Please don't buy any motor scooters or bike.
Once you completed your payments and they will never take any response.and service also, and worst thin is HSRP.
New vechle and old vehicle. They will not entry hsrp data to parivahan website.

Friends please.don't go to take any scooter or bike from Sikan Honda in this south end circle.
This is the same experience for my friends and for my relationship. We need the number we need to register in the RTO we want, the government has announced it, they are asking 2-3 thousand more than the 6000 fee, 1000 is not acceptable.
And if the government has 20,000 for the advance number, they ask to add more service charge to it.

Now HSRP needs to update this data and get hold of them like that. If you go to the RTO and ask the RTO to update your HSRP's show rom system because the vehicle number message is received on the mobile, the card is no longer printed.

The people of this show room are telling the story that there is a system problem in the RTO and the print and the post are no longer done.

This is my experience. I have 2 months back in Jayanagar 4th block. So I need to get new HSRP number plate for my old bike.
Now that I am in KR Puram, will I come back to Jayanagar?

If you call this office number.the receptionist will not answer the call.they seem to lack information.

Compare to other Honda service stations in the Bangalore, this one near Lalbhag Metro Stn is better and reliable. They charge reasonable some times and deliver the vehicle in time most of the occassion. Staffs are very helping and well behaved but overconfident and advise you improperly.

One of the biggest Honda Dealers in Bangalore specially North Bangalore or main city area.
Has a really huge experience center in the ground floor, and all other facilities like RTO, insurance etc on first floor.
Very aware sales staff and the manager/owner is one amazing guy.
A huge and skilled Service staff.
Well maintained with all Covid Protocols in place.

No social distance, staff not wearing mask, sales executives are really worst they have not weared mask when we visited to book vehicle, collect the receipt, and also during the delivery of the vehicle.

Request all not to visit this place, as it is unsafe and exposed to spread covid 19.

Decarbonising of silencer was done to my honda activa.
But in invoice they had mentioned it as painting and had to pay even though no painting was done to my vehicle.
Does the Reputed Honda company not provide the right software to their dealers for billing?
The answer is no as per the billing clerk and service advisor.

I would like to share my experience on there services,
They charged me 995 (my first service after a month of taking delivery) for oil change and liquid filling (anti puncture liquid). Even though the price they charged was High, accepted for it.
But While returning my vehicle (dio bs6) the next day,
The front mudguard and the reflectors were broken.
After an hour and half of arguments they accepted for the replacement, they took almost 5 days to return my vehicle replacing those parts, but also they only replaced the mudguard and not the reflectors.
They asked me to come the next day for those reflectors. Finally not willing to argue with them anymore, I took my vehicle and replaced those reflectors myself. Couldn't be spending money on Petrol, any how they will be giving reasons and ask me to come next and next days.
There employees won't take responsibility for the mistakes done. They'll be blaming on each other.

Think before giving your vehicle for service in this service center.

They are known to damage the bikes rather than fixing them, everytime we visited there, I always used to see unhappy customers fighting for not handling vehicle properly during service and I never bothered about it until my turn came. I noticed scratches while collecting back the bike after service then I asked how it happened, funny thing is they told me its very old damage where in we were easily noticing as new scratches. No sense is discussing with them

First thanks to Ayush on accelerating the delivery. He was patient enough to handle all my queries. Was not happy about not getting any freebies (Honda merchandise) but the surprise cake overwhelming. Good job guys! Good start with the relationship building part:)

The charges are high, I am personally happy happy, even the cleaning is not good i found spots were they didn't clean properly. I also doubt the overhaul is done properly or not. I dont recommend this place!

Service is bad. Staff is rude n dies not give yiu charity. Always have mindset to make money out of customer. No one to listen your issue n lack of governance. Payment counter is even horrible n not managed. Lack of customer comfort focus n makes lot of excuses.

The place is too bad for Activa service.
If you have any free services go to the showroom, or it is better if we visit any local mechanic.
Instead of spending money in the showroom, we could give it to some local mechanic and we can expect better service than what is given here.

The order process was smooth until the payments start.
So many last minute change in pricing. Getting bills which have no description as to why the amount is charged.
After all this we got the bike delivered.
When we picked up the bike and reached home did we see so many parts are so dusted. Can't they wash the bike before delivery?
Got repeated calls for 1st service. The owners manual has a print staying the bike was issued on 5th of November 2018, but we took the delivery on 14 November 2018.
Being said that the bike must be serviced after 30 days or 750km which ever is earlier. I don't understand why my first service was forced to be done on or before 5th of December. Where as I took delivery only on 14th November.

Service within 20 days but why?
My odo reading is 661km still. 30 days has not reached or the 750 km.

After all this took the bike for service was asked to come to pick up at 6pm
The said I'll receive a call from them saying the bike is ready. No calls until 6: 30pm
Went directly to pick it up. Only to my surprise the bike was not washed properly.
When asked why the bottom side of the bike is not washed the workshop manager is giving a reason Honda India has banned under body wash as its harmful to the environment. When I asked why the sides of the silencer is not washed he's tight lipped. Wen I asked why below the side foot rest still having dirt he has no words wen asked why the body plastic part meeting the metallic part still continues have the dirt which we noticed after reaching home on the 1st day.
Immediately he jumped up saying we use chemical based soap to wash. There's the shocker I got. What! Why chemical based on paint! He replied saying it's Honda sending the chemical based soap, now your complaining about Honda? I said see when I asked you about why the under body was not washed you said under body contains toxic chemicals which will effect the neighborhood, now why the world you cared about neighborhood and using chemical based soap?
Are they disposing the washed water into a septic tank or into drainage lines provided by BWSSB. EITHER of them as no sense.

He then started saying for small small dirt your pointing out, I'll give you a refund on the service which ever is possible and also wash the bike again in front of you.

I said when you had to do your job you could not do now you want to justify your actions.
How can I trust you again.
I came to this dealership because my dad bought his Activa 16 years ago in this dealership. As a loyal customer I went there even though I has dealership very close to my residence (City Honda)

Thanks silicon Honda for this amazing experience. Just because you sale 3lk bikes in a month pan India doesn't mean you can slack off on after sales service.
On my next visit I'll collect as many proofs and documents if you slack on it.the same will be forced to be addressed by the HQ legally.

Worst service. No one is taking care of customer's. The people who r in the service is don't know how to treat the customers properly. They ll not service the vehicle properly. I would have given negative review if that was an option. None of the managers are serious in this service centre. They just cover up the mistakes of the workers- (service advisors, mechanic, cleaners, etc). My vehicle battery was stolen by one of the workers. I don’t know who has done it but has done it for sure- when left for service there was no complaints about battery at all, evening battery is dead and there was signs of touching the battery. The manager covered it up smartly saying “battery is an electric component which can get dead anytime”. And got away with it. This is utter cheating.also when I was discussing about it Many were complaining about late service, exorbitant charges, they just look in to empty our pockets.worst service centre of HONDA.
Honda should really look into it.

Servicing was done very badly, teflon coating was not done but I paid for the same, there was no complaints in my bike but now there are lots of complaints now, I would prefer giving my bike servicing to non authorised dealer.

I bought the Africa Twin about 2 months ago. I don't regret it one bit! It's easily the best bike out there, great value for money, awesome features and it's a Honda! The dealership is just brilliant when it comes to after sales service, they are super helpful with insights and always only recommend based on the type of rider or the purpose of the bike. Ayush is excellent at sales and service! The old saying goes jack of all trades and master of none (with Ayush it is definitely an exception!). He has been super helpful when it comes to suggestions and sourcing accessories for the AT! The service guru's Dharani and Naveen are super talented and you know that your bike is in good hands and they do a stand up job! People often forget once you buy a bike they have to deal with service, the service costs are just so affordable and the Honda's are just so reliable! I have had nothing but positive experiences. This also includes a pretty bad crash and the immediate attention they gave to getting the bike picked up and checked! So it's not just me stating this because I have had no niggles with the bike (I had a pretty bad crash) but man they were on point!

I went here along with my father to get the delivery of our newly ordered activa 125. First of all its too crowded. The staff at desk are a bit rude. May be because of heavy work load. Had to put up with it. The staff who give the vehicle to us was extremely polite. The show room is in the main road only. Easy to find out. There might be parking problems.

The silicon Honda showroom in R V road is the worst Honda showroom I have ever experienced. The quality of service provided is worst. When we give our vehicles to the service we expect that the showroom will repair the damage but here after giving to the service only the problems in my vehicles have started.
