Very Very bad doctor in hospital, Dr Prashanth Kumar N, I lost my eardrum because of the doctor's negligence. The doctor started talking like Rowdy when he said that I lost my eardrum because of you.
Hello, I request you all not to get treatment here, otherwise you will lose your eardrum like us. My ears have never flowed since childhood. The doctor said it was causing pain due to dust in the ears. To clean the ears, hydrogen peroxide was placed in the ear for about 10 minutes, after cleaning we were shown the remaining wax in the ear, then after 2 days we were called for cleaning,
I lost my eardrum because proper cleaning technique was not used. It was a big mistake in my life to go to this hospital.
Later, Doctor started talking like a rowdy and said that if you are in Bangalore then learn Kanada language. I work as a laborer and don't have money for eardrums.

Extremely poor management, doctor not present at appointed time, they will make u wait for hours

Our experience of consultation with Dr N Prashanth Kumar was extremely good. He was helpful, professional, and prompt in removing wax which was causing trouble. Quite nice and decent place.

Consulted Dr Uma Devi Doctor for my son's EAR problem, she lively showed the my son's ear infection on her mobile, she is very kind! Highly recommended! Consultation is low compared to outside!

We went this hospital recently for my son. He Kept some metal in to his nose.they have done surgery to remove that metal. I liked the way they respond.
Medicine also they will give Good only. Dr.umadevi is too good caring patients.
It's good hospital and budget wise also it's too good.especially Dr.umadevi mam has given good treatment. Thank you for that.

Worst doctor ever, never gave me my reports back, went to the clinic 2 times, it was closed phone was unreachable.
Called them 10 times to send the report on WhatsApp, never responded back.
Paid 1200/- for the test as well apart from consultation

Worst service in my history. Doctor doesn’t even ask what was patient history before giving, glucose, injection etc first they make a bill

To pile on that the nurse is extremely incompetent. I am gonna complain to the doctor association. This is atrocious and illegal.

Big scam hospital. No value for money and too costly. Zero benifit from benifit ting this hospital

The doctor was patient enough to explain the problem, for all the follow up questions what could be done to naturally reduce the condition. He was very precise on medication. Hope to see lot of such clinics where people dont have to choose btwn quality vs money this was a perfect blend of both. One thing could have been better is if they wouldn't have charged for consultation and just took the procedure fee as i already briefed them on what procedure was actually reqd.

There was no queue when i went to the hospital. I just paid Rs. 400 for the checkup. Doctor was friendly and really knowledgeable. He conducted a really good checkup. He did the required treatment and gave some pills and ear drops which were available in the pharmacy that is in the hospital only. These medicines also costed only Rs. 250. They also gave a week follow up time. In short, i had a really good experience within minimal cost.

First thanks to Dr. Prashant and his wife for treating me in a very ethical way. He is the best doctor in Bangalore ever seen in my life. I visited this hospital for problem with ear issues, the doctor sharply understood my problem with patience and provided the treatment. Unlike other big hospitals he treated the issue without asking me to do unnecessary tests. I highly recommend this hospital for any of your ENT problems.

I dont know why people are giving negative feedback.
I visited here 14th Aug 2022 for my wife's ear pain and doctor handled very well. There was fungus issue in her ear and doctor treated it very well. Doctor is very much professional and polite, very much co-operative.
Thankyou so much for immediate attention. Highly recommendable.

Went for my wife's tongue issue. Doctor was very polite and gentle. Understood the issues and prescribed medicines.

This clinic is good and doctr is too polite.and also staffs are too polite.ram and anjali are pretty good and very polite to patient

The service was ok. However, I’m quite disappointed because he made us wait in the clinic for about 20min. Plus, charged Rs 600/- which was too expensive as compared to any other higher standard clinic. Example Appolo would have charged Rs 500/-. I thought we will save some money in this clinic but it was other way round. Will not visit again.: - (

Worst doctor. On 24th of Jan we take my nephew (5yrs old) to the hospital as he is crying frequently for ear pain, doctor looked into his ears and mouth and just told that it is due to cold. But when we went to my hometown. We checked again with doctor as he is countinuously crying, he checked and told that some fly is there in his ear, that's why he is crying whenever it moved in his ear. Didn't expect that he is not even good as compared to a doctor in a small town and unable to see what is there in ear. Basic knowledge also not there, waste of money and waste of time.worst worst experience and didn't believed that he is ent specialist. We trusted him as he is a ent specialist, so sad that we didn't try to relieve my nephews pain as soon as possible and we let him cry for entire day and night.

Worst doctor and worst hospital in the word only for drips they charge 1400 while am asking that nurse telling like service charge and that drips stand charge, useless. Once I came back from hospital whole day I am in cold because of drips actually before going hospital I don't have fever also. Once I came back I struggled like anything. Don't play with patients that is not right way.

I have recently visited this hospital for my always running nose for dust allergy and sneezing problem, I had good experience with doctor consultation and given a proper medicine. After a week feeling better and better day by day. Good hospital for ENT problems in good medium range price.

The best hospital in the area for common problems.consultation is 350 only as compared to 500 +100 registration in other places. The doctors both of them are really good. They don't recommend unnecessary medicines or tests which is the best part and most of the. I have been there multiple times by now so can say with confidence.

First of all consultation fee is very high Rs 350 because there is no other doctor nearby, so this guy and his wife is looting.

I went with my wife as she had some health issues and she had fainted. All doctors give at least 3 days medical certificate in such situation.

This doctor took 350 Rs and refused to give medical certificate and talked very rudely that you should work even when your health is not good. He also said all medical certificates are fake in India.

Doctors like this have given a bad name to the profession. They overcharge and have no sympathy for their patients.
