Lovely place. Cute ambiance. I cannot say much about their food because we only ate aloo paratha and butter milk which was good.

Food was decent. Service was absolutely awful. None of the waiters knew anything, each order had to be repeated multiple times and the lack of coordination was very noticeable. Food too, for the price there are far far better options in HSR.

The food felt oily and spicy. Also we didn't feel the ingredients were very fresh. Ambience is not that great either, esp.for the price point.

Very worst experience. I pre-booked and had to wait 30 mins to get table. Veg options are very limited and most of them are not available. They added almost rs 1500 worth items to my bill extra but the employee was able to help quickly. I Don't recommend this place and it's my second visit

Had a great dinner there with colleagues. Ambiance was good and so was the food. What I didn't like was that they charged for water. They should've had regular water available but they insisted that packaged bottle was the only available option and that they will charge for it.

Food was good and tasty. Halwa was awesome. Do not pack/ carry the naans. They become super hard and unchewable.
Even the street dog found them hard to chew. Rest is good. Worth a try!

Chicken curry was not good and when the feedback was given, the staff didn't care about that only.

Great place for a family lunch or dinner. We ordered chicken kebabs, garlic butter naan, kadhai Chicken & butter chicken. The food is very tasty and they serve it pretty quick. Kids loved the low seating area and clicking pictures under the umbrella roof.

Day day inching towards the end. Initially it is famous for taste and delivery. Both became bad now. Not going to recommend for anyone.

The food taste was ok but I think the paneer was not good as we went late on a sunday night when almost everything was closed. The boondi raita was tasty and had a unique taste.

Service very poor, we ordered one item they didn't serve and nit bothered to mention its not available.

Dead slow service. Half of the dishes in the menu is not available. There is not even single dessert available. The food is ok.

Didn't have a pleasant experience, food take years to delivered to the table.and after waiting for this long, you expect food to taste good but it is not the case here. We were a gang of 7, every one really felt waste of time and money.

I guess the food was very average. Ordered fish tikka and got some raw ones. They just recooked the remaining ones. The biryani is bland. These two dishes took over 40 mins to arrive. Not going again, not recommending to anyone, there are better ones.

Edit after 6 months: still same situation.

Food quality is good but service is very late that can irritate you.or else they should offer something as a complimentary.so untill you get your ordered food you can have this.

Sometime you don't wanna cook but still you don't want to eat restaurants food and if you are a Bengaluru guy then you know this feeling all you want home made food aur a food which taste like home and served hot.

If that's the kind of situation you are in then this place is a gem.the food they serve is not at all 5 star way because they serve it in home style.

They have sofa which are actually seat over cemented area but so comfortable that you will feel like removing shoes and seating back just like home.

No cons as such only little delay in service but that's bearable

1. Water is provided only if we ask for it or else they don't provide.

2. Chicken ghee roast: don't waste your time. Not worth it.

3. Dahi kebab: horrible experience

4. Prawns tawa fry: quantity is 10 pieces but don't expect the taste to be good.

Overall experience - will never visit here again.

Service speed is a bit slow. Ambience is decent. Good music & taste of the food makes the wait worth it. Lassi is a must try.

Good option for dine out and north indian food in HSR layout. Hygiene can be improved. Food taste specially paneer butter masala is good.

Very spicy food, we ordered ice creams for kids and they served all melted, poor service with not that good food

The restaurant was very beautiful and lovely. Food was also good. The best part was the menu design. It was Bollywood style.

Very bad, got chicken which was half cooked, informed the manager and he says it's almost cooked and he dint even apologize, or deduct the money, we are 1 piece of full tandoori plate and left it because it was not cooked. Staffs don't care for what u say, will never visit there and also suggest my friends not to visit this kind of place.

Price is a bit higher. Restaurant is full of Mosquitoes. Staff are very rude and lazy. They will not even serve food, they will not even pour water in the glass for the first time. While billing they just kept the bill dairy and left without even telling that the bill is mine. No one really came for payment. Afte waiting for a while I need to call them up for payment. They were not even talking property. I really did not like their service. Worst service and no that much good food. Food was ok, not vey much good or tasty. I hope this review will help others who are planning to visit this worthless restaurant "Silbatti".

This place is that bad they has refused to play Kannada song. If you are true kanadiga plz don't go for this Hotel

Worst restaurant EVER! Ordered a chicken gravy. They took the chicken right out of freezer and immediately cooked within 5 minutes. Chicken was like sponge and rubber. Too old. When we asked for cancellation, he refused cancellation/exchange. Disgusting food. Wasted around 500 for that rubber chicken. Do NOT visit

Nothing too great about the place. We had to wait for quite sometime till the food was served, if you are hungry then surely isn't a place to go out as the service's are a little laid back.

The hygiene standards have REALLY gone down. If you fancy yourself a dinner with insects and mosquitoes, be their guest.

This is one of best restaurants in HSR layout. Food quality and taste is really delicious. Restaurants staff is very kind person and they can help you to choose based on your taste. Ambiance is good and following government order in current corona pandemic situations. Finally we will enjoy your food here.

Ample road side parking. Seating is comfortable. Service is fast. Food tastes good. Aam panna was too good and refreshing. Mosquito can be a menace.

Starter was ok. Biryani was pathetic. Seems like either it was old because it was fully dried and chicken was not good within it. I will never visit this place again.

Worst food in best locality. I went in afternoon, that's when in the day light the dirty ambience of Silbatti is falunted! Yes, there is dust and dirt everywhere!

Food is average in quality, taste and service. Service is pathetic I would say. The portion size is also not that great and is actually average.

Amazing food, tried the north indian items on the menu and were really good. The service was also prompt. Despite the limitations of COVID and the lack of crowd, this place has been maintained well. The ambience looks good and gives you a sort of dhaba feels.

Food was good with lots of options to choose from. Staff should work on their services as the order comes in pretty late to the table. Kids start to feel irritated as they will be hungry and food takes a lot of time to be served.

Tried the murgh rara and naan. Was super yum. Will be back to try out more of their dishes. Service is a lil slow and annoying as they don't look too pleased to serve.

Very good place. Nice ambience. Good food. Old movie songs were played. You even have charpoy to sit and enjoy time with family and friends. Service is ok. First dish was served fast but next order was forgetten. Zomato gold, dineout, magic pin all are available.

Tried malvani chicken and one dry chicken, it's was amazing in taste. Ambience is quite nice. Good for family dinner type.

Good food at reasonable prices. Chicken takatak recommended and chicken rara not recommended. One suggestion a small glass of lassi with no malai shouldn't be so expensive: P.

The food was good, but the waiting time was extremely long. Also we had to change our table twice because of leakages in the roof.

Food was not up to my exceptation & staff were polite but they didn't had any work co-ordination ex I order a veg & a non veg starter after 45 mins of my order I got veg starter on my table and for the non veg starter I had to wait for another 45 mins. Hungry and looking for notrh Indian food, this is the place to go in HSR layout, small place not great ambience to look at, in weekends it's better to book and visit. Coming to taste no comments ️, even price is also avg. Serving and clearness should be improved to a next level.

Best North Indian food in HSR. Must try.

A nice restaurant with an awesome ambience. They place a nice music as well. The food is really good. You might have to wait a little more after ordering your food but after eating you will feel the wait was worth. Have been to this place thrice and tried different dish everytime. Not disappointed with anything yet.

People come here for realx and hv meal, which is good, but service is very late which add charry on cake. Taste was good for casual once in a while eat out.

Outdoor style of ambience. Having a meal while watching to 'Arey vo saambha' dialogues on their projected screen was a nice experience. Food was good but can be better. Staff are polite and soft spoken.

Well may be I went there on a wrong day and chose wrong food, but I was pretty much disappointed with everything - waiting time, time taken for the food to be on table, wrong and missing orders, dis-coordinated staffs and most importantly the taste of food. I ordered veg biriyani for myself and it tasted less than veg pulao. Giving one star because thats the least I can. I will never keep Silbatti as an option for any of my lunch or dinner plans. Sheer disappointment.

THE place to enjoy North Indian food in HSR layout. Don't miss the mutton Kurma, biryanis and lassi. A waiting time of half an hour is expected when you land here.

Worst experience. They serve 5 pieces of prawns in 320 rupees prawns curry. And they give stalled phulka which were cook in morning I guess. Twice I told them to cook fresh and bring.

Ok ok place, Located in Hsr, Food wise not that great. But still u will feel dhaba style feeling. No Ac and all. But you will have different experience.
