Staff is very rude, they don't have the interest to show the clothes. I went to shop at 8.30pm and they were on toes to send back saying we are closing. Very bad experience

Decent collection but worst behaviour by sales staff. Visited today and the sales head attended us initially and then moved to other customers who came after us and never came back. There was no update for 20 min. It literally felt as if he was deliberately avoiding us. No other staff attended us saying sales head will come back to us. We complained to other sales staff and got ready to leave then he came and attended us and we selected. Earlier also 3 months back we have faced issues with the same sales head where he was not ready to sell the sari we selected saying it was sample sari which is not labelled. Very manipulative and unreliable sales staff who don't care for customers. Never visiting again. Dont go by fake reviews posted here. Avoid this store if you have any self respect.

This is the worst shop I've ever seen in mysore. Ready suits are of old stock, some stains on the dress, dupatta lace was torn out, and they don't have proper size dress, starting size is from L. They will give a false assurance that we will alter it to your fitting needs, and they won't keep up their words. They have the worst tailor in their shop, and his knowledge is zero in tailoring. The price is too high.

Had a bad experience in this shop. We went for exchange and they we’re not ready to show the dresses. Very arrogant owner and staff. I will never buy anything from this shop again.

Not customer friendly…
Simply says exchange is allowed, no one shows interest to show other materials.
Strongly not to recommend anyone…

Customer priority is different for the owner, They made us wait for a LONG TIME,
First come first served is not followed,
They attended the customers who came after us and didn't show the saree for us properly, lastly they said come tomorrow will show new sarees bla bla reasons

What a store super it is they have collections very different very reasonable very durable I m very very happy love shopping at this place

They have pretty nice collection but the customer experience is horrible, they will show you everything they want and never show what you want to see. They take their sweet time packing unpacking and make you wait and their words are so rude, they expect you to select out of 10 sarees they suggest. They must understand they are no fashionista, it's good to suggest but not to attend customer requirements.

Never ever visit this store.while you seeing the clothes they will tell one price, when you go for billing the change the price sticker. These people are number one cheaters, shame on you people. God will never ever forgive for this. Stop cheating and looting people
