The 2nd floor reception and staff nurse was really good to me I came on the wheel chair in emergency the receptionist in the 2nd floor help me in lifting and putting me on the bed

I have checked & ask another private hospital there is only 2200₹

I came for injection in the 2rd floor the sister was very helpful thank you and for reception

Great experience at silverline diagnostics. I went in to get an x-ray and everything was done within 5 mins. Very proffessional and efficient.

Referred by my consultant doctor for shoulder scan. By the time I reached there were 14 patients in waiting.

Pros-
-Trusted by most of the doctors, though the ranges mentioned in the labs are always contradicting.
-A place where you can get tested for all kinds symptoms.
- 3 floored building. Billing counter at the ground floor.
- parking is available adjacent to the lab

Cons
- Urgent and normal queues are decided by nurse in the nurse station. Not based on the sickness.
- waiting waiting ️ a normal scene here.
- due doctors are as usual come late,
- handling of equipments and patients are very uncomfortable.

I completed my blood tests yesterday at 1 pm but till now no reports received from them. I have to call so many times to get the results.

Compaire to other diagnostics silverline is the best place because of staffs behavior and helpful nature. I highly recommend this place. Thanks all

I have been to the sliverline diagnostic center for my back pain issue. Doctor recommended for MRI scan, As my condition is not good I Immediately opted for the service from them at the cost of 13500 Rs. Post treatment when I enquire in the market, other diagnostic center and hospital cost in the range between 5500 Rs - 7000 Rs. My question is why there is a big difference in the cost and to add with the service what I received from them is pathetic, the scanning machine seems to be old and I somewhat hold my breathe for 30 mins inside the machine and survived. I have raised the compliant against the Sliverline diagnostic center with the consumer department and I need to know why they set a such high price for MRI scan which is totally unacceptable compared with other vendors in the market. The service what I received from them is worst and I require a compensation of total amount that I spent towards the MRI scan. Requesting the concern team to address this issue and provide a justice for the same. From my view they doesn't require one star rating.

After charging almost 8000 bucks there was no soft copy of reports provided and no proper explanation provided for not giving soft copy.

I must commend silver line diagnostics for giving me my report so promptly. Even though they work half a day on Sunday and usually the report is given only on Monday, I requested them to give it to me on Sunday itself as I had my appointment with my doctor at fortis on Monday morning, they said they would try their best. And to my surprise I received my report on Sunday afternoon itself. Thank you silver line for your promptness. 5 stars to you

If I could give minus 5 star, I wouldn't hesitate. Ordinary sugar test report took 4 hours 30 minutes. When asked about the delay, except for half hearted sorties, no action. Looks like nobody is incharge of anything there. Worst experience. If could avoid this place for peace and tranquility, please do so.

Have undergone lab tests, TMT ECHO. The diagnostic staff are very helpful and polite. I am satisfied with the services are given to the patient. The centre has a good environment. Excellent of medicare, good staff, excellent skills.

The diagnostic center is at the second floor. It’s very well managed. I had my stomach scan done. It was super comfortable to be there. The female restroom was super clean and that helps. Staff coordinate properly. And the charges are also reasonable.

We have been referred here by sunshine hospital, however the experience was worst with rude behaviour of technicians and staff.i suggest sunshine hospital doctors not to send people to this laboratory and loose their reputation as well.

Worse respons & mentality of some staff and over money minded, compared to another NABL Certified labs here is more price 30 to 50% per test.

The technicians are so busy that it took me one hour just to get a word from her that she needs to redo the imaging.
She was super busy. I guess she was handling the workload of three people.

The most pathetic diagnostic service centers. Never go there if you are in an emergency. My husband had terrible pain in his abdomen& his urologist doctor had suggested doing a scan. The doctor had to perform a PVR (post-void residual test). His response "get the prescription". Fair enough. Our doctor was ready to speak to him & request him to perform a scan. He was not ready to do the scan our doctor asked. His response " it's a diagnostic centre & not an emergency centre"

I came for ultrasound scan.scanning team members are really good.thank you doctor Harshitha, nurse stell, receptionist thanuja and whole team.

They made me wait for 1.5 hours and sent me back saying bladder isn't full for ultrasound, next day when I came and I couldn't control my bladder longer they didn't accommodate me even after me waiting more than half hour, asked me to empty bladder and wait.such heartless people, I've been a regular here since 7 years but time to lookout for alternatives

Receptionist has a bad attitude and is pointlessly rude. Testing facilities are good - X ray and ECG results are quick but blood tests and RTPCR results take more time to get generated than other labs. Avoid if you can.

Good and promt service, got MRI done for my wife. Staff are very helpfull and supportive. They understood the urgency of report and gave it promptly.

Long waiting time. Every time we ask staff about status, they ll say that will update in 2 mins and that will be never 2mins for them nor they will inform you until I go n check and loop repeats. We had to cancel 3 appointments just because their delay.

Absolute rubbish! I went there for an ultrasound. I was very specific of the type of ultra sound I wanted and the type of view (I. E, Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis focusing on kidney, urinary bladder view.) even that they managed to mess up. I didn't just tell the person but I wrote it down and showed it. They then went on to enter the age and other details wrong. They didn't even let a person accompany me to the scan because I was not comfortable with the gent doctor. Very very disappointed in their service.

What I requested in fact given in writing WAS NOT DONE. I had to get it redone. Please do not tell me it was done Sir / ma'am. You're a service provider. Would really appreciate you valuing my experience. I've nothing to benefit / gain from lying about things like this.

The experience in Silver line was great, the people here are warm and friendly in ground floor and over I got the best of services

Its a good place for ultrasound only 1200 so its not less also and not more also its good

But doctor consultant fees is quite high I think because they took 600 for consultancy and don't give proper solution they should say accurate for that only we are paying 600 so please make sure from future see patients correctly and give accurate solutions. And 1st floor receiptinist is very good and humble and 2nd floor receiptinist is also so good and humble overall everything is good but doctor consultancy fees is quite high according to the service which they are providing. So see the patients nicely or stop taking consultancy fees. U can visit for diagostics and can consult your personal doctor or u can visit any other specialist who can consult in a better way. One of the worst hospital. Worst response from staffs. Staffs are arrogant. Worst experience. I don't prefer to give one star also.

Very pleasant staff and helpful doctor that I consulted. All in all a great experience. The fact that all reports were consulted before coming to any medical conclusion.

Went there for scan and blood tests, firstly they forced to do tvs scan instead of abdomen scan that i refused to do because of male doctor, secondly i asked the lab technician to do beta hcg and thyroid test, he said it will be done till 8: 30pm or i ll send u the reports early morning, we asked the receptionist for the same but due to lack of hearing or whatever she gave us a bill of beta hcg only and today after repeated calls and mails, i got a report through mail at 11 am that only for beta hcg. Now we are asking her to take responsibility or to send one more report she is denying the calls. So how many times i ll give a 10 ml blood sample. And if the receptionist don't understand anything then better she ask everyone to write the whole thing. Pathetic service.

Update- no self declaration form was given, no guidelines were provided and inspite of valid prescription the receptionist was unable to read one more test, and may be i am not a pathologist but i know very well the syringe quantity and the blood drawn. It would appreciated if you response this much active on phone and emails too like you are doing here.

Would have given five stars if they allowed G pay and contactless payments. But because they do not allow flexible payments for first time customers, they lose out on five stars.

Very poor lab technicians, billing and customer service. We specifically told about fee tests, but they didn’t pay attention. They want us to repeat the test paying full amount. Ridiculous. Avoid this place

Pathetic Service and appalling staff.

I came to the center calling prior whether there will be a lady doctor available, and we preferably need lady doctor for scanning. Drove 15 kms and waited 2 hours with bladder full (for my old age mother) who is very particular about only lady doctors scanning. Even told the receptionist while waiting that we only want a lady doc for scanning.
They made us wait promising lady doctor is there whole day and after 2.5 hrs of patiently waiting they told Male doctor will check.
Wasted 3 hours driving and waiting. Had to go without scanning.
I will never recommend this center to anyone again.

NOTE: the receptionist will promise whatever they want and then eventually you will be forced to go through what is available.

This was my first visit and last too as there is no staff to take care of patient. Waiting time is way too much. Super lazy and rude behaviour of x ray girl.

Visited the centre for an ultrasound investigation.was very satisfied with the service provided by the staff and doctors.

The receptionists in the first floor Renuka and Radhika are a true gem! They are certainly an asset and when it comes to a medical professional Dr. Vivekananda the neurologist is the best.

Guess no one is intrested out here to pick up the calls for an appointment for a MRI, been trying for over an hour, will also share this with Dr. Sanjay of Zion, so that he re thinks his recommendations here.

I had to get my mom endoscopy this Tuesday and after taking the report to doctor he said it was not done rightly and asked us to redo the test. We then went to different doctor and even their we got the same review the test are done properly we will have to redo it. This was a total waste of our money and resources. So urge to anyone planning to go here think twice

The don't upload the results in the online portal but their bill give you a user name and password which claims that they will do so. Disappointed.

Have been coming here before, this time lab technician collecting blood sample, hasn't done a good job, the right arm from where blood sample was drawn has a black scare, never experienced this before. Hope u have a skilled lab technician, will have second thoughts visiting or even referring any friends.

I am quite thank full to Silver line entire team for giving me one of the best very prompt professional service for my request.
In fact, I was having high fever so seeing present pendemic spread in city and considering my age of 70+, my doctor suggested to get COVID 19 Swab test. I have tried one reputed private diagnostic centre. Their technician came home to collect sample, but to my surprise the guy came with PPE kit in Zip pouch claiming it's sealed new kit, than trying to convinced it is Autoclaved sanitized. We have sent him back, as we lost the confidence on lab professional practices. Then contacted Silverline Diagnostics, within 30 minutes as promised their professional technician came down with completely new sealed PPE kit as well as gloves & even test kit. It was really done with global quality standards given my high confidence. On top of that as sample was collected late evening so report got delayed because big que. Silverline executiv informed me the delay as well as convincing reasons. Even they once again informed the report over phone as well as sent the report. Great professional & reliable dependable service. Thanks to team Silverline.

Your staffs need training on how to respond and acknowledge the patients. The receptionist in 1st floor is too busy on her personal calls.

I went and stood near the reception, but she didn't even bother to look and continued her call.

I said 'excuse me', she still didn't bother to look or respond
I knocked on the glass, she looked at me and continued with her personal call.
I loudly said "I'm asking you something", then she said one min mam and acknowledged.

Worst behaviour. So irresponsible and least bothered about their duties.

Similarly, 2 days on ago 2nd September the person who took blood sample for blood test was askimg too many personal questions. I understand that while taking blood u distract the patient so that we don't feel the pain.

But even after he took the blood sample, he was asking where I was working, my salary, who is the person came with me! We fear and try not to be rude to them because of the medical report they r gonna test for us!

Happy with your service and cost of tests BUT staff are not well behaved.

They are not professional. They give same time appointment to multiple patients and then you have to wait for 3-4 hours for your turn. If you value your time then please go somewhere else where you will get satisfactory and professionals treatment.

I had a series of testing done here, everything is ok except they don't give value to customers time and they are having lack of coordination between the shift staff.

Misguided to have multiple scan. 1st with MRI, and then blood test and then MRI contra test. Worst staff. They are still asking to conduct one more test. Also, they take the email address but they will never send you the reports. When you ask for the report, they will ask you to go through one more test.
Better you die but don't go to this diagnostics.

Horrible experience, gave wrong MRI report that showed multiple blocks in my liver ducts, which lead to wrong diagnosis by the doctor, when I retested in other diagnostic with better equipments it showed clean results.

Doctors like mallikarjun sakpal (aster hospital) suggest this place for commission.but it's best to avoid this place and such doctors.

It opens at 9AM but doctors come only after 10 so don’t get fooled by the timing (you can just sit & wait for an hour). If you need female doctor then you need to wait extra 45 minutes which would around 11AM. So basically it opens at 11 not at 9 if you need female doctor!

Its a very good center for MRI with a excellent reporting of radologist i would recommend silverline for the best report

REALLY PATHETIC! Please avoid going to this place.we went for the scan and we were told at 11: 50 am that there are 6 patients and we have to wait. After waiting for 2 hours, when we asked, again they said there are 6 patients and she was telling the same number to all who were coming even after us. The reception became crowded and suffocated and after telling multiple times to staff they involved to turn on the AC. There was construction work going on the road and they kept only the window open.

Dr Varadarajulu is a gifted Dr with the healing touch. Is also very courteous and puts the patient/client at total ease. Silverline Diagnostics had very efficient, courteous and helpful staff. God Bl.ess.

We had been here for a blood test. The left arm puncture site has a big clot and swelling now. Horrible people. Never heard of such an impact even at smallest clinics. Plz share email id for the details u have asked.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAN CENTER. ALL STAFFS OF SILVER LINE ARE WELL TRAINED TO FOOL AND LOOT THE PATIENTS BY GIVING FAKE ADVISE AND PATIENTS LAND UP DOING UNWANTED SCANS WITH A BIG BILL TO PAY. NEVER DO MRI IF U ARE ASKED TO DO SO, RATHER TAKE SECOND OPINION. KIND BARRING ADVISE: PLS AVOID THIS SCAN CENTER KINDLY VISIT ANY OTHER CENTER FOR AUTHENTIC SCAN.

As far as I am concerned, I am making visits to this centre since almost two years. First I came for my husband and now self. I am extremely happy to recommend this centre for anyone who wants to make a diagnosis. Regarding the doctors also I have good opinon about all but in particular Dr. Vivekananda, neuro physician. Once you just talked to him for a while you feel better. His diagnosis as well as treatment is above average that you can think about adoctor

Worst experience in terms of billing and enquiry, need to wait For long time. Government hospital better than this. Becs everything we need to Keep on asking. They won't respond proactively. Need to wait for long time after paying the higher amount

Very unprofessional centre. The General physician Dr Sumaya was least bothered to read out the report to patient she was sitting in reception and dealing with patients. Kindly don't choose this centre. Silver line kindly advice your staff and doctors to behave professional

The visiting doctors are routinely late, at the latest visit, one of them was two hours late. The receptionist did not bother inform us of anything. The best was that the receptionists start chasing the patients to pay the consultation fees even before they have been consulted, because the desk closes at 9 pm. If you refuse, they start making faces and becoming rude.

Extremely unprofessional space.

Pathetic Ultrasound Scanning. The lady doctor did not do comprehensive scanning for conception. Now, we have to redo the scanning after blood test. This is very unprofessional. This is not a profession to show laziness.

Kindly DO NOT bill a customer if you do not know details of that test. Not only u billed, u also made me wait for over 45 min. When I was asking y the delay, I was given response 5 min, someone is cleaning, someone is coming etc etc. Finally it was told they NEED to confirm if that test is done in the centre. Total waste of my time!

If there is a doubt, PLZ do check before billing and collecting money. N attitude of the staff is also very un professional

Staff behaves like as if we went for free services.they don't even have patience to put plaster properly after taking the blood. And the receptionist don't even know how to take correct email address
