Siri Homestay

It was a very pleasant experience at Siri Homestay. The caretakers at the stay were very friendly and caring. It is surrounded with lush green and close by to the city. Highly recommend this place:) Worth mentioning about the doggos at the property, very active and adorable

The way of recieving patient are gud.and when we use the medicine it's help to fast recovery

Siri homestay is a nice quiet place for family and friends outing, get together.
They provide good hygenic food, rooms are clean.

Visited last month with friends. A quiet place with spacious outdoors games like throw ball cricket, volleyball and fire camp is available.

Totally 20-30 can accommodate in the resort

Pictures on the websites are very old. Now the place looks run down. Biggest (-ve) factor for me was the fact that there are three four stray dogs on the property. Had to to keep my pets on a tight leash for my pets safety. Hence the trip was a washout.

We had been to this place in the month of Dec end on a family trip. It has been an amazing experience for us. Staffs are very humble, supportive, and take good care of the guests. Property is well maintained. People who wants to spend some quality time with family or friends away from the hustle of busy life, this place is the one for you. I would like to specially mention about Anil and Avinash, they made our stay easy, taking care of even the smallest things. Thank you to the entire team for this memorable experience.

We stayed as a family for 2 nights in Dec end and enjoyed our stay a lot. I was initially skeptical about the place reading the old negative reviews but still decided to try it out and we were surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the hosts. It is beautiful place with nicely maintained rooms that can accommodate groups of different sizes. We stayed on a per night fixed price including meals and were expecting a buffet for the meals but to our surprise, they were asking each family for their food preference for each meal which is amazing as not many places do that. The food was good and they prepared whatever we wanted to eat if we could inform in advance. The place is about 10-12 kms away from Chikamagalur town but that's why you get the greenery around. The closest shop for basic amenities is about 1-1.5 km away. Ensure that you have everything you need before you check in if you don't want to drive all the way to the town. They have common as well as individual bonfires (upon request) which is another great thing about this place. We had a fabulous stay and were amazed by the hospitality. Will definitely visit again!

Located at really good place surrounded by coffee plantation.staffs are very welcoming and the manager is really helpful and guided us about the local places. Food at the accommodation was really good. I recommend people to have local malnad food at this place if you visit

Food was very spicy and accommodation was really not comfortable, frequent power cuts, no hot water.

If you are vegetarian avoid this stay. Even though the place is great, rooms are great but food is worst. All veg dishes carried peculiar smell difficult to swallow, whatever they prepare. Service is not that great but the caretaker was eager to address all the requirements which is the good part. But they cannot prepare good vegetarian food. They are specialist in non-veg food only. They need to hire a specialist vegetarian cook.

Hopeless food though Kiran the staff is hospitile, never even think about going.
Cook is hopeless, zero star should be given just don't have option to move further so giving one star, they don't have any capabilities for 4.4 rates showing at present

If you want to have a worst trip experience ever, then this is the place. There is no one good thing to say about this place. I visited this place recently with bunch of relatives. We reached the homestay at late afternoon.we had already informed the staff people that we would be coming for lunch but even then the lunch was not ready and when we asked one of the staff person, his response was as rude as if he was feeding us for free. The lunch tasted horrible and the quantity was too less. <br/>Same was the case with dinner as well. <br/>The rooms were not having proper mesh. There was power cut in the middle of the night, though they have the generator facility our bad it is only on demand. <br/>Another great thing about this homestay is you get colored water for bath and the same water is given for drinking spiced with some insects and also the same water for cooking. <br/>When we spoke about these issues with the owner he was so arrogant that he asked us to do full payment right away and leave without even showing some concern upon it.
