I absolutely agree with @Nivadit sharma. The exact same thing happened to me. I never got a call back from them for the next schedule. They said they will call back to confirm the dates of 2nd session but never did, even after reminding them there was no response.

Not happy with the service, i was attending session after attending the session the counselor told me whenever you have to reach out to us you can call and when i called counselor was busy she was not available, and her colleague told me that I've given the information to the relevant counselor and you will be getting a call back and i haven't received any call from councilor which they have promised to me please dont make such false/wrong Commitment if you guys fail to do so.

Had mutiple sessions with them. Would strongly recommend Priyali Goyal for Psychological Services
