherwise it's good and a lift facility is available.

Excellent centre to conduct aspicious occasions and celebrations. The place of hall id located in a very decent and famous place "Malleswaram" the premises is very clean with very good and clean rest room facilties, dinning halls are very clean, good parking place inside and outside location the Sri Ganesha temple inside hall premises is very blissfull a really really worthier place to celeberate all the aspicious occasions.

Well handled, Able Management. Most transparent well equipped hall for all types of family functions.

Its a good place with pretty sober ambience. 150-200 people is the max accomodation. 250 people if it's floating. Downstairs there is a dining hall. A good part in this bhavana is they won't allow any edible things inside the bhavana just to make sure the premises in clean condition.

The hall is spacious enough to accomodate about 150 people freely.more than that, it would be congested.if there is no decoration, as in a pathway built for the guests to reach the dias or similar, then it would easily accommodate 200 people. The drawback I found is there are washrooms at the basement which is also the entrance to the dining area. You have to inhale the stink when you enter to have food and also inhale when you come out after having food.that's disgusting.

Very well maintained bhavan hall. Neat and tidy washrooms. Bhavan hall can accommodate about 500 -600 people. Dining hall is in basement having a good seating capacity. The bhavan hall is inside a small lane, you can easily miss it if not for the board.

It's a nice convention hall, difficult to notice from main road. They have maintained the hall well. The bathrooms were kept clean & tidy.

Good for a small function of 250-300 people.
Air conditioned.
Good lunch/dining area
Parking is problem, even for bikes
Metro is nearby.

The venue lacks simple basic necessity of wash room in the ground floor main hall. It's really punishing especially for the aged people like me and other people who may be having some health issues.

The place has 2 event halls: 1 on the Ground floor for bigger events that can accommodate upto 500 pax and the other on the first floor for slightly smaller events which can accommodate upto 100-150 people. On the second floor there’s the Trust office which handles all the bookings and stuff, guest rooms and a mini-library. 3rd floor is used as a boys hostel only for students. There is lower ground which is a dining hall.

Neat and clean. Very good for marriage if your guests are 300 to 500. Nice small temple adjoining. Dining hall, marriage hall available. Area is clean and not much traffic. Opposite side is famous software company owner of satyam. This place is a community oriented place, reserved for hoysala Karnataka.

Well maintained, very spacious, neat kitchen and dining area. Only negative is no car parking space. Only two wheelers can come into the lane, which is just 12 feet lane

Very affordable. All the facilities are very good.
Rooms are clean and hygiene. Lift facility helped elder people a lot.
If looking for awesome place in the city with affordable price, go for it.

The Mini hall was good enough to conduct a small function.

Good compact hall at 2nd floor for small function up to 80 people. All facilities are there Nd reasonable rates.

Very neat and clean. Dining and kitchen areaa are well maintained. The only draw back is absence of parking facilities.

Its a good function hall suitable for all kind function with good fecilities but no sufficient parking place!

Spacious for functions for 100 - 200 people. Good rooms to stay during the function. Option of mini hall for small functions. Less parking available during peak hours near the venue.

10-15 two wheelers can be parked near the hall. 4 wheeler parking is not available. (Can be parked beside the main road)

Good hall, clean. Not too big. But we'll maintained. Usage of LED wall will not be required unless compulsory. Hiring Outside decorators not allowed. Hiring outside photographer and video IS ALLOWED 2 rooms are alloted for Bride and groom to get ready not to the stage. Last I heard it's was about 80k+ rent for a 24 hrs.

It's a small place with decent Hall and dining.one batch of 50 people can have food in the dining area, parking is a challenge, need to park on the road side

Good connectivity but loud music isnt allowed as it is ina residential area. People having contacts in the Havyaka Community or Havyaks themselves can get a reasonable booking price.

It is a clean place with very good food. It is located in residential place and is sort of difficult to reach the place as approach roads are small

Good for small functions.well ventilated and lighted. Maintained very neatly. Only problem is with parking.

The place is located in calm malleshwaram. It's near to malleshwaram railway station. The place is beautiful for family functions. Dining hall is big. Washrooms are clean. Overall good atmosphere

It's a marriage hall, with one bigger hall in the Ground Floor and a mini hall in the second floor. The hall is modern in looks and has all amenities.

A nice renovated hall for marriage! Toilets are very clean and all the amenities are gud! And situated in best place malleshwaram!

Situated in 11th cross Malleswaram, near to MES college & Cluny convent, it's in a bylane off the 11th cross road. It's a new building. Has a decent sized hall & another mini hall for functions.

It is a community centre. The place is available for functions and can hold a modest crowd. It also has a mini hall and few rooms to accommodate outstation attendees. Located close to Malleswaram railway station.

This place has been reconstructed two years back. This is a good place to conduct functions for around 500 to 600 people. Place is very clean. It has around five rooms for people to stay. It is attached to Ganapati temple next to it. They have their own caterer too. We can even conduct cultural programs here.
