Situated in y s colony. Near by has college and smi pu college vidyagiri dharwad. Y s colony is full of pgs.

It was a nice experience but do not recommend for students studying in colleges near saptapur as it is far away

Worst Pg whole in dharward for everything owner asks heavy fines like if extra person comes to room, if any extra lagugage is kept in room, if rooms are not maintained properly etc And fines will be in terms of 1000 rs and above so please avoid this Pg and search for better one
I myself was charged 700rs for keeping extra lagugage for 2-3 days
