Huge Water Logging issues in Shriram Chirping Woods during just above normal rain.people who has already purchased the T5.please ensure the water logging issues are resolved before taking handover.really a mess.

Maintenance bill 5100/- per month (bill for Apr 2022), this builder is sucking our hard earn money, no over head water tank so always we have problems with water. No proper STP at times they send water without processing it is so unhygienic and smell bad. During rain water floods inside the appartment.

I stayed in Shriram Chirping Woods for almost exactly 2 years. There are quite a few things I like about the apartment and the neighbourhood.

There is a provision store within the complex and you get most of the daily essentials there. Water cans are delivered by the store within a couple of hours. The vegetables at the store aren't the best, but there is a store right outside the Shubh Enclave, MPS Fruits and Vegetables which has pretty much all vegetables and fruits all the time.

The swimming pool was nice though I couldn't use it much because of the pandemic. I've never tried the gym and other sports available at the club house.

We did have instances of the basement flooding occasionally when the cars needed to be parked on the ground floor.

The view of the Kaikondrahalli lake from the upper floors of some of the apartments was breathtaking.

The construction wasn't the best but was decent.

Overall, the complex is not without its flaws but it is a relatively well managed society.

Shriram Chirping Wood project sales team cheated us and we have been waiting to get the booking amount refund of 1 lakh rupees since more than 20 days.

After long wait on refund, I am writing this review on my experience with shriram Chirping woods.this might be useful for atleast one person who may get saved from this kind of fraud sales people.

We have booked one flat no 50707 in August 2022 based on the flat and property information given by one of the sales executive Santhosh from Anarock who is working for Shriram Chirping wood sales, on the day of our booking we ask regarding a NALA which is going inside the property, they said it’s for the internal drainage and STP plant, later realised from the case hearing document against Shriram Chirping Woods Tower 5, case applicant was Namma Bengaluru NGO which is available on NGT website, and cross verified with staying resident also, they confirmed that it’s Secondary Nala which is connecting both the lakes and during previous flood It’s overflowed from that only. Hence, just by trusting sales guy words, we have paid 1 lakh rupees and booked the Flat 50707.we were so much disappointed with the sales executive who had given wrong information and we were not comfortable with the inside property NALA also.

So, we requested shriram chirping woods sales executive to cancel the booking made and to refund the booking amount 1 lakh, and Surendra from Anarock, told me to share the cancelled cheque for refund, after 1 day they are especially Niranjan sales team manager from Shriram denying to refund my hard earned money.

This is how they are doing all the sales by giving wrong information and cheating people who are trying to own house with their hard earned money.

Fraud builder. Even one primary NALA is also flowing behind the tower 5, as per NGT rules 50 mtr distance from NALA is mandatory. No where on their approved site plan it’s mentioned about that also.

Pathetic maintenance of SCW for charges of 4.5/sqft. Don't ever buy or rent anything here. Bren imperia (right across) is so well maintained so better for even lower charges.

Fantastic construction quality of villament, amenities are great but the builder is not trustworthy. Shriram representatives (Vinay, Rahul, Krishna Veeraraghavan, Venkatesh) don’t resolve and deliver inspite of promises.
Many residents have grievances against builder for cheating them.

This project is between lakes, anyone can expect flooding. It is good that I didn't proceed with purchasing- price inflated flats

Shriram chirping woods is a deep silent residential Apartments. Going this place to give Yoga Training.

It becomes costly affairs when ever Blore sees heavy rain.basement gets filled with water since no overhead water tank as the basement gets filled everything goes for a toss no water in the appartments, STP and lifts get spoiled due to sand n dirt, last quarter maintenance bill was 15,300/- this quarter lord shiram only knows, see the video 17-May-2022. Water flooded in the basement for 4th time in 2 yrs.

Very disappointing. 3 years gone in waste asking for repairs of leakage in living room and whole balcony. Very rude behaviour of almost all the staff.

Very poor sales team, they lie about their pricing and the availability of units just to meet their own quarterly and annual targets and earning incentives. The same 3bhk flat which our friend purchased in Sep 2021, increased by 20 lakhs more in Dec 2021 i.e in just 3 months time. Haven't heard of such an inflated under construction property pricing anywhere else in Bangalore. Not a trustworthy builder.

It has been a very bad experience so far. They are very persuasive in making you pay for EOI that they claim to be a "hassle-free" refundable amount. But, it has been a nightmare since we have fallen to that trap. Endless calls made to get status of that refund, made so many promises with no refund even after 4 months.
Not a premium builder and has any professionalism of any sort. Trust factor is completely None.

Sports tennis, badminton, swimming, boards games, n all also a hall for small function

Great society, flats are of decent size. Maintenance team has taken good care of cleanliness and greenery around.

Very bad society to live in! I moved into this society just before the lockdown in 2021 in April as I heard a lot of good things, but to my disappointment…this is the worst society so far.
Water is smelly always and 2-3 times a week there is no water in flushes in the bathrooms. Your clothes and bathrooms are always smelly bcos of the poor quality water.
Maintenance Admin is a BULLY who never responds to queries of residents, but never fails to threaten residents for payments by stopping services which is already bad and almost never delivered in time.
Whole society floods in rains (small or heavy) due to which water is completely stopped (cooking, drinking, bathrooms…)
There are always judgments passed about every topic on the planet and never, almost never things turn out well…as discussions turn into arguments and allegations.
A person living within their 4 walls has to oblige people in other houses on switching on AC, using their private balcony’s for smoking or get-togethers, playing music within their house or even hosting parties bcos people tend to get easily disturbed even with slightest noise BUT 24/7 construction noise is ok.
For basic social activities the residents have to take permission from the maintenance admin, residents who are homeowners have to take permission to use facilities (weirdest part of all).
This society boosts of being worth millions but the standard it provides is not worth even pennies.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.unless shriram plans to change their maintenance management team and make some serious changes within their society, this place is just BAD.

Anyone who says otherwise about this place is lying. Their whole telegram resident forum is filled with complaints 24/7 for all kinds of reasons possible and no one wants to actually acknowledge the problem of maintenance within the society.
Rules which aren’t mentioned but people have to follow bcos everyone gets disturbed on petty issues. Tolerance is ZERO!
No respect for fellow residents or their comfort bcos everyone thinks it’s their right to speak anything and keep quite if and otherwise.

I’m glad I moved out! Think twice before u plan to move in.

Visited a friend who lives here.the club house with the terrace pool looked very nice. Flats seemed fine as well.

Poor sales team and poor quality construction.
Each year the towers are getting filled with water and to avoid that they are creating each year a layer of brick to avoid entering water into lift.
No maintenance of the property.

Nice society to live in, a nice crowd and the amenities are well maintained.
The biggest con is the road conditions in front, around 1km road is terrible and then you get to Haralur main road.

Every year during rains.the Strom water from both the lakes near by floods into the society.

Poor construction quality. Mismanaged society. Not seen a worse place to live in my life where a couple of times getting basic facilities such as lift/water is a challenge for days and worst that no one is actually responsible for the loss. Feel sorry for people who bought flat here.

Please do not buy homes here in Shriram Chirping woods or any Shriram properties. Since last 3 days we are facing issues with water. There is no water coming in any flats and Lift is not working because water logging in basement as one of the pipes burst. Now think about me living in 10th Floor. Also think about people living in higher floors. Water is coming via a pipe near the lift I have to take bucket there and fill it and get back to my apartment. This is what I used to do in childhood in my villages. Get water in bucket from handpump. And I have to do the same thing in 2020 even when I paid Crores for a apartment in this place. The worst thing is the car in the basement. My car was half submerged in water, cannot start it (obviously) and then I have to get it towed. Now car repair I have to pay. Even there are no floods in Bangalore and no heavy rains no natural causes this apartment Chirping woods guys decided to give us a taste of floods and drowned our cars. Please take care. They are using pipes from morning till late evening (since last three days) to take out water from basement. Please be careful before buying flat here. Also they charge a lot of maintenance and service is poor. Ask anyone living here, before buying property. Ask them what happened in 19th to 24th Oct 2020. Full fault of management and they will not pay for my car. I wish I could sue them and get money for my car repair and towing service. I know this will happen in future or something else like this will happen. I wish to sell my place and leave. Will do it sooner. And cannot view 2 lakes form any apartment. Also cannot view even 1 lake from most apartment. There are buildings being constructed nearby so you will not see lake. Also those lakes will be turned in buildings in 5years time so don't listen to that. I will post pictures if possible.
