All the drivers are rash drivers and abusive. I had a physical incident with driver of KA01AF4071. He came out of car to fight with me on confronting his wrong cut against my car.

Timely response and booking is easy done via there agent.
Few issues -
1. The site is bit outdated and for everything we have to directly communicate to the contact person, even for seeing the car photos that they have.
2. The drivers lack basic english, which hinders communication and increases the chances of misunderstanding things.
3. Their website payment gateway is not working and have to directly transfer money to them, and there is a delay in getting receipt as well.
If above can be fixed, IMO its a best place to book for car.

I had taken one Innova Crysta for Chikmanagaluru on self drive.
New vehicle - 2018 model, for 3 days.
Enjoyed the timely delivery at home and pick up after our return.
It is a no hassles security deposit return as well.
Very professional and reliable.
