Hired a car and driver for four days. We were given a crysta and the car was in excellent condition. The driver Manjunath is a very good driver, competent and extremely efficient. He did not take unnecessary risks on the highway. I would recommend this agency highly.

Whatever tour you plan to whatever place and how perfect it may have executed, the enjoyment of your tour 80% depends on your driver. We had a worst experience with the driver which effected the enjoyment of the whole trip. He didn't show any interest to drive and and kept on saying we can't cover that and can't cover this and also he was like always trying to avoid driving. He didn't even take us to nice food spots. Whenever we asked him how much time it would take to cover a place he gave worst answers saying your time your wish. Overall I would say that it was one of my worst experience with the driver and how good the travels maybe it inturn makes the travels also the worst.

Our family always books from years in this agency.atleast on an average monthly once. It's professional good vehicle provider.

Last time, I booked for my father. It was to drop off him.and I booked Tata Indica (which was 9 rs per km). When the driver dropoff my father to the destination, he asked from my father fare with10 rs per km (which was charge for higher end vehicles.). My father told him that it was 9 per km, then he said he was told to collect 10 rs per km. My father gave and informed this to me. First time in so many years I observed such a unprofessional behaviour.

I contacted the person whom I always call for booking and informed all this. He said sorry and driver had already left the place and he will ask the driver to send the extra money collected over phone pe after returning to Hubli in 2 hours. I didn't get money after a day also. I called once again to the person, he said it will be transferred in 5 to 10 mins.it's been more than 20 days I haven't got any call or money. I felt very bad for the response to my feedback for a agency with such reputation.

The extra money what driver took is not the issue here, I informed about this to agency and still they haven't done anything about it. It is better to contact the office if you feel driver asks more as agency may not know it and they will not help you afterwards.

Still Its one of the best taxi services in Hubli. I'm using it from last few years.except this incident every trip was nice.

As per as on date experiance, It was nice speaking to prakash ji, thanks to his behaviour for giving me time and giving all tiniest information on call, very morning at 9.30am, with patience, humbleness and co operation. I will be in his touch to have a Life time relationship beyond business.

Excellent Coastal Karnataka trip with Sri Ganesh Tours with family friends

Really had a excellent trip with family where the car service was fantastic. Driver was very nice, cooperative and was good human being also available at dot time, when needed. I will like to plan all my future trips with Ganesh Tours with friends. I spend 3days from 22 nd Sept to 24 th Sept 2021with lots of fun really we enjoy a lot. Mr Prakash Sir, Proprietor of Sri Ganesh Tours and Travels help us every were whenever we needed help.
