Don't book the siddaganaga bus because we r booked bus Bangalore to shabari mala yatre very bad experience bus head lights not working fastag not working in side the bus seat not good in side lights also not working it's very bad experience.

Worst bus experience ever, the driver was totally rude with everyone and don’t have a good bus driving experience. For 8 hours journey he took 16 hours that too we didn’t reach our destination and change a lot of plans. Bus no. NL 01 B 3005

Worst service I travelled from Mysore to Bangalore. Crew in the bus were smoking. Overall it was a worst experience in the bus

Overall, it was a good experience. Skilled driver, and also, he was friendly.

What Disappointed is the driver had not slept earlier because of his previous overnight trip, and he had to stop for 2 hours and take a nap. Would request officials not to send a driver for a continuous 48-hour drive risking others' lives.
Also, AC was not working.

Attached Bus cleaner and the cleaners and drivers at parking area at BMTC Bus stand near Vijayanagar are very rude and rowdy behaviors.for small issue they behaved like Rowdies and using nonsense languages. This cleaners are spoiled the name of Siddaganga Travels which is best in city.

Worst experience ever we have booked a bus for family tour, while booking they promised to give proper service later they didn't even bother to give the required services. Siddaganga Tours MD and Team Management is worst not even worth for 1star, they are very rude and pathetic denay to give required services not worth for money highly recommended not to take there service.

I was leading a school group and came accross the above drivers. Narendra, specifically, was very rude, impolite, highly egoistic & completely unprofessional. Even when the cleaner - Pritam (a very kind and humble human) tried to correct him, he would yell at him for no reason. He was so unprofessional that even after providing him with all meals, he would still steal the food supplies stored in the bus for the tourists.

The other driver- Somu was hand in glove with him. Despite of their unprofessional behaviour we treated them respectfully but they showed no gratitude.

We never expected such service from Siddaganga. Extremely disappointed.

Please avoid using these drivers.they'll ruin your travel experience.

Hope the concerned authorities of the company take strict action against such incompetent employees as their company's reputation is at stake!

It was my first and worst experience traveling in this bus never ever gonna book this bus again waste of money

Not a pleasant experience. Respect others time. Caution against their tour operators they do not give what they commit.

Driver Somu was horrible. All drivers are extremely unprofessional, one driver was good out of 3. Busses are in ok condition but not as good as the price they charge. Somu driver stole articles kept in the busses by hitting the other bus cleaner. Highly unorganized set up. Very bad driver quality, they need to run a training program for driver discipline and behavior.

Worst transport company. Despite of informing in advance that to send the vehicle which is in good condition as the clients are high end still they arranged vehicle which was having many issues. Please give last preference to this company and we booked in this travels owner only not proper response with the customer and careless owner. This Traver company is not eligible for take star in review.

One of the Worst experience with this travel agency, bus that should be sent to Scrap yard are used to send customer, bus doesn't go more then 30 kilometres and it took us 30hrs to travel 600km, no Tv and Speaker if you ask they say it is complementry service no guarantee.
They are using fake number plate just to avoid state permit.

If you want to enjoy your trip please do not book from this travel agency. They take more money from you before the trip is started

There is no TV in individual sleeper and charging point is not working even after reminding to bus conductor they are not even listening our words, major problem what I have faced you know water is leaking from top of the bus to inside, we are feeling like wamting for inside smell cleaning is not proper, I wouldn't suggest to my friends

I want to draw your attention towards the unworthy, disrespectful and unwarranted behaviour of the bus driver and cleaner duo during our two day trip.
Very often they were treating the passengers with complete disrespect and disregard for any kind of conversations.

Being a service business which we have paid for and considering the reputation of an agency like yours this is the last thing that we would want to expect from your services.

It is my humble suggestion that these kinds of conductors or employees need moral and traffic training. They may be atleast taught the very first lesson of civility, failing to which your service will degrade going further.

We had a horrible experience with this travel (bus number NL 01 B 2133). Bus looks and interiors were awesome but the TV and speakers were not at all in the working condition which is a basic thing for the trip. Drivers were unaware of few things related to connections and they told we tried but cant fix it.in the mid way around 7pm headlights gone blank and wasted 2 hours waiting to get it fixed.when spoke to owner about it his answers were rude.some heated arguments went and they started asking to pay full or service will be stopped (only 800 km completed (50000 already paid as advance). We were 25members and almost with elderly women and ladies in the trip we were afraid of service stopping calls n messages.with fear we paid in full agreed but wonder how can they threaten like this in the midway. 50kms speed is what they were driving.because of which 2 places we missed.i strongly recommend not to go with this travels.please save the money, time and happiness by not choosing this Siddaganga Tours and Travels

Maan dam, literally can't tolerate the so called "vacation spooler" which made the whole trip suck each minute i travel i regret!
The service they give is very poor, if we play songs we feel the bus is haunted like hell
I would prefer the local buses than this ' luxury bus'
Pepl i would only prefer to say is don't spoil your vacation, vacating this travells, they just apply butter until you start your journey n will roast you via blackmailing.

And yes the drivers are pretty good but for the right information they are the owners puppets!

One of the worst service i had with their vehicles when booking time showing all amenities like DVD music system is good but while travelling no one its working if we ask the owner they speak very rude & they are telling its complimentary but should know the transport people should give atleast besic amenities then why we have to use private buses its really upset my all friends owner should know how people travel long journey bus is very noise inside when raining we have to hold umbrella

Recently booked tickets to goa from bangalore and back, my bad luck they cancelled both the tickets, not a reliable service.

Very worst travels I had every seen I can't even give single star rating. Waste of cost so pls don't book in Siddaganga Tours and Travels.

Bus was not on time, nobody picking call in first time, after dialing 10-20 times they picked the call. We were scared that bus will leave us. They assure us that it won't happen but we reached there before half an hour and waited 1 and half hour. Bus was almost 1 hour late. Doesn't respect time value. Very unprofessional.

We just traveling from rameshwaram to banglore service was super and sfaff was super Mr chikke gowda and mr kirthi they served me very well Thanks team keep it up

Not on the time at all, in bangalore itself they are latr by 2: 30 hours citing traffic, i wonder how other buses are able to manage on time

Worst travelling experience. They say on time departure but the bus was 2 hours late more over the concerned person denied to come at the pick up point everytime when called he use to bounce his location and asked us to come over there. Pathetic management they didn't even paid the road taxes the bus was on hault for 1: 30 hrs on the Goa Karnataka border. The bus driver had no idea about the routes. It took 18 hours to travell from banglore to Goa.

Never go with this service total waste of time money and energy.

I've booked a trip from Coimbatore to Bangalore for September 13th, 2021, with Make My Trip. The boarding time was 11: 25pm, and the bus operator called me half an hour before the trip to say the bus had been cancelled, with the pathetic excuse that the bus's AC didn't function, therefore we didn't run today. On the 14th morning, I had a very crucial work-related meeting, and this happened. Arul jothi from Coimbatore, who was representing Siddaganga Travels, was quite disrespectful and stated that I will receive a full refund, which I have yet to receive. I don't care about the money, but your sleazy operation has caused me to miss a work meeting. I'll make sure that none of my friends or relatives use your services in the future.

Booked bus coimbatore to Bangalore. Only outside bus looking good. Inside is not good. Unhygienic beds and there is no blanket and pillow. They not giving proper seat number which we booked. Allocating according to themselves. AC is not working properly. Bus full of bad smell coming. Dissatisfaction with this service. Money waste

They change seat numbers. The amenities promised not given. Rude behaviour when questioned. No curtains, when asked response was “Hum kya karey! ”. The poorest travel experience one could have, I would not recommend this bus service to anyone!

I should've picked up by 2: 15 but the bus came by 3: 30 and they didn't even bother to inform the delay. No one picked up the call. The given time to reach my destination was 7: 35. I didn't even reach halfway then. The driver was taking breaks in each toll about 20-25 mins during which he switched off the AC and didn't even bother it was getting really late. Never ever take this travels, you'll suffer. Government buses are far far better than this travels.

Not that great. Over priced. Be careful when you talk the package for entire trip. Better to pay taxes and tolls by yourself. These guys charge RS 15,000+ for hardly RS 5,000+ toll and border taxes.

It is a reliable centre to depend for a surgery. It is a safe place too. Doctor has healing power. Gives good result for matter it is any surgery. Clients are very much satisfied as well. It is also homely and given good care to the patients. The atmosphere of this clinic is very good with smart staffs. It is a wonderful clinic fullfilling individuals needs.
