Visited C V Raman Nagar General Hospital for yellow fever vaccination.
Was amazed with the cleanliness of hospital. Professionalism and courteousness of the staff is no less than any private multi-speciality hospital. All at zero extra amount.
Paid only for yellow fever vaccination and got the certificate. Not even a hint of requesting tips.
If only all government organisations work like this, common citizen will be very happy

Some male staffs are too much bad characters and inefficient skill. Maintenance and management is also poor conditions. Facilities are not been given for essential conditions also. All are wrong. Totally unresponsive.

I went there to apply for UDID Card on April 2023 it’s been 3 months but also visited again monthly but still haven’t received the card.

Govt Hospital in Odisha are far better than Karnataka, staff are not available most of the time and they charge money for registration as well as medicine, for inject room no 47: is run by students to tell you wait outside.

Seamless yellow fever vaccination process if you get an appointment. Also quickly accommodated my polio vaccine request on a later date.

Went there for yellow fever vaccination and the service was good. Staff and doctors were professional and supportive.

Visit hospital before 9 am on Monday.go to OPD BLOCK at the entrance take a token number and register there, after u need to go to the PEDIATRICS BLOCK which is behind the NANDINI SHOP,
There they will enter the reason and amount to be payed, go back to OPD BLOCK AND PAY THE amount and come back with the receipt to PEDIATRICS BLOCK then they will start with procedure.carry ur PASSPORT, ADHAR CARD with u

Worst management they or very lazy on they work not responding or communicating on needs of patient to not give a proper response walking to hospital since last 4 to get hiv report wn ever I cm they or like come tmro cm tmro they not tlling the exact date or time to collect the report plz upgrade the staffs PPL who all or walking hr or comeing from a very poor background if they make us to walk 4 to 5 day for report I'll government tc of the daily expenses of the family plz do things and work smart

Anybody having plan to admit in this hospital.please dont go. They won't check you properly. We got very bad experience. They won't examine the patient

Worst hospital I've ever visited till date.
The OPD was worst they don't even check our health condition. The doctor ask like wat happen and when we tell them our health condition they will prescribe a medicine and send us to pharmacy. Seriously wat kind of doctors are they without checking someone's health they just gave a medicine

Came for yellow fever vaccine. Asked to wait for 2 hours just to inform they will not be issuing the certificate after showing valid Indian Govt Issued document as they require another document for it. Horrible customer service. The only perk is the help desk person who is kind enough to inform properly. Otherwise, like another indian govt working organisation! Pathetic & disaapointing.

I went for dermatology. I was not satisfied with the treatment and medicine given to me.

Dermatology Doctor is enjoying government service for free, not interested in addressing patients to cure.

Dr. Shrikanth is a very nice doctor as well as good human beings. His treatment is excellent. I appreciate & recommendations to all. Genuinely very helpful.

Nurses here are very careless and arrogant, no proper facility. There is more negligence in taking care of patients.

Absolutely terrible beyond words. Corrupt doctors and nurses in the obs-gynae department. Asked for 5000 rupees for douching and Copper T (which are free services based on income level) - AFTER the procedure. Doctor harassing poor patient and negotiating for money and tips. Threatening patient with consequences and refusing to discharge unless payment is made under the table (not at counter). Did not anaesthetise the patient properly. Harassed, blackmailed and mistreated patient horrifically. Will be making a police report.

I went for dermatology. Although medicine is free, consultation charges only ₹5. But I was not satisfied with the treatment and medicine given to me.

I m going there in July 2022 for COVID-19 Test. All Government Health scheme plan facilities available here. You to first make OPT ticket for doctor check-up. One Fair price medicine shop also located there.

Worst hospital. A general surgeon doesnt treat wounds in this hospital. Dr Narasimha Murthy- General surgeon refused to even see the wound n refers me to some other hospital. Why does he need a tag of a surgeon. Ridiculous

I have been hear for fever check up. And they asked for a blood test. They gave me the blood and asked to get me the report. I went to 1st floor room no 5c i gave them the file they asked me to get entery of file in 1st floor. Ok I went there to get the entery of file. There they said go to ground floor and make a 0 billing and get. My question is y don't they 1 person who asked for blood test.dent not informed me about this procedure. Am wer disappointed with the service. Of the staff's.

Worst service from registeration counter, where they charge 5 rupees but I have given them 10 rupees and my UHID. I took my daughter for treatment, they have given me the token but it was not entered in system, which supposed to be online for free medicines. When i told them the same problem in registeration counter they were not responding properly. They are just there for name shake. Very bad services and very very slow in registeration counter, rest is fine

I hve cme for my delivery doctor shlipa is good appart from her must of doctors are very very rude behaviour and and sme goes nurses also.toilet are not good at all change the room every day shifting the patients like Dog it's very bad experience all are taking the money for every work. Govarment is give salary for them still they need money from public

It's a govt hospital but not usually crowded. I have had to go there to get medical certificates done for licence & stuff.
It really depends. Some doctors are so obnoxious and arrogant. Some are fine. No doctor is friendly per se. Same with the nurses. But suggest going thru the nurses/cleaning staff for any certificate work. The doctos tend to be more receptive of them than you directly.

Hospital provides all departments, and they provide medicines with free of cost, but if you need some diagnostics like scanning, then you have to wait for 2 months to getvit donw with free of cost

Unhappy with doctor checkup all doctors should be egarly waiting for the patient concern but i dint found with the doctor who i went to checkup with an dermatologist i started my concern with the doctor but she stopped me telling my concern she not ready to listen to me this is first time I'm saw a doc who doesn't wanna know what is patient concern so it's my request to the doctor talk in polite way coz every trust the doctors like a life saving god

If I go by 1pm told lunch break cum by 2pm when I go by 2pm still staffs are having their lunch then Wat is the use telling to cum by 2pm. After lunch also they r simply doing time pass. Got my first Covid vaccination here a couple days ago. Very well organized, extremely helpful doctors and nurses. The entire process was a breeze. I felt safe in a government hospital, in these challenging times. I wish other hospitals, including private ones, replicate this hospital.

It is not often that one gets to admire, appreciate and acknowledge government institutions, especially government hospitals. During my recent visit to C V Raman Hospital, Indira Nagar, Bangalore, I was pleasantly surprised to its clean upkeep, maintenance, friendly atmosphere. Whosoever in charge of this hospital is doing a good job despite surging crowds and demanding nature of work especially during this pandemic season.

They have a dedicated floor for the covid vaccine programme and I was touched by the gentle, caring, friendly and yet professional approach of the doctors and staff there.

The execution of the free vaccine programme is a very mundane job with a lot risk exposure to potential patients. Dedicated staff led by Dr. Kavitha, Dr. Madhuri, Sister Hema and other staff like Divya have a lot patience to put up with this back breaking work and are carrying out their job diligently in true spirit of Covid Warriors. The whole process was well organized and streamlined to avoid over crowding making it easier than many of the private hospitals to get vaccinated.

Having taken first dose of Covid 19 vaccine, last month, I was dùe for my second dose and went to Sir C. V. Raman Hospital for the same. Vaccination ecperience here was very smooth, despite the rush of vaccine takers. Doctor Madhuri, Sister Hema and the entire staff of the hospital did a wonderful job in managing the rush without losing patience and also took time to address all queries. Thank you for all your efforts!

We were alloted a bed by BBMP at this hospital, but the hospital staff refused to admit. Despite showing SMS from Bbmp, they literally kicked us out. Very rude words and gestures to tell us to leave. There are no humans working at this hospital. Cant believe my tax money is being used to pay salary of these people. Next morning, they called to ask why we didnt show up, but when we did they kicked us out without even verifying anything.

One of the best, cleanest, hazzle free government hospitals in Bangalore. Went here for my moms innocolution.sharp 9 am token was issued and the JAB was completed in 1hour.
I had my inoculation at the same place.finished the entire process in Hour including observation room.
The nurse at the observation room was very friendly, pateint and gave tablets and also read my BP and Pulse readings.

I am sure everyone is familiar with the herculean job of getting a vaccine done. But, this time for my second dose I must say it was much of a trouble-free task with me visiting the C V Raman General Hospital. This hospital is really one of its kind with its topnotch cleanliness and outstanding staff and doctors. They are very courteous and calm with such a fatiguing work to do. The prosses was very well organized in a very structured order. From taking the token to getting the jab was quite methodized, with a set of debonair doctors and staff. My heart felt gratitude to Dr. Maduri, Ms. Hema and other staff for being benevolent to us at the hospital. This was one of the safest and most caring government hospitals I have ever visited.

Wanted my 2nd dose of vaccine jab. Had apprehensions about a govt.hospital. But I was pleasantly surprised at their efficiency. It was s walk-in, we waited for about half an hour, got our jab, and walked out.
The service was quick, responses to our questions were prompt. The ambience reflected efficiency.
The only aspect that I pray for, is that one day govt.staff will learn the value of soft skills. I can't stop hoping. Professionals engaging with citizens, providing service with a smile.dsypprofessional engaged in pubkic servide

They opened slot for vaccination with CV RAMAN Hospital Block2, but on reaching there, they are not aware where is block2 and asked to return, check with BBMP they can't do anything.waste of time and increased risk without getting vaccine.

Rude behaviour by doctors. Doctor itself recommending to a particular private diagnostic center not sure the reason behind. And no solution for my reported ill.recommendation patients are entering into doctor cabin without queue.

Hospital is very clean and staff is good and supportive. Covid vaccination is going on from 9: 30 am to 4pm. Better go early for vaccination otherwise you have to wait for long queue.

CV Raman hospital is nearest locality from our residence. It is a good hospital. There are many facility but the hospital still to be improved with normal facility like baby sponge bath, good hygiene in delivery wards with good toilet facility, ICU facility. Some doctors are good in response. House keeping members are careless about the patient. They take less care about the patients which need to strictly be punished. Hospital is to survive the patients not taking the life.

Neatly maintained but doctor doesn't follow visiting hours. Lunch break is not clearly defined. Supporting staffs are not user friendly

Being a holder of BPL Ration Card would help.
The hospital is well maintained when it is compared to bowring hospital in shivajinagar.
