One of city's oldest and reputed hospital. Lots of facilities available here like OPD, surgery, x-ray, CT scan, endoscopy, blood culture, pathology, almost all kind of disease will be treated here. Staff behaviour is main issue, lots of arrogance of staff members. Doctors didn't come at time. Lots of small doctors came and check the patients. Main doctor always absent when needed. Timing is one of main issue. Maintenance also poor. Insurance department is worst here. Lots of silly charges applied. Medicines are also too costly compare to outside. Poor people will suffer from staff behaviour. Communication with young doctor is very very difficult because of language. Hope hospital management will solve these matters.

Worst experience worst response i have made stretches last Monday, the doctor told me to come on Saturday or Sunday to remove the stretches i came on Saturday they told to come on tommorow morning (Sunday) when I came next day morning again they told to come on tommorow (Monday) i have told that i have work I won't come on morning like that they told u can come on evening also we can remove like that but while I came here they told to come on again tommorow morning i m really frustrated i m coming and going for the last 3days no one responding good what they are thinking only they have work we all are? Worst worst behaviour one one person they are telling different things 0 start option is not there otherwise I will give 0 only govt hospital is better than this

The facility is very good and well environment area for people or patients, to about the doctors they are good to all in care well.

First of all the management of hospital has no humanity, they don't want to save the patient.they go on testing for money to reach 20000 rs for just stomach pain caused by gastro intestinal infection.they loot the patient economically

Worst hospital, they will never diagnose the main cause properly, worsen the patients health, admit them to ICU and charge unnecessarily.please go to other hospital where proper resident doctors are available and not interns.

Horrible hospital.during PG, they keep your passbook and take signature for blank cheques.this is how they are laundering money, blackmailing the Postgraduates.it's not a hospital it's a crime house.

Third class hospital.even they don't have the common sense how treat the patient.
There is no a basic facility like fan also.

Not so good for everyone one there a good doctor for some certain various but if have emergency there minimum 5 doctor will be there but every one tell that they will treat you like there no perfect response form anyone they give only response for Money i have gone nearly 10 time that's i give 3 start and be careful

It is a private college and its staff is good but the service is not good. Hostel meals are absolutely not acceptable. But the environment here is very nice and clean. Practical classes here are very good compared to other colleges. As a student, I am fairly satisfied

Too much bad food quality. They took money for almost everything. I wanted to do covid report from govt. Hospital free of cost but they force me to do it from their hospital and took 2000 rs. Otherwise principal threats me to make me fail in exam. Very bad principal and Management. They make us fail in every exam.

Firstly, the system at sridevi hospital is outdated.
They don't have the procedure to give medicines to patients directly. Instead they ask the family members of the patient to come to hospital in person, buy the medicine from the pharmacy which is right inside thier hospital, and then give it back to the ward nurses.
This causes so much inconvenience for the family member to stand in long queues with covid19 patients who are just recovered and buying their medicines before heading home.

Secondly, the nurses are very careless.
Different nurses read different "sp02" measurements.
Also they don't file receipts properly. They call the first responders of the patients to come and pay the bill once again.
Then after convincing them that we had paid the bill and the receipt was submitted to the respected authority, they then check for the documents and then Start the diagnosis after 5 long hours which can be very expensive for the patient's life.

Also in these pandemic times, they insist on cash payments, which once again is very risky for all the people

The system at sridevi hospital is hopeless to tell the whole story in a Nutshell.

Very worst hospital, management is worst even after patient death they are not sending death details for municipal after 21days also from MRD department.

Very careless treatment for covid and Un hygienic place cleanness not maintained staffs are behind money only always they are expecting worst experience never seen

There covid testing center needs proper planning to test ppl in safety. All juniors working there without any guidance.

One of worst experience, very poor. Nursing service and management also not good, they are not giving original copy of reports and discharge summary due to original copy am not able to claim ESI I loss 50000rs

Most of the training students are there and treatment is full of delay.in emergency case don't come this hospital

Worst hospital I have never seen. Don't go to this hospital at any cost. Irresponsible people and worst facility. Government hospital is far better than this. Doctors in skin opd they won't listen our words and they don't ask anything previous medical history simply write on prescription letter and send to bring medicine dats it, they won't explain what it is, why it came, how to prevent nothing especially I gone on 26/7/2019 on Friday OPD a lady doctor she never have time to listen my word, so pls inform her to treat the patients correctly by proper history collection
