Sipani Jardin

Even govt flat will hv good quality switches & taps, 4.5 star is paid rating, I don't want to use bad word in public forum

Perfect place who prefers to stay out of traffic and other noises and have a pool too

Jardin is a Garden themed apartment complex with 4 blocks housing 150+ flats. Close to nature, far from noise and pollution. 1 km from neralur Jain temple and easy accessibility to schools, hospitals, markets.

Sipani builder giving very low quality of material to construct the flat and every where has seepage problem and builder is not bather about this. Sipani maintenance team is pathetic and respond also horrible.i never recommend this builder to anyone.
