Very helpful staff, Roopesh was of real support especially when we had an issue of space in the training room

Stayed here for 4 days on business visit.
One of the best hotels we could find in the nearby locality. 5 stars for room service and cleaning department for keeping our rooms clean every single day even without asking.
The staff is very polite. The food in the restaurant was a real treat after a long day of work. The ghee roast chicken/mutton was amazing.

My Stay in this hotel was amazing. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. Rooms are very cosy and service is really good.

Location is close to Airport.
Food options are very limited specially in breakfast.

I stayed with my family in May here. Excellent location, amazing courteous team, keep it up. My special appreciation to front office team and restaurant incharge Ms. Momita for her service with a smile. Food was amazing. The rooms were clean, value for money though the a/c cooling was not that effective and hot water took time to be available, good wifi. Decent job by hotel team as they made us their regular customers due to their strategic location. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay experience.

Absolutely horrible experience.third class service.we requested just 2 things and they couldn't deliver.tea at 6 am and hot water for having bath.would never suggest.

We stayed here for a night because we had a flight the next morning. It was very convenient in terms of location and how close it is to the airport but getting to the hotel from the airport past midnight was a nightmare as no uber or ola would agree to get there.

The hotel room did not feel clean and was a bit more worn out than the pictures suggest. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff were really helpful.

We found 2 tiny cockroaches in the room and although that did not bother us but screams lack of hygiene.

I wouldn't mind staying here again for a night. But any longer I would definitely look elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel, very nice banquet hall, recently celebrated my son's birthday. Food taste and quality was very good. Thanks to latha mam for helping us for the function, overhall Party was awesome, all our guest liked the place.

There was no hot water. Though I made a mention about it, they said one more geyser will be switched on but nothing happened and I had to take shower in cold water. Bathroom towel was worn out with holes in it.

The rooms are extremely clean and well spaced, the service is good and the staff are really helpful as well. The breakfast buffet has a decent spread and the lunch items are good too. Priyanka was very helpful in making the check in and check out processes very smooth.

Stay was excellent. Amazing food. Great hospitality. Stay is very courteous. Priyanka and Akash at reception took good care of us. Restaurant team shafigkul and chef Santosh took great care of us. Rooms are also very huge and proper hygiene.

Located just off the airport road, rooms are good for the price offered. In house kitchen serves a variety of dishes at a nominal price and the taste was great.

Reception staff are very polite and helpful. Its almost 20-30 minute drive to the airport (may vary with traffic at toll gate) but it serves the purpose of a transit hotel for air travel.

Hotel location is good, staff is friendly. Priyanka from front desk is doing Best job. She helped me a lot for challenges faced at hotel, she made everything as requested. Hotel management need to improve room ambience. Room wall was having water Seepage.

I had 2 days stay here, hotel receptionist priyanka was very helpful, they arrange airport pickup as well, nice neat and clean room on top floor there is kitchen. I would recommend stay here, right next to main road

I stayed here twice. I booked it from Go I Bibo. The front desk was really opened for 24 hours. My flight delayed five hours and I reached at property nearly one o'clock at night. But I faced no prblem. All the staffs are very helpful, wel behaved & sober. Specially Akash, in the front desk is very nice person. The property as wel as the the room is very neat & clean and wel maintained.
The restaurant is wel menued and full of tasty foods.
Any body can stay here alone or with family safely.

Very pathetic service. Once I checked in again they changed room. Due to change room I couldn't give dress for laundry. Next day nobody has done room cleaning and no laundry. Food is not good. No service. No staffs are there to ask for queries. Daily same food. No taste. Never ever come to this hotel

The ambiance is good and the fares are low. The employees Akash, Nimay and momita's service is good!

Staff is very polite and helpful.
Hospitality is good, loved the fact that they have hired females too which make the hotel feel safe for girls to assist too.
They also have food and dining services available at fourth floor till 10.30 pm.

This hotel is excellent. Close to the airport. The rooms were well maintained and cozy. Staff was very kind and courteous. I forget the name of the man at the reception and the housekeeping, but want to thank them for their hospitality. Will definitely recommend anyobe looking for a stay near to the airport.

Every thing and including many complementary things, this hotel remark me one of the best stays. I like their services.
They also provide seperate refrigerator in each room, and hair driers too.

The hotel was really decent and modest. Clean room and bathroom. No cigarette smell. Comfortable beds. They have a in house restaurant which serves good food and also they have free breakfast. The location is really close by to the airport making it very accessible.

Good hotel. Three owners of the hotel are basically qualified engineers and they take care of their guests personally. Really great stay. Food was tasty.

Worst at service.
We've booked room here as we were left out of options and paid hefty. Inspite of prior booking months ago, they didn't give us the room they were supposed to.
We were given non-AC room where our booking was deluxe with AC. When enquired they ASKED US TO OPEN WINDOWS or they gave another option of air cooler. On arguing, they tried to move us to another serviced apartment. We had to stay in a non-AC room for 2 nights.
They promised to refund the money, but never cared to call us back. They can't stand with their words. Reception desk couldn't handle anything. For every enquiry, they would call someone and revert back after hours.
Breakfast buffet was just average. And the restaurant above had decent ambience but food wasn't great.

It was mentioned 3star and not even close to it. There are many good hotels with equal price or lesser just a few kilometers away. We've booked through #makemytrip, where the hotel reviews are completely incorrect.

We were deceived by #MMT and hotel. Don't opt this hotel if they are charging anything over 2000rs, not worthy. And don't go with reviews at different sites.

Really bad hospitality
We made a booking 6 months in advance for deluxe room on cleartrip
When we checked in, was given a non AC room instead of what we paid for, an AC room
Which 3 star hotel in right mind has non AC rooms in these times, that too a hotel which is just 2 yr old
They didn't have the basic courtesy to atleast inform forehead regarding this, we bear with them a day, still they couldn't provide us what we paid for, now that's carelessness and sheer apathy towards its guests
The thing which hurt us most was the fact that all the rooms were Ac expect 2, which the Hotelier shamelessly put us in, us who booked the Hotel 6 months earlier
Cleartrip was useless too, Hotelier didn't even pick their calls
The hotel was a max 2, if the Hotelier sees this review, I would only urge him to make amends
And yes Hot water, u wouldn't get hot water between say 7-9am, only lukewarm water, this hotel can't manage its full capacity guests
If they manage the hotel the same way as now, they needn't worry abt full capacity though

Hi.
I would like the people travelling to Bangalore not to opt this over rated hotel at any cost. We have booked room in this hotel for three nights in order to attend an International conference nearby.we have booked DELUXE AC Rooms 5 months before.but they gave us a NON AC room without prior intimation.no proper response from hotel management.no refund was given for the inconvenience caused to us.
Please avoid this hotel for bookings
