I purchased the Honda unicorn 160cc bike on 21st October 2023, till the time from the purchase the whole staff was very cooperative and overall my experience was good so far I have done the first service today.
I hav been getting service for my vehicle from past 2 years the service is done really good and vinod bro handles customer in a gentle manner and checks the vehicle problem vry well
Fraudster. While buying 2wheeler, salesperson told that interest rate is 11.25% in kotak bank. But they have charged 22.25%. I didn't know that at that time. I had paid 10k+ more interest that's actually double interest.
I have visited slicon honda opposite Raja Rajeshwari gate for my Activa service related, I have satisfied with service, and staff is very good responses and explain service related expenses, all of good experience,
I got recommended by my friend to come to this Honda showroom to buy new Honda active and let me tell you! This dealership goes beyond everything u need.they SUPER helpful and i was extremely happy with customer service! Just a great person that made sure we got what we needed done to the Activa. Easy.
I bought X blade on jun 2018, some executive has not given proper information about the extended warranty but still i paid it, now my digital display is not working so called to your service manager Mr.manunath he is telling warranty cannot be applied if the service is not happened from the showroon Is this the process?
How can u expect from the customer who is dont know the process, either your person has to explain about all the formalities,
If we are happy with showroom service why we will go to outside for services and repair

My bike honda.i l purchase.after. 3 days.engine.sound so many times I going service center.i ll going montype.showroom and.main branch.bike.service take time in 3 days.not good carefully.service.honda showroom.staff is not good response.and loss off my. 2 weekks.so many loss.and.service.to lot off late. 3.it's not goodd very.carless. I ll return my bike.dont want.
Yesterday i visited the place to check on some vehicles, and i got a feel that they are not there to sell vehicles. The way they are maintaining the vehicles which are for showcase outside have the worst condtion someone will keep a vehicle. There was so much dust on vehicles.and the staff were not at all welcoming in nature when i visited the store
Totally unorganised and unethical technicians and team. The estimated cost for service while handover was 3250/- but later they said 3800/- and day after 6000-6500 as they called that this part is gone if you change this your skuty will work more better. As my skuty was already on running stage but then also we agreed okay please change that also but after two days when we reached service center the bill raised was 7674/- total. But after lot of discussion they agreed 7500/ - we said okay no issues let's pay and take our skuty but while taking it out we realised meter is not working we aksed them the guy simply answered your metre is damage need repair. As it was working earlier later i had to get it fixed at a local repair shop at just 350/- instead he was in plan to quote high as earlier. Please stay away from this service center and technician vinod and his team.
Had given my vehicle to get serviced in the morning and was promised that it will be delivered by eod, when came to ask only thing done was washing and they just gave excuse that Techician was unavailable, they didn’t had Courtesy to inform over call that it will get delayed, there is no manager and a young lad who doesn’t know how to mange customers, be careful with them. I could see that they intake so many vehicles and they will not deliver in time. Worst customer service ever had with them. I would rate very very poor service.
