The rooms were good, but only the geezar wasn’t working properly waited bit long, but everything was very nice and car parking was too good, staffs r so friendly

Has a great stay in Silver suite. Stayed in room 402.it was so spacious and ventilated atmosphere. Hotel manager Jeevan was humble and helped a lot in our journey.

The property is in the main streets of chickmagalur. Rooms are well maintained with updated card lock system along with good storage and also air conditioned Property includes parking as well. Manager helped us out for booking taxi
For local site seeing and their team is very friendly
Overall worth the stay and trip aswell.

I recently stayed at Silver suite hotel at chikkamagalur and the hotel and the rooms are neatly, cleanly maintained. The staffs are extremely friendly and obedient.the experience is very beautiful

One of the worst hotel I have never seen, they taking charge for room but at least they are not providing water bottle also if we are asking for water bottle they said no and one of the hotel staff he is really reduicless he don't no how to talk with cuatomer

The place is decent for the price I have booked it at a short notice from Make my trip. We booked a classic room through mmt and I got it for a great deal. The service is slow.you have to call them for everything but nonetheless good if you consider how small this town is. They you little biotic soap and body wash which is really really tiny but okay for a 2 night stay for 2 people.

I will never recommend anyone to stay here.
The staffs are very rude and talk all kind of rubbish. The service is the worst. And above all, all the managing people are duchebags.

It is located just a few minutes from bustand, there are restaurants nearby both veg and non veg. The rooms are compact, neat and clean. The rooms are really good, You will get good offers from oyo for booking. The staff and service both are good, so people looking for stay nearby bustand can look into it.

Service is good. But they don't have their own restaurant and they gives a coupon for breakfast at another restaurant which is about half a kilometer away from there.

Very sad to see OYO hotels are maintained like this hotel. It's not clean at all. Water botels, complementary breakfast will not be provided here.

Amazing hospitality by the staff. Arms length distance to all needs. Good food options and a great place considering the parking space available.

Initially one of my frend suggested here to stay.nd i stayed for 2 night 3 days.the services were extremely good.they do not have restaurant but they can arrange your order.they have parking facility!
The day when we checked out that day we met with an minor accident. So again we stayed in the same hotel.they dint charged anything extra.also they helped us with cab mechanic nd food! Cooperative staff, excellent services!

It was really good stay. We family had stayed there. Secured hotel. We'll maintained rooms. Huge car parking is available in hotel. Staffs behaviour and management was really guiding and helpful. Hotel is located in middle of the city. Accessible to bus station and good restaurants nearby. Value for money. Worth staying here.

Okay okay! Rooms are good but service is ok we didn't had towels and soap in room. Rooms are spacious can stay for 1 day but no so long.

It was a idiotic arrangement by OYO, they don't even know the difference between 3 bedded room and 2 bedded room. They confirmed that a 3 bedded room is booked but property owner is saying that only mattresses will be provide. Confirm the booking only after talking to the property owner.

Average hotel. Their classic rooms are too small and congested. We had to opt for suites due to this. Bathrooms are not very clean but averagely maintained. Free breakfast is not totally Free. It is limited to 50 INR per head in a nearby restaurant. AC in suite rooms do not cool to satisfaction due to lower capacity. Cost is reasonable and is situated centrally. Overall experience was average.

Room looks good from outside.provided torn blanket and also bed spread was too dirty. They didn't even change even after reporting it. I will not recommend this.

Made this booking via Goibibo. Hotel is well within the city and there are some amazing eateries around which you can definitely try. The charges are nominal and the rooms are great. The staff is also helpful.

Good place well maintained I had booked classic room but do to my request they had provided 3 beded spacious rooms with decent price.staffs are very helpful they 'll provide service at 11.40 @ Night which was really helpful thanks oyo silver suite

1. No proper hot water.
2. Poor staff.
3. There was a window in the bathroom and it was totally open without any glass. Though there is no access for anyone to enter, it is uncomfortable for a girl. I requested to either close it or change the room. They finally decided to change the room after discussions but were rude. The new room also had one glass missing in the bathroom.

4. This price is expensive for this hotel. Instead, you can find much better hotels on makemytrip.

Rooms were clean and well maintained.but service wasn't satisfactory.limited parking space.they were rushing us for checkout and they themselves gave high ratings on OYO from our mobile.that was irritating!

1) Room: - Most of rooms don’t have even window to have sunlight or ventilation.
2) Breakfast: - Hotel don’t have restaurant, they give coupon of a another restaurant. It’s food was below average can’t even sallow. Don’t waste money.
3) Staff: - they are crook. They showed2 room with no windows for my booking via Oyo. Ofcourse it was depressing. Then they create another category of room called executive of course this category don’t exist in oyo websites (Same room just additionally with sunlight) Of course they try to squeeze money in cash for a better room. Rest rent they charge with card.
4) Hotel: - Stayed for for 4 nights. Was able to see couple (doesn’t seem to be couple with no bag at all) checking in just for a night arrived on bike. So overall not a family hotel. A place more than hotel. Never book this hotel for family.
5) Oyo: - they say 100% controlled hotels. Never Trust OYO at tourist place. They don’t have say at these spots.
OVERALL: - Don’t book this place.

Worst experience ever! Kind of spoiled the vacation actually! The hotel manager is very rude and illmannered. The rooms were also untidy and the washrooms stink. The stay doesn't have a restaurant of their own and have to walk a little distance for the breakfast! We we're made to pay extra even though the breakfast was complimentary.
Overall it's worst place to stay and the worst staff I've ever come across.

Nice hotel to stay at Chikmanglur. Don't forget to ask about nearby places to visit and negotiate on room prices. They'll negotiate.

This hotel doesn't have its own restaurant.for oyo customers who have booked meals while booking the room, hotel people will give token using which u can order food at a hotel 150 metres away.u need to do this on ur own; no room service.apart from this, everything else is awesome.a great stay.

Beautiful location and beautiful memories. Service is poor and not courteous. The extra beds we got were so filthy. Breakfast was very poor. But budget stay.so its fine.
