One of my friend recommend me to book this hotel. I had a great stay at this property. The front desk staffs are very courteous and always happy to help. Good clean rooms good Housekeeping staff. Food taste needs be taken care off.

Every day clean and maintain the cleaning, the food quality is very good like breakfast and dinner, cook hafizur is very talented to prepare good quality of food like veg and non veg both types

No parking, how do you have a hotel at an important junction, without any parking.

The food - the rice was just not cooked well enough, average food.

Hotel rooms are well kept. The food quality is also very brilliant and the staff is also very helpful.

Each time you exit the room the entry card does not work while entering and every time need to go to reception to fix it. Really irritating.

It was a good stay with them. Cook Hafizur has excellent cooking skills.food quality is awesome and he can cook all kind of food, North Indian, South Indian, Chinese everything. All over services were also very good.

We went there for case study, and it was a really good place to stay and great service. Well maintained as well.

The hotel is good, rooms are bit small, but clean and feels good. Best thing is its location. Only issue goes with entertainment options. They have old TVs with no recharge of cable (even you can't watch some of the free channels). So, if you planning to stay inside the hotel due to any reason, make sure you have made some arrangements.

Silicrest has caught our attention on simple but good buffet menus. The hotel rooms are small but clean. The staff is sometimes struggling to manage reception and I hope they will learn and bounce back with better customer experience

Its a nice hotel for a quick stay in the city. Location is great right in the middle of koramangla.

I had a pleasant stay here. The room service is very quick. No matter whatever you order it will be ready within a few mins & they follow the instructions very well.
Their breakfast buffet is also good according to the price. The best part is it is located in the heart of the city & everything is easily accessible. The rooms are clean & well maintained. The guy who came to clean our rooms was very polite & knew his job well. They have a lift.
Overall, it was a very comfortable stay! I would recommend booking online as they are always packed with guests

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days as part of a business meet. The rooms were very neat and tidy and spacious for a single person. However it might be a bit difficult for 2 people to stay in a room unless it is a double room. The receptionist were very pleasant and helpful. The room service was really good and would resolve your issues immediately. The Wifi was however a bit dissappointing as the speed used to drop regularly. The complemtary breakfast was also good. They have a really good banquet hall in which our company programs were held. The staff on duty at the banquet hall are really good and pleasant and makes sure to always meet us with a smile. The only suggestion is that the dinner could be better.

Had an amazing time with the stay.

Food was good; however, we felt the menu for veg buffet was a bit high for the choices. Service needs to improve; seems like a shortage of staff up in the restaurant on 4th floor, which also gets converted to a party hall. Ice Cream just kept melting and there was nobody to serve when we organised the birthday party there. They only cater to room guests predominantly.

Hotel is located on the Maharaja Signal.
- Ambience - It's bit old but properly maintained.
- Service - You have to ask for the things if you want
- Breakfast - Daily 6-7 Items are there for breakfast out of which 5 are repetitive on a daily basis
- Property has poor water management services sometimes suddenly dirty water comes from the hot water tabs. Need to clean their water tanks
- Overall OK hotel for Corporate stays

Rooms were not clean. Cigarette smoke smell all around the room from an adjacent room. Breakfast was disappointing. Not that great a stay.

Room had a weird smell perpetually. The small carpet and the bathroom always felt dusty or unclean. Overall good place to stay, service was great and it's located at a nice place.

Reception is very supportive.
Inspite of having confusion regarding the booking status, the staff helped us settle down & provided us with extra time to sort out the payment issues.

My first stay @ bengaluru went well thanks to Silicrest.

Horrible stay. We booked a double sharing room for me and my friend. After she arrived in the hotel, we were denied to stay in the same room. They were like even if I booked a double sharing room, 2 people cannot stay in the same room unless explicitly mentioned.
We were denied food in the morning. Can't get worse

One of the best stays in Bangalore. Loved the rooms that are cozy and sweet. If you're looking for time well spent with the best assistance from the staff, hotel silicrest is the one. Overall experience is amazing, you get good service without any hassle.

Not a luxurious space but a very simple room. It's located in Koramangala (the heart of Bangalore).

There is no food facility available here and no complimentary breakfast too.

Complimentary WiFi is available but you cannot expect a great speed.

One can choose if there is a need only for stay without any other facilities.

Pleasant Stay. The Hotel was neat and clean, staffs are friendly and helpful tooo. The work done by the staffs is really good. Daily room cleaning and sanitation is done. Food is okay okay I just had breakfast over there prices are bit okay.complementary water bottle is provided.overall a comfortable stay.

Its ok type Hotel.food is ok.you won't get much varieties.in indian bread you will have Pulka (30rs each), parota. In rice items fried rice (veg/non veg), biryani, zeera rice. That's all. You will have snacks item like Chinese and traditional one.curries also good.limited variety but good in taste.food rates are ok for a 3 star hotel.but you need to check rates of food before signing the bill.some time they charge higher than the rates what they mentioned in menu (it happened with me.chilly panner was mentioned 125/- in menu.but they charged me 195/-). Breakfast is complementary.you will get north & south mixed breakfast.boiled egg/amlet, one juice, two types of fruits.milk & cornflakes.breakfast is unlimeted. I rate 2/5 for breakfast. And lunch & dinner 3/5.some rooms are very small.room service is ok. They didn't changed soaps and other items in bathroom regularly.they changed only when I reminded them. I stayed 14 days in that hotels. I rate 2/5 for room service.good thing is.they daily sanitise your room. They won't serve alcohol.

There is also a WiFi connectivity issue, which I think should to improve on urgent bases as most of people who stay in hotel, are come for their professional reason, so required a good speed of internet.
